I found them through Yelp and after seeing all the great reviews, I had to go for myself. I've always had a difficult time finding a good nail salon in Redding, and after going to Amazing Nails. I think this is my go-to spot now! The salon is extremely clean and is following all CDC orders. Masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, plexiglass, you name it, they got it! I felt very comfortable and safe there, this being my first experience at a nail salon since Covid. The employees were so kind and welcoming. I got a gel mani & pedi that turned out perfect! They get a star just because the environment was peaceful. I went to get pedicure and made an appointment. Right off the bat they didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. She just went right in and started soaking my feet. I had gel on my nails from my previous pedicure at another place, she took the nail polish off and then didn't even bother to get the remaining gel stuck to my nails off. So I was literally left with a bumpy set of nails. If I wanted what they did, I would've just done them myself. My nails look like garbage. A 5 year old could've painted better. read more

Got my nails Done for my wedding here. First it is true reservations are needed. It seems like a hassle but they are actually really easy to make and it does not mean you need to make them a week in advance. They will work with you. I got a acrylic nails with gel on top. It has been a month and they are still on a month later!!!!! It is a husband wife team and the wife does the acrylic nails. She is meticulous. She makes sure everything is perfect she smooths everything out. Does not leave little bubbles or chunky underneath. Prices are great. Only thing is that perfection takes time and you need time to get nails done so don't be in a rush give yourself plenty of time.' read more

My favorite nail place in Redding. The Shellac (Gel) that I get done there on my fingernails lasts longer that from any other shop I've been to. They have tons of gel colors to choose from too. The pedicures are also great- no rushing, great massage, perfect polish. I found this place through Yelp and was not disappointed. I had the Luxury pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever had - and I've had a lot! Lily was so kind and really took her time. Massage, nice products, hot towel wrap, hot stones... so relaxing! The salon is open, bright and clean and has a nice atmosphere and design. Regarding covid, everything was great. Masks were worn and I had no concerns. I went back in a few days later to buy a gift card for a family member. I look forward to coming back! read more

Okay where to even begin.. I normally don't do reviews on places but I felt that this needed to be shared so other people out there can stop looking for a nail salon and go here! I have been looking for several months for a nice and CLEAN salon to get my nails done and I just have not been able to find one that I have liked.. I looked on yelp and found Amazing Nails and thought I'd give them a chance due to the reviews. Boy am I beyond thankful I did! This nail salon uses all sanitized tools for each client, all their tools come out of a cleaning machine packaged and wrapped up for each new customer giving you that relief.. Another thing that is really nice is the owners are by far the nicest and caring owners of a nail salon that I have ever walked into. I've been to six others [nail places] within Redding and I couldn't find someone who was consistent with their service (and what I was used to, in the Bay Area) until I found Amazing Nails. I do the acrylic + gel color overlay. I also have a nail that is miss-formed from an accident years ago, and Lilly regularly constructs "a prosthetic" of sorts (via acrylic & nail-tip) that makes that finger (and nail) look like my other nails. My sister and I got gel manicures. It was my first so it seemed like a good price. My nails look great and the quality is good. I was just disappointed there wasn't more to the manicure. I expected more attention to my hands such as lotion and massage. But he just clipped my nails and cuticles. They also seemed a but rushed to get through it but they were efficient. It didn't seem very clean. They pulled the clippers out of a drawer not from any sanitizing station and shared between my sister and I. Very nice Asian couple running it though. read more

I had a great experience here. It's a husband and wife business and they really want to do a good job. The wife did my manicure and the husband did my pedicure. They took their time and paid attention to every last detail. The instruments were used from a sterilized package and I watched them clean out the basins with bleach between customers.
