I found my new go-to guy! The salon isn't very fancy but everyone is very friendly. The man who did my pedi did a great job but I didn't catch his name. The man who did my acrylic overlay, Michael, was wonderful! He was gentle and very detailed. He didn't rush even though it was Friday evening and there were a lot of customers. Needed my nails done at the last minute and decided to go here to give them a chance. My nails came out perfect and beautiful. Not sure why they are rated low, but Michael did an amazing job with my nails and was super friendly. They were not rough on my nails and Michael took his time and made sure each nail was perfectly done. It was a nice vibe in the shop and there were a bunch of workers and people in there. Disappointing and painful! While we were seated quickly and they used individualized paraffin wax--two wins in my book--I cannot recommend this place. My service provider was too rough and cut into the quick on my toe-twice! She also did not take care after the noted injury and needed several reminders to avoid pressing and working so hard on the damaged toe. Pain from the cut aside her massage was one of the most uncomfortable pain inducing experiences I've had with a pedicure. Who uses nails in a massage?! Too bad they used to be at least so so. My friend had a decent pedicure massage from a young man though we found wax that really should have been noticed. Not worth it in my opinion. read more

I would give this nail salon a zero if it were possible. The pedicure was rough and at times excruciating. It left one of my toes with an open cut -- all with tools that were put back in the drawer without cleaning to use with the next customer. The pedicure and manicure staff spoke loudly with each other in a different language. Few spoke any English at all which would not have been such a problem if they all didn't laugh and joke in a different language and payed attention to the customers and didn't cut me with dirty tools. read more

Tried this place for a fill. The lady SHREDDED my finger. I have never had someone be so rough with my hands before, and she kept cutting me with the nail file. I kept wincing and pulling my hands away, and she just kept on doing it. One finger in particular she cut multiple times until she actually sliced it with the file and I flat out pulled my hand away and told her "You're hurting me!" Then she actually tried picking off the pieces of skin from where she sliced my finger with her fingernails!! OUCH. Who does that!? My fingers are all sore now from her, but the finger she sliced is raw, red and swollen. I type for my job and I cannot use this finger so everything is taking me longer than normal, and everything I do hurts. She also over filed on most nails, but on one side of each nail only, so they are all uneven with the inner edge filed at an angle, while the outer edge isn't. She should not be doing nails, period. I would never go back here and I do not recommend this nail salon. read more

I just walked out of this salon. My first time EVER doing that. I've come here every couple weeks for almost a year, due to the convenience by my house. I have only had 2 sets come out the way I have asked and a handful of decent sets. There's always imperfections lately. I have watched these people make appointments and book over people and dismiss or straight up ignore their appointment customers. Tell them to come back the next day. Regardless, I am always nice and tip well. After my last 5 disappointing times and a very painful last time getting bounced to 2 ladies and having to come back hours later for uneven shape, bubbles, and missing gems, I swore I'd never come again. But I came today, because NOBODY had open availability to fix my broken nail. I called ahead gave my name and was told there was no wait. I showed up 5 minutes later. I waited 45 minutes. The nail job I got was getting rushed. I had to ask 4 times to have my nails shortened. She could not understand I wanted them all them same length (pinkies are 2 cm shorter). She could not shape them remotely evenly. She got bored and put on super thick, uneven gel. Then started filing with super thick sides. Got fed up and had me wait 10 minutes for another girl. This next girl was literally filing my skin away from my nail bed, extremely rough. She refused to do my thicker thumb more narrow. When I said OW out loud, she said "I can't do narrow. You're too sensitive. Wait for the man." I waited for 15 minutes. I told them I had somewhere to be from the beginning and with each change. I was still nice the whole time. After 2 hrs of being there, I got up and left with my nails looking like this. Glue everywhere, uneven and crooked in every way possible, and scraped painful skin. These pictures are my skin AFTER washing my hands! I now have to pay for someone else to remove and do a full set tomorrow. It seems like there have been a lot of new faces in there lately, but I have never had as bad of nail experiences or as painful as the last 2 times I've been here. The poor girl before me had the same lady and was super upset with her set, but too shy to say something. Officially the LAST time! I refuse to pay this place a cent more for terrible customer service and product! read more

This has been my go to place for a long time. I usually come here for pedicures and occasionally I'll get my nails done. They do a nice job on the pedicures, I've had a couple that were just ok but usually I'm satisfied & continue to come back. I recently got my nails done & they did an ok job, definitely nothing amazing. I came back 2 more times after that for fills and left unhappy with the quality of my nails - different lengths, really lumpy, polish streaky, etc. Ive since found a better place for nails but will still go here for pedicures. read more

I refuse to go back to this place , during my pedicure - he put the scrubber and the metal scrubber into my pedicure - tub which i was shocked - I took them out myself and he was going to put them back i said i don't want them in with my feet in there, he then proceeded to wash them and put them in a drawer. I told him in the beginning i was going to hawaii and wanted a flower - he gave me some weird stem, i told him to take it off and never mind, then he just got rude and started throwing my feet around, he never engaged from the start and acted like I was a bother - I have gone here several times and most of the techs are rude and could care less, If your lucky and you get the Mom of the salon you get a great pedicure .
