As with many of the other reviews on this business, I wish I could give 0 stars. However in order to write a review you must allocate at least one. I had booked a massage here and being new to the area was unfamiliar with it's terrible reputation. Upon arrival I was placed in a room and got ready for massage. The therapist cam in and began a very lazy massage and withing 3 minutes of starting there is a knock on the door, a foreign conversation, and she leaves! A few minutes later another woman comes in and tells me that the other woman's mother had locked herself out of the house and she needed to go there to help her. Now. I was informed I would have another masseuse in shortly. At this point I already wanted to leave but had already paid so I decided to wait. 45 minutes later- 45. Another woman came in and finished the massage. The massage was poorly done and basically just an application of oil. Afterwards I dressed and left without tipping due to the incredibly poor service. At this point I was literally chased down in the parking lot by the woman yelling for a tip! I'm giving this one star only because its required in order to write the review. Let me start by saying that I get massages once a week and usually go to Massage Eden. So, I'm very familiar with what to expect from this style of massage. I came to this place out of curiosity and a friend said that they had a good experience here. The first time was amazing and I thought I would come here more often. Turns out they are only open on the weekends so it is a bit inconvenient for me. The second time I came, the massage was alright. I like really deep tissue massages. I get really bad headaches and need the tension released to get rid of them. The masseuse did a bit more than just rub oil on me so I wasn't too upset. Well, yesterday I decided to give them another try. I was told I needed to wait 25 mins. But I was assured that this masseuse I was waiting for was REALLY good! I ended up waiting 40 mins. I would have left during that waiting period but I had already paid. So the masseuse comes in and starts to work on me. She was lazy from the start and and basically was just rubbing oil on me and doing smoothing stokes which with each one pissed me off more and more. She was burping and sighing through most of the beginning and would even give me a one-handed massage. I could not wait for it to be over and really just wanted to get up and leave. When she would apply pressure, it was torture--direct elbow to odd spots on the butt and bones--not muscle. The final straw for me was when she decided to fart on me. Literally on me. I told her to get off me and got dressed. I demanded my money back and after much back and forth, reenactment, and having to make fart sounds so that they understood my anger. Couldn't get over his "massuse" reaming mine on how to do my massage correctly. First of all, they do not have the recliners that you lay back in while they soak your feet at the beginning. I've been to plenty of places and I must say this place is pretty bad. 1- they were 20 mins late for the appointment 2- had me lay on the table while my feet were soaking, wtf?? 3- there were 2 ladies who gave the massage. I could of saved my money and cracked them myself! 4- after spending 15 mins on each leg, she had me turn over. I swear, after just 5 mins of kneading my back and a few chop chop chop, she says okay all done. I said you still have 15 mins left. She started to argue. I'm like fine. Got dressed, met her outside the door, drank my 2 tbsp of water, and gave $5. Up to them to split it among themselves. Shouldn't of tipped at all but just being a nice person. I'd go elsewhere.
