I met Debi at work because my company hired her to provide office massages. Because we have so many people in the office, my massage wasn't long enough so I scheduled a massage at her new location at 333 H Street. LOCATION This is a nice area of Chula Vista. The building has a dedicted parking garage that is free so I was relieved not to have to drive around for a parking spot. Her office is in a large suite with a receptionist. It was modern and clean. She has a single massage bed in the office. One thing I must say is that you won't get the "spa experience" here - it's not that dark in the office because I'm sure she's limited in terms of what she can change in the office and they have blinds, there are no candles, etc. BUT BUT and BUT I was totally fine with it because I was willing to trade all that fluff for a great massage! And I got one. MASSAGE I've seen her now twice and both were for 1.5 hours. She's really knowledgeable about the body. She has asked me what my problem areas are and she focuses on those. I have an 11 month baby plus I have a desk job, so my back and neck are always sore and tight. Each time after my massages, she was able to work out those areas and loosen them like no one else has been able to do (I get massages often). I've been to many other massage places that just rub oil on the area and that's it. Debi employs various techniques (the last time, she did a Thai-style massage on the floor...which was amazing!). She likes to share her knowledge with me as well...so we tend to talk a lot more than I'm used to throughout the massage...like I said, it's not your typical spa experience. But she really knows what she's talking about AND she won't be offended if you don't want to talk and just want to close your eyes either (just tell her). I like Debi so much that I purchased a 10-massages deal. My husbby, who's shy about massages, is also seeing her today for a 1.5 hours massage. I've already referred her to other family members.
