Wow does this company make IMPRESSIVE balloon decorations! They are huge and awesome! We received one as a gift and it was like 9 feet tall and 5 feet wide. This resulted in the exchange of about 15 emails with Matt over two months sharing photos (my house and yard, Matt's photos from previous events, details about the party to help plot scheduling) and discussing balloon shapes and colors. I worried when there were long periods of silence combined with not receiving a quote or contract. I became nervous when Matt asked by email just five days before the event if I still wanted him to provide balloons for the party! Yes!! He says he'll call me that afternoon, but two days pass with no communication. I email again - the party is in a few days, I still don't know when he's coming or if he's noted the start time of the event, I have only paper lanterns as alternate decor and it's been raining for days, there's been no response to my emails or voice mail messages left... Two days before the party he tells me he needs details to provide an estimate. I had been giving the details for two months! But for this catered celebration of the baby's first birthday, Matt was a no show, no call, no text, no nothing. Matt and Celini are an amazing balloon team! I was in charge of the decor for a Grand Opening celebration. I had called 4 different balloon companies, and they either did not pick-up, did not call me back, or was unable to meet my requests. Celini was friendly, and professional from beginning to end. Due to the recent rain storms in OC, Celini and Matt scheduled a meeting with me to do a walk-through of the facility to come up with Plan B in case we received heavy rain on the day of our event.
