She planned all of our tours as well. We met with her and gave her our budget and our preferences and she made everything so seamless and exactly what we wanted. Not only did she go above and beyond with the planning process to make everything smooth and seamless, but when the software glitch that occurred in July 2024, grounded more than 2000 flights, and caused us to have multiple flight cancellations at the start of our trip, she was amazing and spent hours on the phone with us, and her supplier rearranging our hotel stays, transfers and tours multiple times to help us when our trip ended up getting shifted 2 days later. She was up early in the morning and late at night keeping us updated with flight changes and accommodation changes. It was a very stressful situation and without Shay, we would not have known what to do. She stepped in and helped us figure everything out so we were still able to have an amazing trip. I can't recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. She responds very quickly and adds extra touches, like checking us in for our flights, so we didn't have to worry about it while on vacation. We chartered a round trip flight from Reno to Las Vegas from Hangar 7 which was fulfilled by Cirrus…read moreAviation. Communication with Hangar 7 throughout the process was great! Our flight to LV was perfect. Plane arrived 1 hour prior to our departure time and everything was spot on inside the cabin. Awesome job to the pilot and co-pilot. Took off from Reno which can be pretty bumpy sometimes but our pilots made it as smooth as could be! Unfortunately on the flight back to Reno we had a different set of pilots and the plane wasn't stocked with ice. No biggie. We asked the pilot for ice and he headed off to the terminal to retrieve. He didn't come back with it and he said they were bringing it out. After 10-15 minutes we told the pilot no worries lets just get going as we could see the line starting to form on the runway for all the pj's to take off. He said he couldn't go yet because he needed stock to take with him for the next flight. That led to another 10-15 minute wait. So about 30-40 mins later we were on our way to the runway but 14-15 deep for take off which led to even a bigger delay. Still not too big of a deal but added a little aggravation since we had some in the group that needed to get back on time and had asked to just go but didn't without the future stock. As we taxied out apparently it was the co-pilots first day out of the sim and she hit the brakes and it scared the s#$% out of everyone! It was much harder than I've ever felt on a plane. Several us spilled our drinks. I get it first time out but geez a combination of running behind because plane wasn't stocked and having the brakes slammed kinda made for an unpleasant trip home. Overall would give Hangar 7 another try but unfortunately somethings most likely beyond their control to some extent didn't go right!
