They model their website to look almost identical to the resort so you think you are on the actual resorts website. I booked a room and thought I was done. Well, I needed to make a change, reached out to the hotel and found out I didn't book through them. So I had to reach back out to these guys and found out they are a "reseller". I felt like this was shady and no longer wanted to keep my book with them and would rather deal with the hotel directly like I assumed I had the first time. I was told it would be over $500 to cancel (the resort charges $0) so after some arguing I reluctantly kept the booking and booked the remaining changes directly with the resort. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE AND DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE RESORT, ITS THE SAME PRICE OR BETTER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS HEADS AND TAILS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!

I read their reviews - all excellent ! I called and Ben answered:) He explained the process and I decided to meet him in his travel agency ! It is a small agency and simply furnished ! But it seemed Ben is experienced and he completed the application form and took My pictures ! The young lady took some information from me and said an agent would be talking to me and placed me on hold. 12 minutes later, no one answered so I hung up and called again. I explained to the young woman that I was working and did not have time to sit and wait, and suggested for someone to call me and gave her my phone number. I am still waiting for their call. She always made herself available to answer any questions and make the trip smooth and memorable. Another nice touch, she had a letter waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel, wishing us a nice trip. We encountered problems with the transportation agency on the return flight and sent Wanda an e-mail. She immediately jumped into action and stayed on the issue until it was resolved. For example: ASIANA BUS makes a stop at Barstow, then to La Puente, Rowland Heights and Monterey Park (on Atlantic Blvd. past Garvey heading N. bound.) IF you take the ASIANA Bus, you'll be asked to tip the bus driver (min: $3.00) while at the Barstow Mc D parking lot. This other bus drops you off at the Lincoln Plaza Hotel in Monterey Park.... The people on the bus are loud and I recommend that you take an IPod or MP3 player. I usually request for a window or isle seat. The seats on the bus are uncomfortable esp. if you're big, husky or have long legs. LoL! Last time, I was stuck sitting behind this old man who reclined his seat into my knees and I almost "cut up" on his a$$.
