This will have been my seventh time to Vegas and was quite familiar with clubs, attractions and activities to do while in sin city. I wanted to take a different approach and have certain nights completely planned out so all of us could make the most out of our time. Doing all of my research beforehand I was cautious to say the least to all the "Vegas party packages" sites that I came across. I inquired with several companies as far as club party bus crawls, VIP club entry and bottle service ect. Galavantier was the only company to follow up with me and keep in contact of my thoughts and wishes for activities once my party had arrived. In short, we took advantage of the party bus club crawl tour on Thursday night and I'll just say it was worth every penny! We absolutely would have taken advantage of more services offered by galavantier but because of the nature of this trip (bachelor party) everyone partied hard and was mostly hungover the whole trip! ;) ;) The past eight years of my working career have been in sales/service industry and hospitality and just let me say I was blown away by the level of customer service and shocked of how smoothly everything went. Kelly was fantastic to work with, always professional, kept in constant contact and was always available to talk/answer any questions I had. Todd (or Ty?) was our host for the night and did a fantastic job as well! Very professional, kept everyone together/ made sure the night went smoothly and made it his personal duty to make sure everyone had a wonderful night to remember! All in all for myself having high expectations and initially cautious of what company I chose to plan our evening I could not have made a better choice! Galavantier and everyone affiliated will definitely be my number one choice for party planning in the future! My hat is off to everyone involved and greatly appreciate how effortless and smooth everything was handled! I recommend these guys hands down and congrats on a job well done!! The only reason I'm giving…read morethis business 2 stars instead of 1 is because the driver that picked us up, Albert, was very nice and punctual. Joey however, who is the contact person on their website, was very difficult to work with once it was time for pickup. Albert told me to give Joey 15 minutes notice before we were ready to go, so that is what I had planned on doing. I thought that was awesome given that once you are at a club, you are never really sure when you are ready to go. I got a text from a 702 number at 1:00 AM saying "How are we doing?". I had no idea who it was and didn't see the text until almost 2. I then saw another text saying to be outside at 2:30. The bride was not ready so I asked if we could do it later. He said no because he had a 3:00 and a 3:30. So I said 4. He said no. I asked why and he never wanted to answer. I assume he had other plans or wanted to go home. Either way, I begged for him to pick us up later because my sister was enjoying one of the biggest nights of her life but Joey was not flexible and basically told us to find a ride home and offered us a refund. I spent the last half hour of my time at the club arguing with Joey and it ruined my night. If I knew when we were dropped off that there was a cuttoff time or that he needed a specific hour to do the pickup I would have scheduled it for later but Albert never said that. Even though the price was decent, I'll never use them again b/c of the attitude I got from Joey. If you choose to use this company, get everything in writing, and pay only half of the money to the first driver b/c you never know if they'll come back to pick you up.

We were given a full itinerary that covered our entire trip. Each destination we had a personalized host that made sure we were accommodated. I had been to Las Vegas before with a group of guys, generally the hosts had viewed us as dollar signs, trying to coerce us to buy bottles and a table for the maximum cost. But Good Times' hosts were very sincere and helpful It was really refreshing to see. Even though we went to two of the most popular venues in Vegas on this trip, STK @ The Cosmopolitan for Dinner then... Hyde @ The Bellagio and XS @ The Encore. I picked good times because of the awesome reviews and I have not been let down! The bachelor party was in August so this review has been long overdue. Palmer from GT VIP was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, responsive, friendly and upfront about the options. Often times I'd ask him stuff that he'd already answered but he was very accommodating. We ended up having a great time and the hosts at each event treated as great. All the arrangements were spot on. Palmer also checked up on me during the night and even called us a limo because we were well wasted by then. I'd recommend them to anyone for their Vegas event coordinating needs.

Stacia is absolutely the best. She was on top of everything and always got back to us. I needed all the tables and everything to be set up by 9:30 AM because that was when my vendors were arriving to set up tables. And I required some of my own set up before the vendors arrived. We received a 10% discount for a October special but the price was already higher then the other quotes that I was receiving. But since this was a big event for me, it seemed like using Current Events would be the best option since they appeared to be larger and have a lot of reviews on Yelp. I could of saved money if I went with another vendor, and I am pretty sure they would not of charged me a fee for arriving in the morning. The equipment that was delivered was in good condition. No complaints there. The girl that we were dealing with named Nicole seemed hot and cold. For myself, she seemed very accommodating. But a few of my coworkers complained to me that she was rude to them. She was never rude to me directly, but I could sense she was frustrated at times. I won't be dealing with them again. I really thought by going with a more expensive company I would be receiving excellent service... that additional $175 really got me. They could of had a new regular customer but not anymore.
