This place is a great nail salon that I have used a few times. I get basic manicures and pedicures though so I can't speak to the fancy dips and tips and powders. They are attentive and clean. They keep it pretty dark in there so I've noticed that the regulars would use their phone lights to check the nails and ask for changes if needed. It would appear that fancy designs are their thing but basic fills require monitoring. For me, the pedicure tool usage is something I've had to monitor especially since COVID but they've been good about getting me new tools if I am suspicious about any one thing they're using on me. However, if you decide to come here for a wax, ANY wax, ask for Cindy. She's the owners wife. If she is not there, for the love of all that is holy do not do it!! No one else there is a certified waxer and you and your skin wil be sorry for days to come. They will pull wrong. They will double dip if not monitored and again, your skin will be sorry for days! Worst mani pedi experience I've ever had. And right before my vacation too so I couldn't really do anything about it. It seemed like she hated me - the massage was so light and effortless that it felt weird. I understand I was last in the salon but when they were cleaning they could've been more courteous. I have come here a few times for a pedicure and decided to come in for a full powder with tip set(3/27/23). While there the woman doing my nails didn't listen to me when I asked for my nails to be shorted and gave up, they were longer than I like to start with. Then kept messing up the powder and fixing it but the process took a lot longer than should have taken. A week (4/4/23) later I go back in because the nails are coming up off the back of the nail bed and a couple were cracked. I told them all this. They only fixed 4. This morning I had to take them all off because the backs of all, even the new ones were coming up and getting cause in my hair. For $53 this was a horribly experience. read more

This is a relaxed environment that is beautifully decorated. The prices are a tad bit higher, but rightfully. Unlike the loud cheap salon next door I used to go to (Lin Hollywood Nails), the technicians here really care about a calm spa like experience. As someone who has been getting their nails done at salons all over the US for the past 16 years... this was one of the worst experiences I've had. -- - the nail tech was completely confused on how to remove acrylic on two of my nails. Took about 35 mins to remove it, not sure why. They take their time with you and were welcoming customers even 30 min after their closing time, which is when I left. Cons: While my nails look good, this is my 2nd time doing an SNS mani w tips n it was a far worse experience. She (wish I got her name!) was REALLY rough with my cuticles- I had to tell her twice to stop filing so close to them. I ended up with two little cuts on my middle n ring finger. Also, the back of the nail wasnt shaped well. Its day two now and I finally feel comfortable in my nails. Separate from the cuticles issue, two of my nails were initially sensitive to the touch. I've been going here for a few years. This salon was always just okay for quick mani/pedis. I went today and was disgusted at how they did my pedicure. They used a nasty wooden board that looked like it fell off dresser as a stand for my feet. To make it worse they placed it on top of the tub filled with water and took out the UV light for the gel. I had to ask them to completely drain the water before turning the machine on due to safety. The UV light kept falling over because it wasn't on a flat surface. Then the board kept getting wet from the hose, I had to ask for someone to wipe it down before continuing. Very unsafe and unsanitary, never coming here again!! read more

I have come here three times and I would say that their work is not great each time. Their tools are not clean at all and the place is dark. I tipped the lady pretty well and left there, then noticed that one of the nail (gel) was bumpy under daylight so I went back there and asked to fix it. They just filed it a little bit and said "it's fine". Well, it does not look good and pretty sure it's gonna peel from there. Their prices are not consistent or what's even on the board of prices. they're rude. really bad work overall. they charged my friend 10 dollars to remove her half hand of acrylics.... they charged her $3 for using a debit card, me 2$ for debit card and overcharged me by $10 different from the price on the wall for SNS and claimed it was because i had to soak them off and argued with me about it... they all have attitude l... you have to do that regardless whenever you do SNS. i'm definitely never going back and i'd advise you to do the same. I went there today and asked for a filling for my nails( .it was pretty dark in there) and asked for coffin set I go outside and I noticed that my nails were very thick from the fill in and were not filed down - also it's not a coffin shape as i asked for. so I came back in and asked the manager to fix it as I has originally asked for. They called my lady back only to be told that she is "sorry I cannot do that we will do it again next time" . nails look fine but they absolutely ruined a very expensive sweater of mine with literal dip powder staining it, and their solution was to CUT it out of the cashmere. my sleeves were rolled up to my elbows wnd somehow they got dip powder and whatever other chemicals they use on two different spots of my white sweater. didn't even seem phased by the fact that they ruined my clothing item. make natural nails too long under tip probably so you come back and spend more money to get them removed. didn't even offer to help clean sweater i had to pay $150 in dry cleaning to fix it, so unprofessional and dirty of them. absolutely never coming back i'm infuriated by this, i wish i had said something in the salon but they made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. Came here last week to get my nails done for my wedding, but I didn't tell the salon that. It's worth noting because of the attention they gave me and my nails without knowing it was a special occasion. The woman who did my nails was super attentive and took the time to do many coats of blush gel, which can be tricky since it's a light color. I'm now on day 9 of my gel manicure with only one tiny chip. Definitely the best manicure and pedicure I have had in a very long time. The entire staff was very friendly and I accommodating. The salon was clean and very comfortable with your standard massage pedicure chairs. They are celebrating their 10 year anniversary and before I left I drew for a prize and walked away with some really nice hand lotion. Good AC and massage chairs. But the manicure and pedicure I got were less than average. I don't use polish on hands and I feel my nails have not gotten any shaping and the cuticles are not clean. The pedicure was better but only because color covers this pretty sloppy approach. I think some of the aestheticians are better there. Lily did my nails and she took her time and was patient with me. Irene did my predicure and she also was good. I had my 6 1/2 month baby with me and after being in the stroller for a while he started to get cranky. To my surprise one of the staff memebers took him and soothe him (i didnt get her name). It is very close to me, so I have given this place too many chances. Most of the staff does not seem to be properly trained. I have had my nails turn out awful multiple times. Sometimes uneven or not the shape I asked for. There is always some issue with the SNS colors. If ever I ask for something to be fixed, as it isn't what I asked for, I am treated as if I am causing a huge inconvenience. I had my eyebrows done there for the first time and it was a big mistake. The person who did them did not seem to know what she was doing. She completely butchered my eyebrows. They are uneven lengths and super thin. Came in more than an hour before closing time for a mani and pedi. They rushed through the whole thing. Was getting me so agitated. If they didn't want to take new customers they could've said so. The lady did a horrible job at painting my nails and giving a pedicure. My toe nails chipped in 4 days. I got gel for my finger nails and she kept spilling the gel polish on my fingers and when I went to cure it I can feel my fingers burning. They also over charged me for my mani and pedi. Went to go get a facial and super hyped for it except for the fact that I wasn't actually relaxed every time she touched my face I could feel her nails jabbing into my neck and face I didn't appreciate it. Like if ur gonna do facials make sure you cut your nails your literally touching other people skin the bacteria under the nails can transfer and break outa person skin. read more
