Sasha, the Appointment Scheduler from their call center was professional & friendly via the phone. She scheduled me for the same day (within the hour) appointment. Laura, the Front Desk employee, exudes such light & good vibrations during my short wait. She offered some good insight into EWC's growth - nationwide. Savannah, my Esthetician definitely enjoys her industry. Her naturalness of knowledge, engagement & application during my service was top-notch. She broke down the process, ingredients, & post-care instructions throughout my 30 minutes appointment. Her ability to make you feel comfortable was seamless...not to mention painless. Savannah's constant change of gloves & sticks won me over - especially with the results. I can not be more satisfied. I got a few samples & purchased an aftercare serum that I'm looking forward to using & seeing the outcome. 5th star for the entire space being highly clean & sanitized, especially the treatment & restrooms. The rewards/points you earn regardless of location can be redeemed nationwide. Prices are less expensive than other waxing centers I've visited while in town. They still allow walk-ins but encourage you to make appointments. They are refinishing the place but once they do I would love to show an update of what it looks like. He was rude and extremely disrespectful, which really put a damper on what should have been a relaxing experience. It was uncomfortable to witness and not something you'd expect in a place like this. The business says it closes at 7 PM but Kevin was in quite the rush as well as the front cashier who was rushing me for payment as I was waiting for my nail tech to finish her work. When I got to the location I was informed of the other deals they were offering and ended up adding on 6 sessions of full face and underarms because the deal was just that good. This location is incredibly clean and the staff is absolutely awesome. They go over the procedure at the start and provide you with the flyer of the do's and don'ts. The actual removal itself is pretty painless with noticeable results after just the first session. I love the fact that they engage in small talk so the process is not awkward and they constantly ask you if you're doing ok during the laser hair removal process. After such great results after finishing my 6 sessions for my underarms and full face, I'm going to continue with my laser removal sessions for full legs and arms. When I sat down, he started to fill up the water and then after it was about a fifth of the way full he told me they were out of hot water. 10 minutes later, he came back with a kettle of water that he poured in, and it still was not hot. Same happened for my friend. Overall, the service was fine and the people were fine, but it was definitely an odd experience. We asked if the water was broken and they said no.

I mentioned to her I was starting to feel uncomfortable. She said she had to call another lady to see how much she will charge and find the right tech to do my design. She said the lady on the phone wanted $105. I told her I didn't want to pay over $100. The design was simple and my nails wasn't nearly as long as the picture. She said ok I have someone for you which was a guy. I was confused because where's the lady you were talking to. The male tech didn't speak English so a translator had to come over a few times which made it more awkward. On 3 separate occasions he brought the wrong color over to the table. I asked one more time if I can have the same color as picture and to confirm price and he had to get the translator again. I felt it was getting to complicated for something simple so I gracefully got up and left. There were other small things that were concerning but I just wanted to get my point across. Below is what I want and please be mindful my nails are shorter than the picture.
