I don't have the slightest idea why this place has the ratings that it has. I've been in the beauty industry for over 6 years and I'm appalled that this business is still running. I've been coming here for a few months but my last 3 visits have been an absolute nightmare. Today was my last and final visit. I had a 5:30 appointment, showed up at 5:15 and I did not see my stylist until an HOUR LATER, no apology from the girls in the front whatsoever. The only reason I stayed is because I have an event tonight and I needed my lashes to be done. As a salon owner, I can't understand how the manager can allow this to happen as if people do not have busy schedules. The girl in the front (who is the most ill mannered & informal person I have ever come across in my entire life) was extremely dismissive and tried to swing a scanty $10 off my refill & when I told her I was canceling my membership she answered with "ok that's perfect". The front desk staff, which in my opinion is the most important to the business is extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER come back here again & if the manager, Kristina doesn't tighten up her staff, I don't see her being able to hold on to this business. Don't even spend your time or money coming here, you will regret it. Amazing lash studio? More like horrible service studio. Update: it's been almost a week and I still haven't gotten a call from the "studio manager". Just another indication that these people just do not care for their customers. I was a member for 9 months at this location only because it was my first lash extension and the place was across from my house! I regret every penny I spent there! I Went in today for the first time. I had my eyelash extensions removed from a previous lady that did them. The removal wasn't painful at all! Beatriz is the one that attended me and she made sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked into the room. She took her time with me and was so nice and professional !! Tried the new lash lift! Having been a lash extension customer in another state for about 6 months prior, I knew this place would be reputable. Staff always very friendly. I went there last year and my experience was very weird! The girl at the front desk asked me if i wanted to do the special they have for re-fills every month and i agreed....after thinking about it i decided i didn't want to go back. I called several times for the manager and she never responded. Then i went there personally and wasn't able to speak to her either. Being in the beauty industry for the last 15 years and knowing how important customer service is...Im not one to care to write a bad review, but had the situation been better I would've given the proper stars!! Was recommended to this place by a friend, for the price point it seemed great! Best friend was getting married and figured false lashes would be efficient because I knew I was going to tear and didn't want to bother with lash glue and lashes flying in the wind while I gave my speech. I showed a handful of pics of how I liked the lashes via their instagram. The lady who did my lashes did not give me any look similar to the pics I showed of their previous work, they were soo long and all the same length! I honestly looked a little crazy but the manager insisted that she liked them and they looked great! ** in customer service its not what the staff thinks looks great, it's what the client wants** I didn't fuss and thought ok it's for one weekend.. 2 Days later and Half the lashes were falling off.. ok. I called and the delray location didn't have any appointments available so I resorted to their Coral Gables location. Both are over an hour drive from my house that I was willing to take. I called the Coral Gables location and the front desk manager related to my story and told me it would be an additional charge for a fill which I stated I didn't care I needed them fixed properly and she was putting me with one of their specialists!! There was a 3:30 and 7pm appointment.. I insisted on the 3:30 and she said many times that the 7 was better and more efficient for the stylist. Ok.. I called at 6:05pm to tell them I might be running 5 minutes late and the receptionist (different girl) tells me the stylist cannot take me and they don't even take appointments that late! Honestly.. I stayed calm but I was curious why would u turn away a new customer and willing to pay???? I mentioned did your manager mention my situation and she said yes but there was nothing they could do for my appointment, ok.. so what happen to great customer service?? Is it a FL thing or am I crazy?? 2x I had a poor poor experience and figured it just isn't meant to be! So they canceled my appointment because of 5 minutes for an awful job that wasn't done right that I paid $90 for including tip.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business for anyone!! They messed up royally!! I only go to this location because it's the closest to where I live now. Beware I have gotten sick on 4 different occasions due to the lash tech sneezing near my face, not washing her hands/using hand sanitizer, or not wearing the mask! I have called and told them my concerns, yet they still work on peoples' faces knowing they're sick with poor sanitization. Some stylists will pressure you to book a full set only to leave the lashes looking like a regular fill. They always try to blame things on the client when it's actually their fault for leaving glue everywhere, falling/uncomfortable lashes, a sparse look, getting annoyed while doing the work( which is so unprofessional to hear grunting and moaning for an hour)...the list goes on. It used to be somewhere I enjoyed going to relax, but in the past months,​ it's been the opposite. I've had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment time because the tech was behind on time, but if you're​ late more than 5 minutes they will gladly turn you down and cancel your appointment. Let me include this was done to me the one time I was late(less than 10 minutes late). I always tip well and I'm polite, but there's just too many things they ignore when clients bring up. read more

I'm surprised this place has such good reviews. I went for almost a year to get monthly lashes and refills, I found they almost always mostly fell off within about 2 weeks. I did eventually find one stylist that was good and they lasted closer to 3 weeks and looked good, which I could handle. The main issue was when I tried to cancel my contract (I was pregnant at the time and could no longer lay on my back for prolonged periods, so there was a medical reason), cancelling was the biggest hassle of all time. I had to call 3 times to find out that I had to go in when a manager was there to sign something to cancel. I went in the first time when I was told a manager would be there, she wasn't there and I was told I had to come back. I went again and the manager still was not there (how is there only one person who can do cancellations???) so I got pretty upset as this was now becoming a giant annoyance and the woman said I could sign the paperwork and then she would give it to a manager when she came in and they would take care of it. A few days later I was charged for another month. I again called and spoke to someone who ASSURED me that they put the cancellation through this time and that I would be refunded and not charged again. I was refunded within a few days but the next month, another charge. At that point I just called Amex and had them refund me and file a complaint with the company and put a block on the account so they couldn't charge me again. Such a hassle!! I also had a friend who moved out of the country who used to go there and the exact same thing happened to her. Just beware of you ever try to cancel your membership, check your credit card statements carefully!!! read more

Really excited about finding a place nearby. Scheduled my appt a week in advance for Thursday at 6:00. They confirmed the appt on Tuesday. Called me at 5:25 on the day of the appt to make sure I was going to be there. Got there at the allotted time and after about 20 minutes I realized they were running late. I waited another ten minutes and asked. The girl at the front desk said there was a mix up and that it would be another 20 minutes. Had she told me they were running late I would have had the opportunity run other errands. She then told two minutes more. That turned into 10 more minutes. I know most of us will wait an eternity for a great set of lashes but sometimes a little consideration goes a long way. Make sure you call before your appt to make sure they are on time. Hopefully they will be honest and let you know if they are running late. read more
