Let me just start by saying if you read my reviews I hardly ever ever rate something below a 3 so this is completely out of the norm for me. I have a friend who recommended this place to me (another location) and my bday is coming up so I decided to give them a shot. They have an introductory rate of $79 for a full set of lashes so I booked an appointment. My appointment was for 12:10, the ladies in the front were nice, they had me fill out a form and sign a consent about allergic reactions. Let me start by saying I have gotten my lashes done many times before and a full set rarely goes over an hour. My lash tech named Bridgette greets me and tells me to wash my lashes with some foam, I do that and now we're ready to start. She gave me four different eyelash styles to choose from, I chose "gorgeous" which to me looked the most glamorous and told her I wanted size 12 & 14 lashes (I've done this before.) The room was clean, she offered me a blanket and a pillow under my legs which was a nice touch. She puts the gel pads under my eyes and we're off to a good start. (I looked at the time we started exactly at 12:15). As she was doing my lashes I noticed calming music but I could hardly hear it due to the ladies in the front talking so loudly. Im not sure if it was because my tech left my door open or if they were just loud but it kind of ruins your relaxing experience hearing them gossip in the front. I thought everything was fine but she asked me if she could drink some water, I told her yes. I didn't mind, but I quickly noticed she didn't drink water she just kept on doing my lashes. A little later another tech walks in and my lady tells her to please give up her next appointment because she's unable to do their lashes so the lady left the room to go change that persons appointment. Side note: my tech kept calling me Jennifer the entire time and my name is Tiffany. WTH? Then she proceeds to tell me that she drank coffee at her house and again when she got to work which she's never done before and she feels over caffeinated and that is why she has fallen behind on my lashes because she said she can't stop shaking. Pretty sure if you can't stop shaking you probably shouldn't be doing something as precise as individual lashes but she assured me she was doing fine. She keeps telling me that even though she's going slow my lashes look beautiful. She FINALLY gets to my other eye. She keeps putting lash after lash and after from what seems like forever she says "it's been 2 hours but I'll be done in 5 mins". What??? I've been laying here for 2 hours??? Geez Another tech comes in (because she wanted to go to lunch with her) and she then proceeds to start doing my eyelashes because when my tech started brushing them they were falling out. So now this other lady is now doing both my eyes over again, filling empty spots where lashes fell out and reapplying glue to the other ones. (The second lady i felt knew what she was doing). Finally they dry my eyes and show me in the mirror and my eyelashes look ok, nothing special, I was happy to finally get up after 2 hours and 45 mins!!! The second lady worked on my lashes for 45 mins. Crazy. I go to pay, they offer me a membership I decline because my first experience didn't really sell me. I then proceed to go to my car and a lady in the elevator tells me i have something in my hair. I couldn't tell what it was so when I finally got in my car I noticed that three areas of my freakin hair have GLUE ON THEM!!!! What the heckkkkk! The glue is almost the consistency of krazy glue I couldn't get the pieces to disconnect from the glue, I ended up having to cut them out my hair when i got home. I am so livid. I will never go here again! I was going to not say anything about my almost 3 hour experience but the glue in my hair just took me over the top. You need to be extremely professional and knowledgeable when you're working with clients, so to be so careless to have 3 different areas in my hair get glue is absolutely unacceptable and absurd to me. After this they should've given me the freaking membership for free, I am livid!!!! I am not saying everyone there is horrible I am just saying my experience wasn't a professional one at all. Save your money and go somewhere else, trust me! read more

Update: New management took care of the non-authorized charges and were very responsive. Seems like they've been dealing with a lot of headaches from previous management and I applaud them for taking swift action to make good on what seemed to be deceptive and underhanded behavior charging me for months on something I never authorized. The worst eyelash place I have been to EVER. The receptionists at the front desk giggled, screamed, and spoke loudly the entire time I was getting my lashes done, even though I was in a room with the door closed. My stylish, Chez, clearly had no idea what she was doing. My lashes are totally uneven and overall a sloppy job. Paid a total of $100 for a waste of a lash job and my time. Amazing Lash Studio is a chain with many locations throughout the US. I've been to a few locations in Dallas TX, but this particular location is convenient as I currently live in Miami. The front desk girls are always very friendly. And my lash girl, Lianet is professional, super sweet and she does an amazing job on my lashes. I go for a hybrid (half classic/ half volume) look and I always leave happy with my results and feeling beautiful. The only *complaint* I have is the attire I've seen most of the staff (including lash artists) wearing. It definitely needs a professional upgrade! I've seen some of the front desk girls wearing super low cut tops with mini skirts. And some of the lash artists in sweats or yoga leggings with t-shirts. Not exactly the professionalism you want to see when entering a beauty/cosmetic industry business. In my past experience with the ALS staff at the Texas studios, they're usually wearing all black and/or uniforms with the company logo on them. I think this would be a nice touch and just so much better for the overall business model. read more

I went to this place about three weeks ago, (on Sunday)I called several times before and they never answered the phone, then the same day of the appointment I called to notify before that I would be a few minutes late and nobody answered, When I got to the place there were like 4 girls at the reception just laughing, and talking, my question why nobody answers the phone? nobody took my temperature, the place was without security measures for covid 19, the girl who made my eyelashes was nice but I did not like the eyelashes Then when I finish my service, I go to pay, and I am surprised that they are in a Tarot reading session at the reception, (two girls at their workplace, one reading the tarot to another) my question what kind of site is this? the next day I went back to the place because my eyelashes were a mess. Update : Ni que cambien de manager van a ser una buena locación. Cierren o aprendan de locaciones como Coconut Creek, Boca Raton, West Boca , Coral Spring o Fort Lauderdale. 1. No se si utilizan un pegamento mas económico pero aquí en definitiva no importa quien te haga el servicio, las pestañas no duran nada. Pase años haciéndolas en otras locaciones y mis refills eran cada 3 semanas. Aquí inmediato ya empiezan a caerse las pestañas. 2. Desde noviembre visitando este estudio, porque al tener la membresía es el único que me queda cerca luego de mudarme. Cada vez que iba al estudio, luego del servicio tenía que esperar 40 minutos o mas hasta que alguien pudiera localizar mi cuenta, por favor que clase de burla es esa ? Ir a ese lugar es ir a perder el tiempo... Hoy pedí que necesitaba salir puntual a las 3:00 pm y mi cita empezó casi a las 2:30 pm porque no encontraban mi cuenta. After calling in and expressing my displeasure with my first set of lashes the manager offered me to come have them done w another tech and I went from having the worst lashes ever to the best! This tech did these lashes approx 10 days ago (see pic) and the retention has been the best I've ever had. These really may be the best set of lashes I've ever had. The techs name is Jennifer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc there should never be this large of a gap btwn tech skills when they all charge the same. This was my first and last experience here. I give this place two stars - one for polite and friendly staff. The rest of my experience was just a sad mess. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, while the front desk girl kept repeating that my lash tech was just setting up. Turns out that the tech had accidentally taken another client. Ok... mistakes happen. When I finally got set up with a lash tech, she asked me what size lashes I wanted (11, 12, 13...). I didn't know what the numbers meant, and I told her that I preferred a short to medium, but very natural look. She told me she was going to use medium lashes and give me the "gorgeous" look. It wasn't I til I was leaving that I realized that there were different styles (gorgeous, sexy, cute, and natural). I'm not sure why my tech didn't go for natural, since thats what I asked for. I also have to note that her phone rang extremely loudly at least 5 times during our 2 hour session, and she even picked it up once. Made it extremely hard to relax. Now for the actual lashes. I wanted so badly to like them after all of that, but unfortunately they were so bad. They were so clumpy, stiff and uneven that even the tech could not brush them through with the spoolie. One eye was visibly fuller than the other. And of course, they were so long that they were not natural looking at all. I wanted to take them off as soon as I walked out of the door. Great location! They got me in last minute for a lash removal after another location (in TX where I live) MESSED me up! I got my lashes done before coming to Miami, but I should have got them done here! Marcia was super gentle and detail oriented. She took so much care getting the lashes unglued from my inner eyelid. She is great company too. While getting my lashes off, she let me know all the good eats to visit while I was in town. Very bad administration!!! I canceled my membership with them in August 2018 and they keep charging my credit card every month. I call the store and the manager is never there and does not return me. This lash studio is very clean and the front staff is very nice. Sometimes there is a wait since it's so busy with people coming in and out (but that is a good thing). Lorena does my lashes and she is amazing. She is fast and did my lashes in less than an hour and a half! Make sure to make an appointment with her. Always an issue if they are not running late the lash stylist has quit, the turn around of employees here speaks volume of the type of organization. Un Happy employees don't work very well and it shows. I have attempted to cancel the membership for the past 3 month and like the service same run around fed up with the poor service and even worse the quality of " lash stylist" . Just got my refill with bridgette and I love how they look. I have the Gorgeous look, and I wasnt crazy about the full set I first got, but I'm so happy now after my refill. She took the time to reconstruct my eyelashes.Also, seperate and clean up any clumped up lashes. Front staff was also very helpful and friendly with any questions. I first started going to this lash studio September20 2016. I remember this because I got them specifically done for my birthday, I fell in love with the lashes so I got the membership which they told me I could cancel at anytime. I never had a specific lash stylist I would just go with whoever was available on the weekends in the morning and it was never a problem because they were all truly wonderful. However the employee turn around was unbelievable and I noticed the majority of new hires were not too great. So I narrowed down to scheduling appointments with 2 lash stylist (Merly and Lorena) I was sure would leave my lashes the way I liked. They both ended up leaving around the same time. So I was left with whoever was available at the time. The refill leading up to my last was really bad I mean they looked great at first until they starting falling off that same day! This being almost 2 years of having lashes I know the lash maintenance (don't wet them 48 after application, brush them daily, use oil free products) BUT THEY WERE STILL FALLING. I hate complaining so I ignored it and scheduled a refill that next weekend. After that refill I know it was time to end my membership so I cancelled finally November 11, 2018 in person and that was that. UNTIL I see another membership charge on my card November 30. I call and I was told that there is a 30 day cancellation policy which by the way I was not told of when I joined NOR when I cancelled. So they're still going to charge me one more time AFTER I cancel?? LONG STORY SHORT, I am now going to dispute the charge with my bank and hopefully I will be completely done with this place. The one star goes to the girls at the front desk which I cannot die are extremely sweet, it's really not their fault, I know how these companies work they're never fully transparent with customers. read more

Super dirty place, smells really bad. I have been coming here for sometime but it gets worse by the day. But the worst thing that I have ever experienced was on my last visit. The technician named Marcia who the front desk girl recommend had the most unpleasant breath smell anyone could ever imagine. I mean this bad smell was so bad it came out through her nostrils, It definitely made me sick to my stomach. I don't understand how this matter has not been brought up to her attention. How is this person allowed to work with the public?? at such close proximity?? without a mask?? Her work was okay, but nothing superior. You get what you pay for; while the price is much cheaper then other salons in Miami, the product speaks the same about the quality. The lashes are stiff and lasted less then a week. My technician was very nice, you can tell she tried her best. It took her 3 hours to apply my lashes and she was proud of them when it was done. Having had eyelash extensions before, I didn't like them. They felt and looked unnatural. My friends have said better things about this place, perhaps I just need to find a more suitable technician. read more

I originally came to this location because there was a craigslist ad saying you can get a free set of lash extensions. I decided to give it a shot since I was in Miami for the day and made a last minute appointment. I called and mentioned the ad and they confirmed it was still available. Upon arrival, I was told it wasn't and that I could pay the regular price, then come in two weeks later for a free set. Makes no sense. Apparently the ad was old. I informed the girl at the front desk that I was told it was still available so she offered someone to 'squeeze me in.' I get it, she did me a favor. And I'm thankful for it. My lash tech was very sweet and the process was very relaxing. However now a week and a half in, the extensions are so itchy and twisty. Some lashes naturally shed and the extension had 2 lashes attached to it (it's only supposed to have one.) I brush them twice a day AND cleanse them with their branded face cleanser that is safe for the face. I don't put eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara or anything around my extensions. Some lashes are drooping and it seems the extension is too heavy. Their customer service was accommodating and nice. The interior was clean. However in terms of extensions experience, I wouldn't come back again. read more

I used to have to drive all the way to Boca Raton for my refills and now that this location has opened up I was beyond excited to give up those hour long drives. When I arrived I was greeted in a nice and polite manner. The girl upfront was super helpful. She saw that my tech was running a little behind so she offered me another tech to speed things up for me. However, after reading the last review on Yelp, I just wanted Beatrice. Let me tell you, she was SOOOO worth the wait. She's super friendly and actually took the time to look at my lashes and see what size would go good with my natural length.. Normally don't take the time to write a review but his place is truly the worst customer service I have ever experience and thought I would share my experience for future clients and management. My first visit was good and agreed to signup to the membership plan because of the price ( clearly you get what you pay for ) . After that it was all downhill every-time I scheduled with a technician there was always an issue either with time or that they were no longer worker there . I personally like to stay with one person once I like them at amazing lashes it it impossible because everyone leaves. The staff turn around is ridiculous and very bad for business. So I decided to cancel my membership with the month notice required in November and since I had one last credit I scheduled for December one month in advance. Week of my appointment I call to confirm because I know there is always an issue, To find out they scheduled me with the wrong technician and her schedule is now full soI cant change. Day before my appointment I get a request to change the time of my appointment because the technician wants to see one additional person to please contact them . Before I could call I get a message that it has been changed to an hour later. So I obviously call and then I get a change of story that they changed because she needs a lunch break ( clearly just a change of story) I don't demand to change my appointment back which they do . This was my last appointment Never going back !!! Stay away !!! ICYING on the cake Just received an email that they charged my card they forgot to cancel my membership !! They claim to have the request but Have not done it . All the issues are management and receptionist issues ! The technician are not at fault for the mistakes made but are ultimately the ones that get affected because they are loosing clients. read more

I think this is the one I've been so amazed I was in Miami in April and I went to get my lashes done they had a special for $89.00 that day and I made an appointment and went there. Place is clean and very modern I love the ambiance. Anyways I forgot the girl who did my lashes but she was the best. My lashes lasted for 2 months with no touch ups lol and they look so natural I felt beautiful waking up in the morning and looking in the mirror. If you want natural lashes they are the ones. The girl who did mines just had her wisdom teeth pulled couple days before and she had a headache I opted to reschedule but she muscled through. I have had the membership with amazing lash studio for roughly a year now. Overall, my experience has been pretty good with the exception of a couple of times that I was scheduled with new stylists and lashes immediately started falling out. I returned yesterday to do a full set, as of course they were closed for 2 months due to COVID 19. I was so excited to finally have my lashes back! Unfortunately, my regular stylist is no longer working there so the receptionist recommended Marcia who is an expert stylist. She was so wonderful. She took her time and left my lashes looking amazing!! I typically always have some fall out the day after doing my lashes and I have not had any at all this time! In addition, the location is taking obvious precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. The receptionist was mopping when I arrived, disinfecting pens, and Marcia sanitized multiple times throughout the service. I was thrilled to receive such great service and to see everyone taking the safety of their customers seriously! read more

So many things went wrong for me today I can't even put it all into words. I had to go to another location when this one closed due to a burst pipe. The aventura location was supposed to place credits that expired and then refund the credit for a refill I had with them because I didn't like how they came out. The manager said I could come in for a touch up but I said I'd rather wait for this one to open again so I can see Thais. The credit was never refunded it was just a whole mess. I got some horrible news today about my health and was just being pretty rude to them at the front desk not only was I frustrated with what happened because aventura said they would refund the credit but she said she didn't say that she said she'd provide points.... which can't be used at a different location. Defeats the purpose. I can't use it at my location. Aside from all of this they made it work for me and apologized for the inconvenience. I've never experienced such kindness.
