All of the stylists are pretty great but Jared is by far my favorite. My lashes look AMAZING every time I see him and they last so long. If you're looking to book an appointment I definitely suggest this studio but I highly suggest Jared as your stylist. Either way amazing lash will take care of you, if you have any questions they are great at answering and the costumer service is fantastic. This place is clean and modern. Staffs in the front are friendly. The rooms are comfy and cold. A blanket is provided for your convenience. I am never disappointed coming here. I was not used to the extensions, so I rubbed my eyes a day following my session. You are not supposed to rub or wet your lashes for the first 48 hours after your session. I called in and they did immediately scheduled an appointment to fix it. I was a subscribed member, but I feel it's too expensive to maintain. I purchased a package and every time I seen a jr tech my lashes never came out right. Next half would be off when seeing a master tech results were a little better each time I've gone I had to go back for a fix to have corrected. I stopped going for a few months and tried to go again for a better experience and the last time was worse than the 1st round. Due to new shut downs I was unable to get fixed because my daughters school closed down which was out of my control not because I could not make the appointment and was not able to get fixed because they were booked when I called until my 5th day. I have now been going here for about 4 months...I love having lashes...however, I have not really found a technician I love. So far, I have liked 2 and they both no longer work for this place. I am currently with Brittany and she's good. Hopefully she sticks around. However, if there is something wrong with your lashes, they are accommodating in rectifying the matter. They will schedule you in as quickly as possible. They will definitely work with you. My lashes usually last about 2 1/2 weeks before needing to come in for a fill. As for the price, I think being a member does have its perks...membership is a 1 year commitment. They will charge your account automatically $69.99/mo which is good for 1 refill. However, there are some months where I have to pay an additional $69.99, this really can get pricey. read more

This was my first time ever getting lash extensions and sadly the results were just underwhelming. I booked my appointment through Yelp. I wasn't able to go on the day that I wanted, but they did call me within the hour of when I requested the appointment to squeeze me in earlier. The studio itself is very clean, modern, and nice. The receptionist was also very nice and gave clear explanations. I saw the four different styles that you could select from and was told that the style would be customized to fit your eye shape (makes sense). The style selections are: 1. Natural: longer lashes across your lash line will enhance the natural shape of your eye. 2. Cute: longer lashes at the center of your lash line make your eyes appear larger. 3. Sexy: Longer lashes on the outer corner of your eye will make every wink count. 4. Gorgeous: With thicker and fuller lashes all over, you will always be red-carpet ready. After filling out a few forms I was called back by a lash stylist. I opted for the gorgeous style option. I explained to her that I was looking for added volume and drama. The whole process took about 2 hours. I do have to note that my lash stylist's phone rang during the session which is kind of ironic b/c along with the paperwork that you sign they ask you to silence your phone (she did apologize though). Also, my stylist was chewing on mint/hard candy so when she was working on my eyelashes she was close to my face and I could hear her crunching on the candy. Also, she was deep sighing a lot and that made me feel like I was a burden to her. In the end, the lashes I woke up to were just lengthened. To me, this looks like a natural style. It wasn't the "Thicker and fuller" lashes I had imagined. They aren't bad, but they just were not what I had envisioned them to be, in my opinion these are not "Red-carpet ready" either. When we were done my lash stylist walked me out and said "I am going to give you a clean lash wand to take with you." However, when checking out the receptionist double checked and said "Would you like to purchase the lash wand." I asked how much it was and she said $18. Absolutely not worth it, so I declined. I don't think the lash stylist should make it seem complimentary when it really isn't. They schedule you for a two week follow-up appointment to see how your lashes look and give you recommendations on how often you should go for a refill. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return here for sets or refills. *UPDATE* I had a reaction a week later. I know it had to be the lashes bc I wasn't wearing any other eye makeup. I do not have a latex allergy and this has never happened to me before when wearing lashes. Called for a removal at 10:44 am, but they weren't able to get me in til 6 pm that same day. Danielle did call me and left "tips" for comfort until I could go in for the evening appoint for removal, basically she told me to rinse my eyes with cool water and to take ibuprofen or a Benadryl. I was so uncomfortable and couldn't take it that I ended up going to a different lash place for removal bc they were able to take me in earlier and canceling my appointment here. I called to see if I could get my lashes removed (like less than 10 pieces lol). The girl on the phone said they had a 5:30pm available and I said I would call back. I call other salons to see if I could do a walk-in and NONE in Elk Grove could accommodate my needs which to me was very very odd because in Vegas I was able to go to any salon without looking them up and just ask for lashes to be removed and it would take less than 10 mins. So as Las resort, I came here. The girl I spoke with on the phone was super nice and friendly and she was able to squeeze me in. I had to wait a little bit because the technician was on lunch. Sarah (I believe) was the one who removed my lashes, she was very patient with me and it took longer than expected because my less than 10 pieces lashes were very stubborn lol. I was going to give them 5 stars because everyone was sooo friendly and they were able to accommodate me despite me not having an appointment BUT I would say it's pretty pricey. I don't know if it's just me, but I'm new in town and in Las Vegas I was able to pay $10 only to get my lash extensions removed especially if there's only a little bit left. But here, they charged me $45 for a 15-20 minute process! But since I liked the girl who helped me, obviously I had to tip good. I just hope majority of their charges go to the lash technicians since they charge super high! read more

First time getting my lashes done here, I have to say I am extremely underwhelmed. The stuff is great and easy to book an appointment they seem to have quite a few openings but it took two hours to get my lashes on and one eye my right one looks amazing the other looks like the lashes all fell off. I got the lashes so I wouldn't have to worry about make up on my vacation now I'm constantly having to fix the left eye because it makes the left eye looks so much smaller than the right, huge disappointment, and for the price$100 not cool. I was having a small issue with my account and was told the manager would look into my account and get back to me as quick as possible. She got back to me within 2 days and was so sweet, kind, and understanding. She answered all my questions and was honest. I was able to get an appointment right away on Saturday, 12/04/2021. The two women working the front desk were so kind and patient. I could see their welcoming smiles through their mask and that is exactly what I look for as a customer. Had to cancel my membership due to horrible customer service. Been a member for almost a year and so far every appointment, the stylists are about 5-10 mins behind however If you are 5 mins late, they will cancel your appointment or provide less service. The master stylists and receptionists are very pretentious and act as if their time is more precious than anyone. I did not feel like a valued member and will be bringing my money elsewhere. It was my first time getting lash extensions but she was super nice and made me feel really comfortable. I told her I just wanted it to look like I was wearing good mascara but not too dramatic and I got the results I was looking for! I got the natural lashes for the first one and got them slightly thicker for the fill. I love them! Arriving after working 3, 12-hour shifts is rough but Tammy is nice and welcoming when I arrive. She don't be irritating like some people (especially at the gym- I mean honestly tone it down a notch). I've been going to Mai for almost 6 months now and she's the best. Even my girlfriends who have been getting their lashes done for more than a year have asked who my girl is. I always say "Mai, but she's mine so you can't have her.
