I went to Amazing Lashes exactly 2 weeks ago today. I must say the experience was not so "Amazing"! The girl who did my lashes acted put out to even be doing her job & barely said anything to me in the room. Upon trying to leave all she & the staff could do was try to push their products & sign me up for the autodraft after telling them no multiple times. When I left & got back to work my co-workers said they couldn't even tell I had my lashes done. They looked like a few sprigs, literally! When I called them to tell them I wasn't happy they did not offer to have me come back or even apologize. I was told by whoever answered the phone "We are not plastic surgeons & we can only attach to your natural lashes"! RUDE! She didn't even offer to talk to the tech who actually did my lashes to find out if something more could be done. I was so upset after just wasting $90. I went to THE LASH LOUNGE on Heritage Trace yesterday & let me tell you they must be "plastic Surgeons", lol because they delivered everything I expected & more. They were so professional & knowledgeable! I cannot say enough to praise them! My lashes are thick, & long just like I had asked for! they even did my lower lashes which Amazing Lashes told me couldn't be done. I would recommend THE LASH LOUNGE a million times over, hands down!! They didn't push their products or push autodrafting & needless to say they got $250 of my business yesterday & will continue to get my business on a regular basis & guess what......without an autodraft. I will go back because of their amazing customer service & job very well done not because of some autodraft contract!!!! read more

From the minute you walk in the door till the time you leave, you will receive the red carpet treatment for the best price in town! I can't believe how affordable Amazing Lash makes getting my lashes done in comparison to all the competitors around here. I recently upgraded to the "Twice as Amazing" membership that they are offering! I am so glad that they now offer both of my monthly refills in one charge. I love all of the stylists that I have used, and I love the fact that for just a little bit more money I can use a Master stylist if I am in a hurry. The front desk is always so sweet and accommodating to my needs. I think I own the majority of their products and I love them all. My personal favorite is the Nature Lash- what a difference it has made for my thin natural lashes! I would highly recommend Amazing Lash!!! read more

I've been going to Amazing lash studio in Alliance for a few months now, and I am very pleased! My lashes always look great and I wait about 3 weeks before a refill. If you take care of your lashes properly and don't rub on your eyes a lot they last a good amount of time. My very first time I went I had told the stylist the length I was wanting and she did a good job finding the right one. I get the gorgeous style that are med-long in length. I am very pleased and I signed up for the year long membership so far I am very happy. This time around I waited about 5 weeks before setting my new appointment so my lashes have pretty much all fallen out (as expected) so this will be my first new full set since my first time going. It's crazy how different I look without my lashes on, can't wait to go to my appointment this week! read more

I get my eyelash extensions done at the Amazing lash location in Alliance. They always have open availability for all time frames. My favorite stylist is Mariana. Not only is Mariana a trainer but she brings your eyes to life. I also appreciate how Mariana shows care and concern for her clients. I had a skin condition on my eyes and thought it was the eyelash glue causing an allergic reaction. That was not the case, Mariana mention that it looked like eczema and she was right. I went to a dermatologist and he confirmed I had eczema. If you haven't tried Amazing Lash Studio I highly recommend you do. You don't have to be a member but if you get a fill more than twice a month it's worth the membership. read more

I had a great experience. I went in for my first full set of extensions and was very nervous. My stylist, Keri did a great job and I loved it when I left. After getting home I felt like I wished I went a little fuller/longer, so I called back and they were very understanding of my concerns. They booked me another appointment and I was in a couple days later with Tanjalyn who made my lashes perfect! I have had them now for a little over a week and I love them. I haven't had any fall out and I am washing them like I was instructed after each application of the clear mascara. I would highly recommend it to anyone, as a matter of fact I have. read more

I used to be a long time customer at The Lash Lounge but have had my lashes off for over a year. I really enjoyed my experience at the Amazing Lash Studio at Alliance. The master stylist that I saw to have my lashes done was AWESOME!!! My lashes look wonderful and I've had so many compliments on them. The price was considerably less than I had become accustomed to paying elsewhere and I was happy to join with them under their membership plan! He apologized for my trouble in making my appointment and picked up the cost of my mini-fill :) I have never had trouble with the girls up front, who have always been upbeat and helpful. Gimena was amazing! I've been getting my lashes done for about 7 months at a Spa but went to Amazing Lash Studio this week for a fill because I wasn't able to make it over to the Spa due to a schedule conflict. That was the best reschedule ever! After Gimena finished...I couldn't believe how much fuller and beautifully shaped they were! I won't be going back to the spa...I'll be booking with Gimena! Pat at this studio is the best! I have gone in with limited lashes for a mini-fill and come out looking amazing. The ladies at this studio are always friendly and patient. I have asked for them to call and leave me an appointment time because of my work schedule and they have always accommodated me. I really love Katie doing my nails & All the Staff for that matter. Very professional and always a pleasure. I tell everyone I can about the Candle Room. Lots of great services there to choose from. I've been getting my lashes done here since January and my stylist, Marianna, is fantastic! I moved away from the area but make the hour + drive every 2 weeks to see her. She's THAT good. I went in for my first time yesterday, I was greeted by the front desk girls who were all very sweet and informative, I didn't get any lashes done yet but if it wasn't for them and the explaining that they did I wouldn't even think about considering it! I'll be the first to admit that I don't take care of my lashes the way you're supposed to. I'm a picker and puller and I don't brush them. But I will say that Benitha always does a fantastic job whipping them back into shape. My Co-workers are amazed by how well they hold up after 3 weeks. Especially considering how I treat them! I have been using this location since the beginning of the year. I only get refills once a month and it works perfect for me. Gives me the natural look I needed and doesn't look fake or too much. As much as I would like to use the same Tech every month, my schedule doesn't always allow it and they accommodate that for me. Def worth the price! read more
