Walked in on a Thursday morning for a pedicure. I was serviced immediately and they did a good job. Felt relaxing, yet casual.

My wife and I had an appointment at 1 and weren't serviced until 1:54. My wife's pedicure was spot on while I recommend a pedicure by Tina to my worst enemy. She did a horrible job on my cuticles and had to go back throughout the service to correct them, especially while polishing. I did not receive the stone massage, she didn't clean my legs, didn't clean underneath my toes, nor did she cut down my toenails. Before she began polishing, I asked her to file down my toenails because they hurt when I wear tennis shoes and she told me she would file them down and shape them AFTER she polished. This was the worst experience in a nail salon and we will not be returning. Oh yeah, we were there for 2 hours. Don't walk... RUN AWAY from this place. This was by far my worst experience at a nail salon in my 21+ years of life. My sister and I walked in with the same inspo picture, and both left in tears with something completely different. I drove into town to get my nails & toes done with my family for a corporate event coming up this week. This is the first time I've gotten my nails done in over a year. My pedicure was good, but she had to re-do the gel polish on 2 toes bc it looked like my niece painted them and accidentally went outside the lines. Before I left, I pointed out the visible stripe on my nails to the nail technician. She responded, "well it's because we had to add the tip (which they charge extra for), but it won't be noticeable unless under this type of LED light." After walking outside and seeing it's even MORE noticeable in daylight, I decided to go back and see what my options were. When I approached the owner, she looked at my nails and acknowledged they were done incorrectly, saying "oh yeah, I see the powder they used was too light. Do you have time to re-do them?" After being there for over 2 hours & 15 min late to a house showing, I did not have time. I asked for a refund, but was told "no, we can't do that. I can give you a gift card for nails." I explained I do not live close and drove quite the distance, so a gift card wouldn't be ideal for me. Stopped by after a massage and didn't have to wait too long to get in for mani pedi, but they could not provide even an estimate of timing... so certainly a gamble. Tech was very very very nice. While the mani work and paint job is not great, but the main issue is there are a bunch of tiny bubbles in my polish. When I noticed i showed her and she said it was the glistening from the lights. ... .... ... no, there were bubbles that had surfaced. So she put on another clear coat and it smoothed them out. The glistening lights did make me think it was over but as soon as I got in natural light i can see them- all over. At least it's smooth from that extra clear coat. I googled the bubble situation and it looks like it's really old polish to blame. I did see the tech squirt a lot of what I believe to be acetone, into the bottle between my toes and my nails... it was not empty at all and didn't look to be too thick but I guess she noticed something and thought that would help. My toes look ok, but can't get close enough to inspect. Overall the service was inexpensive but I was there a total of 2 hours for basic mani and pedi with the dry time. I personally hate manicures at the pedicure chair but most places do that now. I did not find it to be clean. No wipe down of chairs between folks, used dirty towels to clean water that spilled on the floor (like dumped out the entire dirty towel bin to clean up a spill over) drink tables on the chairs were dirty. They do have tasty pina colada mix. read more

Find a different salon. I came here just to get my dip manicure off done by another nail salon. The man didn't soak my nails in acetone he just took a drill straight to them. Hurt me multiple times and now my nails are so thin they hurt and break on everything. Gonna hurt till they grow out. read more

First, I went in for a gel manicure and an overlay of something (for my thin nails) and a pedicure. I went with what the shop recommended. The acrylic overlay was all over my cuticle and looked awful. Then, a simple gel paint job turned into a mess on top of the acrylic. I discussed my unhappiness, and the manicurist attempted to fix it without success. I was finally leaving & voiced my displeasure. The owner/manager told me to come back in to get them fixed (I mentioned that as long as the same manicurist didn't do them. Just 4 days later, I went back in for them to fix them & was told that they were already breaking. This time was just as bad. The owner/manager took the gel/acrylic by filing/drilling them down and even into my real nails. I had to ask them to cut them down because now my already thin nails were even worse. THEN, the manicurist from my first appt painted them. Needless to say, I am very unhappy. I spoke with the owner as I was leaving and tried to show her the very bad paint job. I was told "they are fine". None of my nails are evenly shaped. You can see texture in my nails (bumps, lines, etc) & the polish is far from even! I am including pics, as well as my gel manicure that I went in with (of course, when it was grown out is when I went to Resort. At this point, I just wasted the $138+tip that I paid. read more

My nail tech was abrasive and rough with me as I was getting a powder dip. Jammed my finger in the powder cannister, nicked me twice with her roller pen. I have high pain tolerance, however my 11 year old daughter doesn't, but she is respectful and won't say anything unless the nail tech cuts a chunk of her pink finger while cutting down her nail. She was rough and cutting my daughter's nails short. I was about to say something when she went cut a chunk of the tip of my daughter's pinkie with nailcutters. We left immediately. I was comped for my powder dip. That is the only reason they are getting a 1 star. read more

Won't go back there again. Sloppy finish, didn't clean up my cuticles or give me the option. Wasn't sure if it was time to leave because she didn't say "goodbye" or "done," just walked away. The service is always great. However the pedicure I got today... not so much. My nail tech was very friendly, but the paint job wasn't up to my expectations for $45. As you can see my small toe wasn't separated before painting so it got smudged. The separators were put on after but the nail wasn't repainted. My cuticles weren't pushed back either, which is pretty standard for pedicures. The second coat didn't go to the edge of the nail so they look uneven and oddly cut. Overall not so great, but this place is nice and in a convenient location for me so I'm sure I'll be back. read more

Went in today for a gel manicure (40 dollars). I sat with a friend who was getting the same service. Her service took about twice as long as mine, granted she was getting old gel removed. When my gel was finished, my technician put oil on my fingernails (just like they always do). She did not once use any sort of lotion to do a massage of the hands or arms. My friends technician did everything that mine did, but received a hand and arm massage with lotion. I don't even care about the lotion massage, but charging us the same price isn't right. This is what made me upset.. I go up to pay and inform two different people working the front that my technician didn't provide the same service that my friend got and that she basically just painted my nails. Not only did she call out to the technician in front of the entire staff/clientele, but she told me she would check the cameras and then went on to charge me the 40 dollars. So that I wouldn't embarrass my friends I decided to pay and leave. I called 10 minutes later and apparently they had "checked the cameras" (already??) and noted my technician rubbed oil on my fingers and she said this was my massage but would offer me 5 dollars off my next service to come back. Bad business. Won't be back. Way to many great salons in the area. read more

Wish I didn't even have to give a single star. This was the absolute worst place I have ever gotten a pedicure at. First off, there was maybe 4 people in there and we had to sit and wait around 15 minutes just to be seated in a chair. My mom got a manicure and pedicure. Her manicure was done nearly at the same as my pedicure (her pedicure wasn't even started) her manicure was awful, nails were not straight and still rough. She asked for the paraffin wax on her pedicure, she never received that. They were most interested in selling some Nu Skin product than actually doing the pedicure. I got Gel on my toes and it's all under my nails and on my skin. The services were overpriced and they charged extra for every little thing. We also asked for our eyebrows to be waxed and that service was never done either. If you choose to go there, I hope that you have better luck than we did. read more

I took my 18 year old grandson for a manicure because his hands were red and chapped and I wanted him to have a hot wax application. We both were pleased, the tech was so nice and his hands were much better afterwards. A few days later my daughter, granddaughter and I went for services. They each had a pedicure (very satisfied) and I had a gel manicure. The technician, Danny, was so rough on my cuticles - on two fingers little scabs developed from them bleeding that started right there at the table. Plus, the polish around the cuticle areas on all fingers is totally jacked up. I may go back when I am in Keller again but I will only go to those techs who are recommended on this website. But the salon is well equipped and it appeared to be clean except for what looked like layers of dust on the chandeliers. read more

Not to mention it seems like I'm always paying different amounts when I'm having the same thing done each time. I even asked the lady why that space between my nail was there & she wanted to blame it on me because i chose light pink & said "I told you many many times" but she wants to charge me $80...& when i call her out on it she wants to suggest to do it all over again. BUYER BEWARE I visited this place with my daughters hoping to have a nice afternoon of manis and pedis. Instead we were met with rude and sloppy nail techs, one of which who also broke a bottle of glue that splattered onto my sandles and tried to hide it. I noticed it when they hurriedly tried putting them on me and upon mentioning they doused some chemical on them to try and clean them. I had already mentioned to the nail tech 3 times I didn't like the job she was doing to which she kept telling me to just wait, she wasn't done. Then to see my ruined shoes, I was pretty much done. I asked for the owner and instead got a manager. Advised of the situation and showed her my sloppy nails and advised I'd be deducting the cost of my shoes ($40) from the total as well. She then demanded to remove the sloppy nails since I didn't like and advised I shouldn't have to pay for. I refuse to allow as that'd only leave me with very thin and brittle nails at that point (which is also painful). She refused to run my card for payment of other services, so I left her with a check. She then proceeded to call the police on me too! I called them as well but after almost 30 minutes left. I'd certainly steer clear of this place. I should have waited for my regular time lave to become available as the person I typically see was booked so just thought I'd try this place, BIG mistake. read more

Sweet tech but sloppy! I had a dip removal and there is still dip remaining on my nails. Also, there is still cotton stuck on my skin. The tech acted like she didn't know what she was doing to remove the prior dip. Pedicure was ok but the tech was pulled to do another client that walked in leaving the mani tech to finish the job of painting my toes. My pedicure was amazing! I will give them that. My dip nails were uneven and thick, within a week they were lifting and chipping. I went in to get them fixed only for them to tell me it was because of something I must have done wrong. Charged me $25 to have them removed to give me a basic very basic manicure. Walked in to get a dip change and decided to try this place out because I couldn't get into my regular lady at my regular location. Bad idea!! Not only did Tony cut my skin with the dremel he also cut it with the clippers whilst telling me "You need" a manicure. Well yeah, since I have dipping power stuck everywhere I do need to get it off. But I shouldn't have to pay 20 bucks to have it removed!!! I paid 60 plus I did tip 10, cause I'm not a prick. He also told me the chrome polish would be nice but I have come to find out it doesn't last. Do not go here. They are rough and my manicure looks like shit. I'm giving this place one star because the job done was very mediocre, and overpriced. I had painted cuticles on hands and feet and left paying close to $100 for mani(dip) pedi (reg) combination. They used the drill and cut my skin a few times. The nail tech whispered "sorry" in efforts to keep me hushed. I've gotten better results for a lot less. With so many nail places around, save your money for a better option. Update: nail polish (dip chrome) came off already (next day). I went to get it fixed. This place has great reviews but their prices are ridiculous! Even with 30% off they charge an arm and a leg for their services. My pedicure was mediocre at best and the dip in my fingers looks like a plaster! The young man was sweet but I could tell he could not do better! When I got to the desk I was asked how was it, I politely said it was great, but their prices weren't competitive and the two ladies at the front told me For this!?! Showing me the salon decor!! I moved to Texas 2 weeks before Covid, so after months in quarantine I was in pretty bad shape. :) Everyone at the salon was fabulous, so nice and friendly. I went to get a manicure and pedicure before my vacation to Mexico. I chose gel so that it would last my entire trip. When I told the tech that I wanted Gel on my nails to match my pedicure, she said no, if you want the tip you have to do dip and they would match the polish with a gel color on my toes. That did not happen. My toes and fingers clashed because they were not matching colors. Why could she have not put the gel polish on my nails? Sounds like she was being lazy. I'm so disappointed with this time around. I've been going to Resort Nail Spa for the last seven times in the last two months. They have a wonderful pedicure service with amazing hot stones and scents. I have been doing only their acrylic fills for the last 2 months and they did a terrible job this time. There has been other incidents where the water was too cold for the pedicure and they really don't like to pull the cuticle far back enough so once your nails are done, it looks like you have a week old nail that has grown in. I got my nails filled and requested a white gel coat over them. Well as you can see they have chipped off and they are starting to peel. I'm really upset because I just spent $157 for my services and this looks like a $20 service. I'm going to miss some of the technicians but I don't want to make the mistake in spending a lot of money for everything to look like a 12 year old did my nails. read more

I would give no stars if I could! My daughter just got tips for the first time. Amber, the nail tech, was nice and took her time and did a good job, BUT she did NOT communicate any additional charges to us. Instead, she made a point to leave my daughter's nails longer so she could charge me $5 more and also, suggested that she shape them in the coffin or almond shape so she could charge me another $5 more. No where on their service menu is either of those additional charges stated. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the "hidden fees", I was not given a credit of any kind and in fact, I was charged an ADDITIONAL $1.75 which apparently was because of increased costs of paying with a card. I call BS!! This is a very new fee because I WAS a regular customer and had just been there over Thanksgiving and there was no such fee. I know for a fact that it costs a business a fraction of a percent to make credit card usage available to its customers. This is NOT how you treat and keep customers!! I will go somewhere else where I will not be nickeled and dimed to death and where my business is appreciated! Oh and watch out for Nancy! She is rough and aggressive when filing your nails. She burned multiple nails and cuticles and even drew some blood on one. I've had her twice and it has been the same both times except the first time she put the wrong dip color on which I didn't realize until I left because it was "similar" to what I picked. read more
