The ladies at the front desk have been very helpful and professional. The first stylist I had was not very helpful but did a good job. The 2nd stylist I had was much more informative and friendly and did a good job. I personally wouldn't recommend the products except the little retractable brush and lint free swabs but I'm pretty picky about facial products. Terrible service. Each time I went to get a fill someone had an attitude or there was a problem with my account. Lashes quality is great but they need to work on their customer service side. I tried cancelling my membership but I have to have a doctor's not to do so. Also, I needed to take one of the cards that I had on file off so that it wouldn't draft from that card- they confirmed that it was removed but the next day I look and the monthly membership fee was taken off of that card so I called again the same day and they swore that the card was no longer on file. A couple of weeks later I go to get my lashes filled again and she asked me if I wanted to use the one that was supposed to be removed. What the hell is that? Would not recommend a friend to be tied down to this place the way they have me. The way you treat your customers makes a big difference. read more

I liked going here at the beginning of my membership, even though I was met with rude and snarky comments by the man working the front desk when my tip wasn't up to par with what he felt (tipping all that I could, every time) the services were already expensive enough. It wasn't until most recently when I went in after they had opened up from quarantine I decided my money would not be spent there again. I go in for a full from credits sitting in my account during the quarantine. My lashes are done exactly one day before my graduation and they looked AMAZING. I got them done at 6 and got to show them off for about 2 hours until they started falling off at rapid pace. keep in mind i graduate the next day and i had just spent $120 dollars! I did not get them wet or blink excessively, they were falling right out, as if the lash tech didn't put glue on them.... I woke up the next day to virtually no lashes (THE DAY OF MY GRADUATION), of course I called and complained and through the phone they made it seem like they could fix them and I could get the full I paid for. I come in and it turns out no one is available time wise to give me a full... of course this is disheartening and very upsetting. the manager I spoke with that offered me a volume set instead of a full was very short and belittling with me. I did not appreciate this at all and I wanted to be sure I was getting my moneys worth. The lashes were done by a sweet tech named libby who I would go see personally if she did not work there, due to her kindness about the situation. shout out libby!! I've been met with very rude workers here and I would not return again. The lashes I had for graduation were not up to the standards of what I have expected in the past at this establishment and it was not libby's fault, it was the scheduling of the day! I would say be careful if you are trying to go here it seems some lash techs need more training before they are met with a paying customer. I went to them for 1 1/2 years. For the first year I was able to go every three weeks. I'm not sure what happened maybe new glue or something. The lashes just started coming off quicker and quicker. So by the end, a week after I'd get them done they would look awful. The girls up front didn't seems to care or try and fix it. They wanted me to pay for another fill because it was past their 4 day rule. The only reason I kept going so long was Nikki. She always made my lashes look great. Numerous problems with this place taking more and more money from me on top of the membership...realized 30 mins after my appointment was scheduled that I missed it...ok that ok they will use my 46 dollar credit anyway! Fuck this company. the problem with this place is honestly the corporate part more then the actual store front. The way they keep uping there price and add fee on top of fee...changing things.. its BS when i first signed up refills for "members" where 45.99 and thats what you always paid that for a refill. that was also the membership monthly payment. Now its like 59-69 a month and if you want/need more then one refill in a month then the 2nd refill is 59.99 instead of the promised 45.99... over all this place annoys the sh*t out of me with the way they fee u to death and make you pay on top of your membership price you already paid for !! if you end up with a master stylist. Its another $20 and then a tip...the lashes i used to get in the beginning where also alot thicker then they do them now.. if you want thick lashes thats extra too. The technicians are professional and efficient with your time and make sure you're satisfied. I enjoy my lash extensions from Amazing Lash Studio. I recommend you try several of the stylist instead of choosing only one. Follow instructions for aftercare closely and keep you lashes clean. I can't live without the brush they offer for sale and use it throughout the day to keep my lashes looking great. Staff is friendly and always helpful. I had my first refill done in saturday by Tuesday i had more then 10 lashes fall out soni called and asked to have a different stylist do my next fill. By thr time i got home i had 3 more fall out so i called and asked if they could fix it and was told it was oast the 72 hour mark so i would have to pay. After talking with the girl she said if i could get in asap they probably could, i explained i actually have to go to woek during thr week and have 3 kids so the earliest would be sat moening and was told thats too late that i would have to do a mini fill...total crap yall put these on and they cant even stay on 3 days?? I messaged them on fb with pictures and still have not gotten a response. I got a full set put on at the west 7th location in Fort Worth. My lashes looked good but they didn't look that much different than when I put mascara on. I live right down the street from the Alliance location so I switched to be closer. The first time I got a fill, the girl put so many lashes on me (one on top of the other). They were falling out in clumps and I could feel the glue when I blinked. I didn't realize this wasn't normal until I came in for my 2nd fill. This was with Hanenna. She was amazing. She was so friendly and explained everything and gentle. She was the only person so far to do a great job. She recommended that I get these lashes taken off and a new set put on. I would have to come back for that as it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. When I came back, she was able to just clean up the existing lashes and do a fill. She took a lot of clumps of glue off. This fill lasted about a month. I tried to get an appt. with her again but wasn't able to in the hours that I had available. So the girl on the phone recommended that I see a trainer. I got an appointment with Ashley. I assumed she would be good because she is a trainer. She was brutal. She was so unfriendly and so rough. She brought me in, said maybe two words. It was so hot in there, she was breathing so hard and her hands were so hot and made my face sweaty and hot. It was not relaxing at all like the other times I had been. She moved her hands all over my face, pushing the other lashes with her hand as she worked on the other eye. She took all of my makeup off. She hurt me 3 times (glue sticking from lashes to my eyelid) and didn't even say a word about it. Not sorry, or anything. I had tears. She then hurried me out of there. I left feeling so shocked. I didn't feel like tipping her but I did because I didn't want to be that person who doesn't tip. I will never go back to anyone but Hanenna. I've been paying for a "membership" at Amazing Lash since August 2015. I set my first appointment in person by walking into their store. I was really happy with my first full set, and got two or three fills after, always scheduling my following appointment while I was there. When my last fill started wearing off as they naturally do, I noticed that my natural lashes were very thin and very short, almost as if they had been cut at an even length all the way across. I have long and full lashes naturally but they are very blonde. I got my first set to avoid having to deal with mascara while on vacation. When I noticed the thinning/breakage I cancelled my next appointment for a fill. My lashes grew back in like normal. I contacted Amazing Lash by email in February thinking I would give them another chance and maybe just switch the person applying my lashes, since I was still paying them monthly after all. I received an email asking me to call them for an appointment. I work during most of the hours they are open and never was able to book anything before the event I wanted the lashes for. Again, yesterday I reached out via the appointment request form they have advertised online and they emailed today asking me to call. I find it completely unacceptable that they have the ability to take appointments online and by email, but refuse to set appointments that way. It makes it seem like they know they have your money, and have no interest in really booking your service. Businesses that operate by appointment only should accommodate scheduling for their clients using the type of communication the client prefers. Not everyone wants to step away from their office during a work day to schedule an appointment when it could be handled by email. Rather than calling them back for an appointment and giving them an opportunity to right a wrong, I think I will just cancel my membership and take my money elsewhere. I've been getting my lashes done at this location for about 6 months every 2-3 weeks with a contract. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my girlfriends. Out of the many times I've come in I've had maybe 4 really good refills. I've had more eyelashes on one eye than the other- so bad that my husband could tell the difference. I've had my extensions glued to my eyelids twice when I've gone in for refills including my very last appointment which was a hot mess. They offered to schedule a correction but I feel like it should have been done correct the first time. My eyelids burned during whole process and burned for a good 3 hours afterwards. Not to mention when it was all said and done I walked out with black crap on my eye lid and when I mentioned it to the tech she said it would wash out with soap and water. Not very professional in my opinion- she should have offered to wipe it off, it wasn't a small spot either. They've also lost my file 2 months into my contract. When I started coming here it was great but a year later I am rather displeased. I normally don't write reviews unless I have an issue or love something. Unfortunately in this case it is an issue. Back in October I got my lashes done for an event I was hosting (at that time I was still loving them minus my reaction to them). Once done I looked at them and they were not at all what I was wanting or normally got (the girl that normally did them randomly stopped working there and they rescheduled me last minute with someone else. The person who normally did them apparently never charted what she did in the record. So I called and came back in the same day cause I did not like them and paid a lot for them but they said they could not do anything. I called to speak with a manager and was told I would get a call back...I never did. So I went back in and froze my account, was credited $20 and not charged for the next month. Now on feb 20th my account was charged (I was unaware that you are only allowed to freeze 3 months at a time) so I called them to get a refund/refreeze. I was told they would put it in the computer for someone to call me in 2-3 days (I told the lady that they told me this before and I never got a call). One week had passed and still no call so I called them. I was told I have not gotten a call because the manager was sick. Which I understand so I waited a little longer. Two more weeks passed still no call, it has now been a total of 3 weeks. So I went in today to cancel, which they did. But was told they are still going to have to charge me another month. But I can came back in tomorrow or call to talk to a manager.Well you see this isn't going to work because I am the one who NEVER got a call after three weeks when I was told that I would get one. I am not interested in getting my lashes done here anymore I really just want my money back and for them not to charge me again for a service that I will not use. read more

Once upon a time, I was referred to this place that i was told did AMAZING lashes.. (no pun intended) I was told, that they not only get your lashes looking well, but the full experience is nothing short of amazing from the time you walk in and have your consultation. I was told that I would get a picture taken of my eyes, and they would then show me the different styles and how they look on my actual face, i would also be offered complimentary wine. I was also told, that the technique that is used at this location allows them to be extremely meticulous. I was told about a prewash, and after your service you would receive a "gentle wash" to make sure you have no loose lashes falling down... well, let's snap into reality. I call to book my appointment, I let them know that I was referred by my amazing friend, and that i have heard nothing short of amazing things, when is the first time I can get in with her Lashist Lizzy... I was advised Wedsnesday, 1/27/2016 at 2:00 pm you will be booked with Lizzy, and because you were referred you would get $10.00 off your first appointment. Fast Forward, day of appointment. I am greeted at the door by a woman named Autumn which after checking me in sits next to me in their seating area to tell me the styles that are offrered, have me sign some paperwork and tell me that my lashist (Lizzy) would be with me shortly. "Racheal" a taller thin lady belts out through the glass reflective door.. "I'm Kat and we are in room 2" she states as she is pointing and looking down. As I walk into the room I ask, was Lizzy not available because I asked for her, to which Kat replied "yea she's here but she has a client so you are on my books" before I could get completely comfortable on the table she was already taping my bottom lashes down. The first 20 minutes were very tortuous, I have gotten my lashes done numerous times, however I now feel like I have completely lost control of the situation, because after doing my research and asking for a particular Lashist and being tossed to another one without my knowledge I slowly felt myself beginning to have a panic attack. The room got hot, clammy and I eventually had to ask to sit up for a moment to breathe. After my uncomfortable moment, Kat began casual conversation, which lightened the mood and made me feel a bit better. After completion, Kat asked if i liked them and that was it. No walk to the door, no final inspection, no "gentle was" no black light, no nothing. (I can't be at the same place that my friend goes, there is NO ABSOLUTE WAY!!) I get to the counter to check out, and again I am greeted by Autumn, who offers me a "Lash maintenance package" it's $50.00 a month, well here's the thing i'm not to certain if I am going to even like the quality of the lashes because so far nothing that i was told has happened, I was told i was booked with who i requested and that wasn't the case at all and furthermore I was led to believe that I was getting $10.00 off because a friend referred me to later be told that someone misinformed me. I asked if I could see how i like the lashes for a few days and then make that decision, to be told that yes, but at that time there is a $39.95 registration fee that is only waived today. (Which by the way is not listed even in small print ANYWHERE on the pamplet that discusses pricing.) Now granted that may have made some people jump and act quickly, but normal working class people don't jump into paying for something that they just aren't sure if I will like. I have since leaving the salon had 9 lashes fall out, I HAVE NOT washed my face, worked out, or anything that would cause water to dribble down my face. However, I would like to make if very clear that my experience was the FURTHEST from amazing. Based off today's experience I can't say that I will go back. Please understand, that I am not just finding something to complain about, however the amazing lash studio should consider calling themselves the sometimes mediocre service establishment. read more

My 1st visit to this place was not the best. My lashes were not full at all and they fell out before the 3week mark. On my 2nd visit tho, I loved what Buthena did with my lashes. she's good at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone. I think it all depends on who does your lashes. I have a membership here...Ashley is great, but my lashes hardly ever last more than 2 weeks. I've frequently had to go in for "corrections"...I've had my lashes done numerous different places and they ALWAYS last 4 weeks...I'm not sure if it's the glue they use or what, but it's frustrating to constantly have them fall out so soon...not sure I'll be renewing my membership as this seems to be an on going problem with a lot of customers. read more

I just moved to the area and decided to give Amazing Lash Studio a shot. The good news is that I liked my results, for the most part. The bad news is that there were several times when I was in pain - like lashes were being ripped out. I have had my lashes done for two years and I've never had any stinging/ripping sensations. I mentioned it during the process, and she said there were just a few lashes stuck together. There was also stray glue on my bottom lashes afterward. About to go in for a refill and honestly a little nervous about the thinning of my natural lashes after the last experience. Giving a new stylist a chance...we'll see how it goes. Warning to all! I would give Amazing Lash Studio zero stars if it were possible. Such a complete rip off! I cancelled my membership in person and it was well within the 30 days. The person at the front desk told me that my last bank draft would be in February one month later, they withdrew money again. I call to find out and the person at the desk told me that my membership is the old one and I have to fulfill one year that's why they charged me again. So I make an appt and get a call back that my membership expired in 30 days and I would have to pay additional fee like I'm a new client. WTF! I am not a dumb ass and she kept acting like I was and kept repeating what she explained to me. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager she said "well I don't know her schedule and this is our policy". I asked her several times to have her manager call me and she couldn't do that. Hmm. The reason that I quit is because of all of their "hidden" charges. Not telling me that my stylist is $10 more, that the new lashes were $25 more it goes on and on. I'm not typically one to get on here and write negative comments about a company. However, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. For starters my lashes fall out after a week or two, some times even sooner than that even though i'm doing everything that they recommend i do. I understand that not everything works on every person, but I DO EXPECT for companies to keep their customers happy. I have already had to do a mini in between my fills once before. This time I got them done a week ago(my lashes fell out in 3 days but i was out of town), I called to set up another mini which should be $30, that i'm not happy about spending considering my monthly membership charge comes out a week later. I get there get the lashes, then get told i'm getting charged for a fill (45.99) once again i just got a fill a week ago and am getting charged for my membership(which should cover my fill) in a week.... don't get me wrong, there are some amazing girls that do a good job here like Lizzie for example, is amazing, so i'm sorry for my negative comments on here. What really sent me over the edge to write this comment was the girl i talked to at the front desk. I explained I made an appointment for a mini which she then just argued with me about and then when i further tried explaining my frustration she continued to make excuses and interrupting me. I have worked in a variety of customer service jobs with not the best fellow employees and i have never seen anything like this. If you don't have the kind of personality that genuinely cares or can at least pretend to then what are you doing in customer service? Luckily i am able to switch my year membership to 6 months instead. This is another frustrating topic just because they don't discuss this with you. i understand its on the paper you sign but this is a tid bit of info you should be sure to say aloud to every client. After my 6 months is up I will be sure to go else where for my lashes. Which is really upsetting considering i would love to stay with Lizzie. read more

This was my first time ever getting false lashes. I hated laying still for 2 hours, not ALS fault - It is what it is. I did go home with a nasty red spot on my lower right eyeball. Which healed after about two days. That same eye burned like heck when she removed the tape on it. I think maybe some glue got in my eye and burned it??? I wanted natural looking lashes, so that if I wanted to go without makeup I would still look ok. She went a little longer than I would have like. Which she said it would be better to go longer and if I didn't like them it would be an easier fix. My first impression was "yikes", as well as my families, lol. But after a few days we all got use to them and they don't seem as long, more natural. The first 48 hrs were kinda a pain sleeping, not wanting to scrunch up my lashes, but I survived fine. I am still not sure if it will all be worth it in the long run, since it's only been 6 days. I have noticed several lashes have fallen out. I don't use any oils on my eyes and never any mascara. If by 3 week I still have lashes and can't tell any have fallen out it may be worth it, but if a big clump falls out before then, I may just have to do without. I do love the look very much!!! They feel very natural. If they last for at least 3 weeks, I will give it four stars, omitting the 5th one since my eye was burned and red for two days after. read more

I'm spending way more than the "membership" to get extra refills. I am concerned about the condition of my natural lashes so much that I am terrified to stop going for fear of what my natural lashes will look like. I feel trapped. I can't seem to find a technician that does a really good job, I have tried three different ones now. It is not fair that you can't get out of a membership unless you have a "note from the doctor"--give me a break. Where is the customer service? Okay, I have finally had it with amazing lash studio. I will never have my lashes done at this location again. The required contract is ridiculous and they charge you two months payment ($118 total) for a full set. It's insane to me that anyone would pay that. Plus, the quality of most (not all) of their techs are substandard and their customer service sucks. I'm not sure if this is an Alliance location issue or an Amazing Lashes Studio problem. I'm transferring my remaining credits to the Southlake location and I will update in a few months. Either way, I will never go back to the Alliance location again and I strongly urge people to stay clear of this contract. This company seems to try to nickel and dime you the whole time and when you try to cancel the contract they play whatever game they have to to get just one more payment out of you. I have been to this location 4 times. The first time i had a full set put on and opted not to enroll in the membership. my lashes fell off in clumps glued together daily. Someone called me from the studio a week and a half after my appointment for a satisfactory call. i told her that i was not satisfied and gave her details about the issue. she would say oh no, I'm sorry but then immediately get into their membership spill and try to get my to sign up. i decided to give them another try since a friend had told me about a girl she uses there. I went in for the second appointment and the girl was very skilled and fast. I scheduled my third appointment and decided it was all about the technician. Third appointment was great with the same technician then skip to the forth. I walked into my appointment, signed in and sat to wait. Ten minutes goes by and a receptionist approaches me to say that my child can not be in there. That they have a policy that no one under the age of 18 can be in the studio and that no children may go in the back. I realize taking a child to your appointment is less than idea for both the client and technician. Last minute my sitter cancelled and i wanted to avoid the within 24 hr cancellation charge. To my knowledge there wasn't an issue with taking a well behaved child to my appointment. I had checked the website and found nothing about any of these policies. If this is a policy of the studio it should be posted in the FAQs section of the webpage, in the studio, on the contract or anywhere for that matter. While talking to the receptionist about when I could make it back in childless she then told me that by then i would have to pay for a full set. read more

Worst customer service, ever! I would go to Lash Lounge before I decided to try Amazing Lash Studio in Alliance and it was the worst mistake. I got a full set just for them to look like I needed a refill within a week. I went to get a refill at the Addison location where they did an amazing job compared to the Alliance location. Today I called so I could set up an appointment for a mini refill because even though it has been about 2.5 weeks since I got my last refill they still look good. I just needed something to cover me for the weekend because I am going out of town and needed something until my monthly refill kicks in. The girl on the phone was rude after I told her I wanted a tech that was more experienced because of the incident the first time and she refused to book me for a mini refill even though I told her my lashes weren't at the point for a full refill.
