I went to amazing lash studio to get a light hybrid, I ended up just getting a classic because the prices were outrageous. It was already 100$ for a classic set and 60$ extra for hybrid was unimaginable. I stuck with a classic set thinking my total would be 100$, I was wrong.... I get to the desk to pay and apparently to be seen with a " master " it's an extra 30$ which I was not told or else i wouldn't have booked it with a master and the lashes came out decent, the experience and time was good but i was not satisfied with how the lashes came out, I am a certified lash technician myself and I would never let someone walk away from my table the way I walked out of that place and again on top of that , the price, I paid 160$ for a classic set that I was not satisfied with, extremely overpriced and selfish! They take your money basically by overpricing their business! Never have I ever charged anyone that much and i've never been charged that much any place else! Hopefully it changes! read more

Loved everything about the experience! Ladies at the front desk were very sweet and made the process easy. My lash tech Myranda Ortiz was amazing. It was very relaxing, didn't take too long, and my lashes look fantastic! Not only that but it's been 2 weeks and they're going strong. TLDR: This place is way too pricey for what they offer. The lashes themselves never last longer than 1.5 weeks before they start falling out and the customer service and end products are mediocre at best! I gave this place an honest shot, tried 4 different stylist and 2/4 literally glued my lashes together and eye shut. After the second time this happened I had to call and complain because nothing was offered to rectify or compensate for the situation at check out either time. After I called they offered a free upgrade and yet ANOTHER different stylist for my next appointment, THEN tried to reschedule that same appointment a few days before because of scheduling issues! The last straw for me was when they called this morning to tell me that the stylist I booked with completed more training so her services were now going to be at least $20 more and if I wanted to reschedule. Ummm... no! I want ya'll to honor what you offer your clients! Very happy the stylist improved her skills and will get paid more, that is wonderful news for her. HOWEVER, it's terrible customer service to now up charge clients who have pre-existing apt's! What SHOULD happen is that all of her NEW apt's moving fwd get the new rate, and her preexisting apt's should be honored at the price they were booked at. Due to this final act of terrible customer service I asked to cancel my membership and was told I had to physically come into the store to do so. Which is not only just ONE LAST way to inconvenience me, but really shouldn't be required with a new surge of Covid cases. If all that wasn't enough there's more! Idk if they ever fixed it but out of the 5 times I booked an apt, the online scheduler only worked once. What was more annoying about the online system is that it will let u sign in and go through the whole process of booking, just wont book it. When I mentioned this to the receptionist when I called to book she told me they had "no idea!" and she would make sure management knew! But, I called back the next day to adjust the appointment time to a little later and THAT receptionist told me "oh I know it's been that way forever!" Lastly, they have music playing while you get your lashes done but the music player is broken and will skip and randomly speed up or slow down parts of EVERY song played which is super annoying and distracting to listen to for an entire hour. The staff is used to it too because they say they "don't even notice it anymore" Overall, this place is way too pricey for what they offer. The lashes themselves never last longer than 1.5 weeks before they start falling out (and I have been getting my lashes done for 2 years and NEVER had such a short turnaround time) and the customer service and end products are mediocre at best! read more

I was so AMAZED by my experience at Amazing Lash Studio. My stylist was Shelly. Shelly was able to start my appointment early and did an amazing job. She kept me so occupied while I was getting my eyelashes done. I've gotten my eyelashes done several times and have never had such a good experience. I would recommend Shelly to everyone. She was so knowledgeable about everything that had to do with the studio. She had an amazing personality and was very personable. I don't think I stopped laughing the entire time. 10/10 experience and I will most definitely be coming back and most likely getting a membership all because of shelly. Went today for my first time ever. I was a little scared and worried, but these ladies pretty much eased my mind and I left with the most amazing lashes ever! I'm Asian, so naturally I have deep set eyes and I have always had to cake on mascara to make them visible. Now I don't need to anymore. I've also read lots of bad reviews from other locations so, if you want great service and amazing lashes, I highly recommend trying this location instead of going back to the place you have had bad experiences at. I have had my lashes done with Melissa Huntley at the Firewheel amazing lash for about three months. Melissa is very professional and does my lashes great. I get tons of compliments. We typically take about an hour for a fill. And it lasts about two weeks. I push it to three weeks frequently. Melissa is super friendly and easy talk to. This is probably the worst lash bar in north texas. they do not vet their people properly, have unskilled people working with your eyes, and theyre super scummy and will squeeze as much out of you as they can. First of all the black woman working the front was rude to me and unprofessional, and the girl who did my lashes got them too close to my lash line to the point that it HURT and i had to get them taken off the next day! She also smeared black stuff all over my eyelid and didnt come off until i went in to remove them. Thought i could get the removal for free but i couldnt. They do not properly assess the skill level of their people and have just anyone working there. You dont want unskilled people working with your precious eyes like that. They posted on their Instagram a 69.99 special for Easter and they still charged the 79.99 but I thought maybe it was the wrong location so I got home and checked again and it was the firewheel location. The process was easy and peaceful, but when I got home my lashes began to hurt me in the outer corners like crazy. I had to schedule to get the lashes removed the next day because every time I blinked it hurt. The black glue was also visible on my lids. They looked great but i will not be returning. read more

Great location tucked in a corner of Firewheel mall where there is almost always parking. (In a mall, that is a huge plus!) From entering to leaving everyone is so welcoming! The girls at the front walk you through the plans they have to make sure keeping your lashes on point is easy! Gave them a bad review before because the lashes I had done were terribly uneven, scratched my actual eye and the technician was rude and would stop my appointment to answer her phone. We got the problem somewhat fixed so I took off the review but now I'm done with this place. I called to skip a month on my lash membership and was told it would be taken care of, but the money was still taken out of my account, and they will not replace my money at all and I didn't even receive services. I went in today for the first time to see about getting a lash fill. I currently have lashes, but the person who did them lives out of state, so I wanted to try amazing lash so I could have a place to go to. As soon as I walked in there were 4 girls sitting at the desk. Not one of them greeted me until I said something. One girl asked if i had an appointment and I told her no but I wanted to inquire. She then asked another girl to help me. So I told the other girl that I needed a fill. She said it would be 79 bc I wasn't a member. So i asked about the mini fill and she explained bc I have lashes and they don't know what kind they are, a mini fill may not work, so my best bet would be to get a full lash fill. Ok no big deal. The other girls at the desk kept interjecting saying i couldn't do a mini fill and we're whispering to each other. So I told her I would just do the lash fill. Then the girl who was helping me turned to the other 3 and asked who wanted to do them. They all just looked at me and then looked back at her. So she asked again, and they did it AGAIN. So I grabbed my stuff and told them it was cool and I would just go somewhere else. I will most definitely NOT be returning to this location. They (except for the girl who was ACTUALLY trying to help me) were RUDE AF and both of my sisters (who were with me) even said while I was talking to the girl, they were looking me up and down and rolling their eyes. I have worked in retail, at waxing studios, and have been in customer service since I was 16 years old. I know if I acted the way these girls did, I wouldn't have a job. They were extremely snobby and should either be retrained or just don't work in customer service. Glad I didn't waste my money bc I'm sure they would have done a shitty job since they didn't want to deal with me in the first place. Hire more personable people, otherwise those 3 will definitely make you lose business. read more

My first time visiting this location and had my lashes done by Ryna. I've been told that my natural lashes grow in layers which can make it more tedious to apply extensions but she did great on my full set and in the amount of time she told me. My lashes came out looking full in the style I wanted. 3 weeks have gone by and the lashes are still intact and ready for a small fill. I have been coming to amazing lash studio for almost 2 years now and when I saw the one in Garland opened I had to come try it out since it's close to where I live. The store is really nice and clean. All the ladies are really friendly. I've been coming now for about 2 months and every time I see Melody. She is sooooo nice and she does an amazing job! My lashes look amazing and they stay gorgeous even when it's time for a fill. I get the 15 size I think that's the longest and I get it in the style gorgeous. The only negative thing I could say is that they did raise the prices and didn't tell me so I ended up paying and it was $10 more than usual. Would have been nice to get a heads up. But! I do not recommend lyss, she snapped at me for falling asleep and was rude the whole time. The next couple of times I went I got way better service and was told that it's ok if I fall asleep and that most people do. My friend also had lyss earlier today and she made a comment to my friend about how she's old. Lyss rushes to finish and I've noticed now that I've had other people do my lashes there that lyss doesn't do everything she's supposed to do. She doesn't do that mist thing or even brush them. This is just skimming the surface on my recent issues....I've been a member on and off for 2 years now, only taking a short break because I was annoyed with the operations of the salon. After a solid 8 months back, the issues are seeping thru the cracks again and I'm thinking about finding a new facility. I love the girl who does my lashes and she does a great job, so no issues there. But I had a few that were messed up and went back to have the fixed 4 days later and was charged for another refill, WITHOUT being told about it! This is after the front desk girl told me to come back and they would take care of me. So when I went to my service today I was told I owed but I didn't, I should have have a credit since my last billing cycle and I was told it was used for that service! It took me over 20 minutes to check out because no one at the front seemed to know what was going on. They had to call the manager, who is hardly ever on site, to see how to straighten it out. While the desk girl was talking to the manager she didn't even explain what had happened, she just told her she didn't know what the problem was in the system. I emailed the manager about my frustration (since I was working directly with her on this issue a few weeks ago) and she never emailed me back or contacted me. It seems as though customer retention is an afterthought. They just go through the motions of checking people in and out and not finding the root of the problems. I wonder how many other people are incorrectly charged/their credits are incorrectly applied without knowing it. It's frustating that I have to keep up with this myself vs trusting their system. I have also referred 3 friends and if I switch to somewhere else, they will too. read more

I've been going here for over two years and I'm finally giving up. I've never seen a stylist consistently. I feel like all the stylists who were there when I first started going have all left. In the beginning I was very happy with the service I received but over time it just seemed to get worse and worse. Recently (two weeks ago today exactly) I went in for a fill and three days later the majority of my lashes were gone. I did not get them wet for more than 24 hours and I did everything they recommend. I went in the next day for a correction (their customer service is very good) but I walked out very disappointed because the stylist put the glue directly on my eyelid and it looked like I had uneven dark black eyeliner and it was clumpy. I didn't complain though because this was a correction and maybe she was just trying to ensure more didn't fall off. The glue went away after I washed it off a few days later because again I didn't get them wet for longer than 24 hours. Today, I called to set up an appointment because it's been two weeks to the day since my original fill appointment and even though it's barely been over a week since the correction I have like 10 eyelashes on each eye. Then it occurred to me that I've been disappointed every time for months now and I don't think it's going to improve. I called to cancel the appointment I just made and asked how to cancel my membership and she was very nice about everything and tried to make it right but I think I will just take a break until I find somewhere else worth the money. read more

Had full set last week with Melissa H. They require removal and full set for new client but she struggled taking current set off. She stated they were glued too close to lid but they were standard 1mm. I asked for natural but she recommended gorgeous. Was a little painful during process and she glued some to bottom lashes by mistake. Once complete it looked off. Week later a lot have fallen off and some pieces have too much glue. Going to another place to get corrected. read more
