I just had an incident with one of your employees Z. My daughter and I came to do threading on our eyebrows and upper lip. We walked out and my daughter said did some hair need to come off of the corner. We walked back in and told Z and she said she wants them thick and I told her yes but she likes it to come to a point at the end. When she went to take the hair off she gouged her Eyebrow and left a small bald spot in the middle of her brow. I would like for you all just to refund the brow fee as Z messed ip her brow. I called to ask for a refund and Z proceed to argue with me. She is very rude and think that she isn't wrong for purposely gouging my daughters eyebrow. I went here for the first time a few months ago because I moved to Rockwall from Sachse and wanted a brow place closer. I have been to this location twice to get my eyebrows done and have not had the best experience either time. I usually wait a while which isn't the biggest deal. The second time I went, the shape and a lot of my hair was taken off. I now have to grow them back out to get the shape and fullness again. I do understand people learn but it just want the best for me. Not upset just posting this so the owner is aware and can get people more training. read more

Had my brows threaded on Saturday. Unfortunately they've raised their prices and the quality of service has gone down. They currently charge $7 for eyebrow thread, which is really not bad at all, but this is an increase from their previous price. The issue is more that they missed a lot of hair, which I didn't discover until I got home and looked I. A magnifying mirror. The decor here is nice and clean. The techs were nice and seemed to know what they are doing. A little brow massage with the soothing lotion after the threading was a nice touch. Not sure if that's something they do every time but. Prices were reasonable and I would refer people here:) read more

Stopped by yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed. First time and last time! I've never had a worse wax! They looked fine at salon, but once I was home, I realized that they were too thin towards the ends and they don't match! It's not an arch. It's messy. More was taken off one than the other! Nice people, but poor wax job. They're $5 more than nail salons, but I feel like they don't know what they're doing. Perhaps they're better with threading. I'm disappointed. read more

Honest opinion, yesterday I went in with hairy eyebrows and I walked out with uneven eyebrows. I'm giving it 4 stars cause the owners are probably the only ones who know how to do the eyebrows really well. The lady that did mine truly jacked it up for me. I had my eyebrows threaded and usually at other salons they mess up my left arch but not at AP! my brows were flawless and they really took their time and I felt really cared after. I use to pay twice the price to have my brows threaded but AP's prices are very reasonable and they have excellent customer service. I really need to try out their eyelash extensions the next time I see them! read more

I definitely love this place so much. The environment is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Hands down the best place to get your eyebrows done - especially with AP. BUT unfortunately their is a woman on staff that was giving me and my daughter smart and ugly remarks about us getting our eyebrows wax. I rarely complain or have any problems but today I felt attached. I simply asked a question and the lady said excuse me and then rolled her eyes at me. After then she continued to go walk away but then she was talking to her co-worker in their language and I felt as she was talking about me and my daughter. I didn't enjoy my experience today and i've been coming for quite some time so that kind of behavior really took me back. i do not want my daughter on such a negative environment when we are supposed to enjoy our time together along with great service. read more

My skin has reacted to waxing my eyebrows, so I decided to try threading and tinting my eyebrows. They were very friendly, and suggested coming in every 2 weeks. The down side is that I had the same redness, scarring and pain with threading. Not their fault, I just wish I knew about the pain possibility before I did it. They said longer hair hurt more - so that's why I was in so much pain. The cost was great - I may return for a facial, but I don't think I will do eyebrows again. read more

I loved the lady that was working. She was super friendly. I did not enjoy the threading, it's just not my thing. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star rating is because I had to use tweezers to get a few hairs missed under my arms and I had a lot of sticky spots still both around my bikini area and underarms when I got home. Tried Asia Salon in Murphy, however after the lady burnt me & several rude encounters with staff, I was happy to stumble on this place!! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. I have a hormonal imbalance which causes excessive hair growth. The ladies were very friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be coming back every 2 weeks!!! I usually don't take the time to write reviews but this place blew me away. Per the recommendation of a friend, I made an appt to get my brows threaded and tinted ($15). They did an AMAZING job, and I am VERY picky. I decided to get a facial while I was there, as there prices are very reasonable and I was in need of some pampering. All I can say, again, is AMAZING! I have spent hundreds of dollars on facials and this $40 facial was probably one of the best I've ever had. The staff is very nice and professional. The prices are extremely reasonable.
