I really appreciate Ariel - a master stylist here. She has great attention to detail and she's a very intelligent, kind, funny and an interesting associate. I have a few suggestions for the store owner. Your recent receptionist hire(s) have been great. The old receptionist was a real crab apple, so I'm glad she's moved on. I wish yall could use a different eye pad brand to keep the lower lids down. The ones yall use leave glue residue on my lower lashes and I've never experienced that issue with other providers in the past. Also, the store is not that clean. The retail walls are dusty and the bathrooms need a steam clean. I'd toss out the air fresheners in the bathroom too - they are toxic for humans. Last suggestion.... Please please please get rid of the terrible music. I don't know what kind of corporate rule you have but the music yall are playing is the craziest, most obscure, random mix of various terrible genres I've ever heard. I think your business could really pick up if you fine tuned the ambience which would contribute to an improved customer experience. Thank you!! read more

I went in for a lash lift yesterday and was super excited only to be completely disappointed and upset by the look of my crimped, fried, and folding into my eyelid lashes. I've had a lash lift done before and it looked amazing compared to this. I feel as if I can't even leave the house. There is no way mascara can even go on these. I called back today to see what they could do about it and explained how upset I was about the whole situation and they simply told me they did everything right and there's nothing they could do for me. I was really looking to get this lift done as a little pick me up but this has been an awful experience and truly the exact opposite. And I was very disappointed that they stated they did nothing wrong and that I would just have to wait for them to grow out because they carry the perming solution but not a relaxer. That makes no sense. I've included four pictures. Two of what my lashes have looked like with an great lash lift and two of how my lashes look right now. The difference is insane with them saying they did nothing wrong. Update: I have received a full refund with a free nature lash serum which I am happier with. The first time I went here was delightful; everyone was very nice and professional, and it was my first time getting my lashes done at all. But the second time I was here to get a refill, and the atmosphere was different. The employees were rude, my lash tech was texting my whole appointment, and I couldn't breath. I'm not sure if it was the glue or what, but my nostrils were burning and I had to breathe out of my mouth for the entire time of my second visit there which caused my throat to burn like my nostrils. I also always have lashes falling out starting day 1 or 2 of having them. They should not be falling out that quickly. After the second visit, my lashes lasted less than 4 weeks before ALL of them fell out. First visit, they lasted for almost 5 weeks before I needed a refill. But second visit they ALL fell out in less then 4 weeks, that is quite ridiculous. Edit: I went back to receive the complimentary full set they offered on Thursday 1/13/22, and it was a much more pleasant experience. Gloria is phenomenal; she was informative, gentle, and overall just very professional and kind. She walked me through everything, since this is the 3 time I've ever gotten my lashes done, and made sure I liked everything and was completely comfortable. Customer service is 8/10!! However, today is Monday 1/17/22 and over 10 extensions have just fallen out. I washed them yesterday after letting them cure for 48 hours, like instructed; but after waking up Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and now this morning, and already there are empty spaces between extensions?? I have not pulled any out or rubbed my eyes, nor did I get them wet before 48 hours. The quality is just not there in the glue or the curing process, but the extensions just do not stay on for any fraction of time that they should for the cost. Photos for reference: with sunglasses is Thursday (Day I got them); all other photos are from this morning (Monday, day 4 of having them). Notice how in the sunglasses photo they look pristine and so well done. In the rest of the photos, there are many gaps and they look SO sparse. From Day 1 getting them done to today, Day 4, this is obscene. Lash extensions should simply NOT be falling out like this. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 is because of how gentle and professional Gloria was with me (like I said customer service 8/10). But quality is 3/10, especially for the cost. read more

Absolutely love this location. I've been getting my lashes done here consistently for about two years and I always have a great experience. The front desk girls are so friendly and helpful. It did take a bit of trial and error finding a lash stylist that worked best for me, don't be afraid to try new stylists until you find one that clicks. KAYLEE does an amazing job every single time! My coordination and patience is just not setup that way ha! YouTube vloggers thank you but I just cannot! But I've known several co workers, family member, & friends that have these natural long lashes and being a no make up to, barely some powder & eyeliner, kinda lady I wanted to get in on the easy cuteness! My appointment was on a Saturday at 230 and I was in the back being consulted by 235! Mandy was my las tech & she explained the types of lashes & shapes. I picked the cute lash shape in 13/14. Mandy then explained everything that she was going to do. I laid there peacefully for about 1hr45 and the results are fantastic! No pain, no glue, no frustration, just beautiful natural lashes. I was like whoa look at my eyes!! If we can work it into our budget I'd love to get these several times a year (special occasions, holidays, etc.) Should last 2-3 weeks. Hopefully 4 weeks! Ha! I came early to my appointment and she made me feel so comfortable by gabbing and chatting away till my time. She waived a $30 fee for me because when I called to make the appointment the lady on the phone didn't inform it would be with an expert with an additional fee. Although I followed all the recommendations for the first 48 hours, half of my lashes fell out after the first day. Because I have a career and must present myself as professional, I am unable to be seen looking the way I did. I spent 3 hours having the lashes put on initially. When I went back to the store to return the unopened product I had purchased (which they would not take back), I was told I should have come back and had the lashes fixed. That is a problem because, again, as a person with a career it not feasible to spend even more time after just one day. When my meetings start at 8:00 AM and they don't open until 9:00 AM, I'm not sure how that could have even worked. I ended up removing the lashes myself. Complete waste of time and money, but lesson learned. read more

I love the front desk girls, especially Teagan who always greets me right away and recognizes me before I even tell her who I am! My favorite lash stylists are Linda G. And Kaylee! Although, everyone is great. They are always consistent and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about the amazing girls who do my lashes! They always make them full and just the way I like them. The few times I've had to be rescheduled and they have always made it right and called with plenty of notice. Anytime I've rescheduled myself they always get me in very quickly and are always understanding of life happening and things coming up. They always have appointments available if I need a quick 30 minute refill. I recommend everyone who compliments my lashes to come here! read more

Booked to get my lashes done since I was going to be in town. Got there early but with covid, was asked to wait in my car. I wasnt called in till 10 minutes after my scheduled time. When I got in, I was given a "lash bath" solution to wash my own lashes. When I finally got into the room, the technician asked what kind of lashes I wanted. I got the lashes done but it was extremely noisy. The girls at the front desk (around 5 or 6 maybe) could be heard in my lash room. Door was left wide open. Table was uncomfortable and my technician must have been new because she kept pulling on my lashes, hitting my eyelid with the tweezers and put my lashes on crooked. Not to mention she didnt know the service prices. By the time I went from my service room to the front desk, 2 lashes always came off. My lashes look awful and they tried to sell me a member ship. I passed. The studio is nice, and it might be a better experience with a better technician...but I wont be going back and have already booked an appointment with a different salon to get them fixed. 160 dollars wasted. Edit: so they called me back to get everything fixed. I got an appointment the next day and everything went much smoother. Unfortunately the original esthetician used too much glue and clumped the lashes together on my natural lashes that it caused my eye to swell. I was offered a free lash removal and new full set...but talking with one of the more experienced esthetician, we decided it was best to wait. I didnt take it long for the removal and I was very happy with the girl who did it. Overall the experience wasnt pleasant but I loved how much effort they did to make things right for me. Lash artist was amazingly sweet! got them done everything was good.... until it wasn't 3 days later i saw the worst shed of lashes i've ever had.... so i called and then fixed it.... and it happened again..... and then just when i thought it couldn't get worse i got an eye infection .... simply for this experience i will not be back nor would i recommend anyone to go. most of their staff is amazingly sweet some aren't. but quality is not there nor do i think sanitation is up to par. read more

So so disappointed!!! I got my lashes done on Monday and by Saturday I had about 40% of them on. I called the 7th day which was today(Monday), which states in the policy that you are guaranteed your lashes by then. So I called and the the front desk lady answers and I explained to her what happened. She tells me that it was probably a bad batch of glue. She then says if I would have called sooner that they would have helped me but because today is the "7th" day I was unable to get kind of refund(which I didn't want, I just wanted my lashes to look like my other lashes on my other eye). I have been going here for over a year and had the worst experience with them!!! Instead of helping and listening, she instead argued with me about the company policy and then she said it stated that the "7 day" guarantee did no long apply to me. She said I can't give you a free service and I told her it's not I already paid! I just told her at this point I'm not going to be continuing my services with Amazing Lash since she acted like this over the phone. She then laughed and I hung up the phone!!!! read more

***read all*** A few weeks ago i went in to get a hybrid set of lashes that i booked through the front desk girl viviane because of a deal going on. Viviane is very helpful and kind. However, the lash tech I got was Clarissa. This was the most painful lash experience I have ever had. First, she glued my top lashes to my bottom so i could not open my eyes when she was done. she also got glue in my eyes which made my eyes water very badly and burn terribly. When i told her my eye was hurting and burning really badly and watering terribly to where it was pouring down my face, instead of stopping she just kept trying to pull my lashes apart. When she finally got the top from the bottom separated she told me she also glued some of the main lashes together and she needed to separate them. She just ripped them apart. when i got out i told viviane about my painful experience and she was very apologetic, however i still paid because the deal was 25 dollars for the set. Today (about 2 weeks later) I went in for my lash fill and I had Linda (amazing girl) because when i made my appointment i specially said do not book me with clarissa. When she got me in the room she told me she could not do the fill because my lashes were all stuck together and when she tried to brush through to fix clarissas mistake, more of my natural lashes started to fall out. as a result she stopped immediately and said she needed to completely remove this set because it is so bad, also noticing that clumps of my natural lashes had been ripped out. I was told that my removal could be compt but i needed to get a new set. when i asked how much that would be i was told around 160 i think it was. The reason i am angry is because first, eyes are very sensitive and fragile parts of the body and this mess up could have been very dangerous. A friend of mine had a similar experience with lashes gone wrong and it resulted in a serious eye infection, so this is something i take very serious. Second, my natural lashes are all ripped out because of this mistake.... third, i came in to get a fill and instead was at the lash spa for an hour just to not have anything done. I also came in expecting to pay for a refill because i already had a set on, but because of Clarissas mistakes i have to start over and now am having to pay for her mistakes. There are some pretty great lash techs at amazing lashes, but Clarissa is not one of them. At the two week mark there are almost no lashes left. I have seen different people and the same result. The over all product just doesn't last. I had an appointment today at 11 when I went in the told me my appointment was at 9. I had asked for a 9 am appointment and was told the earliest appointment available was 11. I left without getting my lashes done and am just going to lose the $50 for the membership. Terrible. My account was double charged for my membership fee on January 2. When I noticed the charge I called and was told that the extra charge would fall off Monday . Tuesday January 5,2021 the charge was still there . I called and spoke with Jennifer, Paige, and Sarah and they stated the owner needed proof of the charge. I sent snap shots of the charges and had my bank call and give authorization numbers and they still stated they needed proof since one charged on January 4th and the other would charge the 7th. Instead of reversing it to avoid additional charges they kept saying they only saw one charge on their end. Meanwhile funds continue to be held on my end. The service is not worth $69.99 as the entire service you're being sold additional services. I've canceled my services and will never return. Management totally drop the ball and never acknowledged or reimbursed for the charges they caused on my account. Sarah and Paige are the managers and they are rude and we're totally unbothered on how they left my account. Watch your account! read more

This is the best lash studio that I've ever been to. I have to admit, my first experience was not a great one. I had a girl doing my lashes who only had been styling for one month. My lashes were all crossed and fell out after a week. I did however, want to wait to write my review until after I went back in. They scheduled me for a session with an experienced stylist. It's been over 2 weeks and my lashes are still beautiful. I have faith that the girl who messed up the first one will continue to get more training because the more experienced artist did an amazing job. I believe it is well worth the money. read more

Caitlin and Megan are amazing. My lashes last forever and look amazing even after 3 weeks! They really know what they are doing and take their time making mine and my roommates eyelashes look perfect. Laura and Letty on the other hand gave my roommate and I a horrible experience. My lashes looked thicker 3 weeks after a fill with Caitlin than they did immediately after Laura and letty filled ours. Was very unhappy with my fill but thankfully Caitlin and Megan corrected our lashes! Would 100% recommend Caitlin and Megan to anybody wanting amazing lashes! read more

***read this all**** I had gone to get extensions at amazing lash studio before and didn't love them but I was willing to give the place a second chance because they were doing $25 full sets today. I got my set and they weren't great but considering I was only paying $25 for them I was pleased with how they came out. My only problem was that they were just a little longer than the reference picture I showed my lash tech. I asked if she would trim the tips a little for me. She came back with office scissors and that's when I should have just said never mind, but I trusted her. I was wrong she completely butchered my lashes had cut them about half way down in jagged directions it was horrible. Thankfully they removed them and didn't charge me for anything but it was a giant disappointment. On top of this she cut them so short that she cut alot of my natural lashes off too. As someone who had beautiful natural lashes I'm sooooo sad. Go literally anywhere else to do your lashes because the lash techs just don't know what they're doing. read more

I would give it a zero if I could. My daughter got lash extensions at the end of February. They lasted about 7-9 days. She also signed up for a membership which I would not recommend. Apparently it takes weeks to get an appointment for a touch up. They drafted her account for $60 for the membership at the beginning of March (we already paid $80 for the original set) after 2 weeks of getting the original set. When I called ( on March 13th) to cancel the membership, I was told I could not get the $60 for March back and I would still get charged for April as well for another $60. Buyer beware. The lashes lasted about a week and I got stiffed for $200. read more

This location has zero integrity and non existent customer service. I have been a loyal amazing lash studio client for well over a year having relocated from another state my experience has been markedly different. This location not knowing their own company's policies signed me up for a new account although I already had one. They stated and advised me to open this account because I am coming from a different state. The old location informed me that they would not be cancelling my membership as their accounts are accepted nationwide there was no need to open another account and infact that soliciting this from me was against company policy. They then claimed they cancelled my membership although they did not ! So naturally I'm being charged twice at two locations and they refuse to give me money back they say the will refund it and don't just like they told me they would cancel my membership and didn't. This situation has been going on for months with me just trying to have one membership and not be billed twice a month. All this is their fault and the manager is never available and no one ever knows what's going on if I wasn't stuck with this membership I would definitely be going somewhere else ! read more

I like having eyelash extensions and there aren't many places in Lubbock to get them done so I continue going there but after the last few visits I am done. I specifically tell them what I want every time and somehow they come out looking completely different every time. I wish I could say my experience continued positive but, it did not. Depending on the stylist, the lashes might or might not stay on for the minimum of two weeks. I followed instructions vigilantly with exclusive use of their product which is very expensive by the way & the last three times my lashes came off by 80 percent per what the stylists would tell me within a week. The last time I went in for a full after the majority of my lashes came off in 5 days & she began pulling them off which really hurt & then told me to come back for a full set... I then decided this was the last time. I had a lunch scheduled for 30 minutes after the appointment & walked out with no lashes, red eyes & no eye makeup!!! No thank you!!! Even after this experience, I was told I needed to come in personally to cancel my membership & an additional draft would come out the following month. I called multiple times to try to cancel the full set following the catastrophe & they kept hanging up on me! It took several weeks before I could return to the shop because I was so upset. I always tipped very well & felt very disappointed & that I wasted a lot of money on some very poor service at the end. They did tell me I could pick up product for the last draft in lieu of service. When I did, they were nice this time; the only reason I am upgrading to two stars. Do NOT go to this place. I had my lashes on for months and could never find someone who actually knew what they were doing here. You dish out money every 3 weeks. Most of the time the monthly payment doesn't cover what you actually need done due to lack of knowledge and skill with whoever fills your lashes. Not only that but your lashes will be completely damaged once you get your fake lashes removed (for 40 more dollars as if the hundreds they've already taken from you wasn't enough) but there is also absolutely zero communication between you and them. My account that was supposedly "frozen" when I thought I had canceled overdrafted my bank account today and there is zero being done to help me out. The manager won't even call me. So now I am paying a bank fee and a monthly payment for their services that I will never even use! On top of all that I will have to pay one more payment apparently even after I go and now cancel my account which I was under the impression I did months ago. Everyone that works here is very sweet and welcoming, but it is definitely all about which stylist you go to. I had bad luck the first few times, and I've only had one of their master stylists be able to achieve the look I was going for. This place is kind of a scam. I had a couple of applications in which I was not satisfied with my eyelashes. They were very difficult to work with to get the problem resolved. After a few unsatisfying experiences, I went to cancel my membership. They still have to charge two months worth of membership dues and wouldn't let me get any product without pulling my membership dues out early. This feels like a scam and I'm happy to stop giving my business to them. The girls upfront are also difficult. They are nice but have messed up appointment times with me more than once. read more

Great place! Very clean and friendly people. My eyelashes stay about 2 weeks, which is a little difficult since I do not live in Lubbock. But the technicians have been helpful in giving me advice how to make them last longer. Only problem I have is every time I call to make an appointment I am immediately put on hold without a "hello, please hold". This has happened every time I have made an appointment each month since January 2017. I have been put on hold for at least 5 minutes if not longer every time.
