My nails do not look good, none of them are even, I got cut, and they are just ugly. I was there for 3 hours and only got a pedicure (which also made my toenails uneven and 2 different shapes) and I got my nails done. Also the lady doing my nails refused to do acrylic after i told her that's what i wanted multiple times, and she just ended up doing what she wanted to do which was dip. worst nail salon I've ever been to. I asked them if they could do a certain design, they said yes. It was a simple SQUARE nails with a white French tip and pastel stars. They tried giving me sticker starts then tried to give me neon stats, the French tip is so uneven, they left blue stuff under my nails. He also put my nails on crooked and sprayed rubbing alcohol on my cuticles and their still screwed. Finally on top of everything they charged me for coffin nails even though I had asked specifically for square and the cost was $72 with a discount. read more

The experience felt rushed and the staff unfriendly and uninterested for a service based business. I felt rushed when selecting color and when selecting a pedicure package. I was also unhappy with my nails. The application was sloppy and there were hairs and bubbles in the nail color. Looks like 3 years old did it and his name is TIM. I paid $115 for my nails and pedicure. Even if Cindy fixed my nails but still bad I don't know why! (The first photo). And they also gossip clients in their language! I went in a bout 2 months ago for a pedicure. The person doing the pedicure was apparently in a hurry because he was rushing and kept looking out the window. When he went to take the tools to the back I noticed that he didn't go up high enough on the back of my heel and asked if he would work on it. He went and got a very hard, rough sponge and was rushing thru the process. He just kept rubbing and rubbing just on one spot on the back of the heel. Suddenly my heel felt like it was on fire. I didn't think anything of it until I tried to put some socks on the next day. The picture says it all!! Please be careful going to the is place. This was a terrible experience. The lady who did my nails was rude disrespectful, short and ill educated. Upon entering the salon a very nice lady spoke to me and asked me to pick my color. I was escorted but to the table at which time the nightmare began. She told me to "MOVE" so i did, then while soaking my nails off she did not even pretend I wasn't even there, while actually doing my nails (I get dip) she burned and cut my hands with her drill, i would pull my hand back and she would yank it back. After the 3 time i told her I am done and I'm leaving. She at that point turned and speaking to another lady in the shop (who knows what she was saying) I will be making a call to the lic. board as well as the health department. Awful Awful Awful!!! No pride in work. Fronts were okay. Backs were worst I've ever had and I've been having my nails done over 20 years. I wanted to like this place due to being very close to my home, but think I can find better. The owner literally drug me by the arm back inside. I think he was talking to me in English but I could not understand a word he was saying. Tops were bumpy, edges rough. The technician tried to blame her shotty work on me. They also tried multiple times to "upsale" me on Shellac...$40 vs $20 refill I needed. Then tried to tell me I needed a whole new set when all I needed/wanted was a refill. DO NOT GO HERE! Worst pedicure I've ever had. The guy rushed through it and never acknowledged me. He was trying to watch tv the whole time and it was the worst massage. Not worth your time or money. He asked me if I wanted a manicure too and I said yes just a regular manicure and he said so dip and I said no just regular polish and they said so just polish on your nail? They were so confused told them I didn't want a manicure anymore and the guy who did my pedicure threw everything down and stomped off. When I asked to talked to the manager the guy threw a fit and made a scene. The girl sitting next to me could understand what he was saying and she told me he was being nasty and very inappropriate. THE WORST nail dip I have ever had!!! I have gone to them several times and they young lady did a fabulous job however yesterday the tall gentleman started my nails, and he began to hank my hands around and pushing them down very abusive. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and I know they proper steps that should be taken and this guy does not have a clue what he is doing, or he did this intentionally and should not be working in a salon. My nails were so bad a 2-year-old could have done better. The owner came and took over for him and she totally changed the color I had selected and began adding three more coats of dip to the already existing three. My nails look bumpy and horrible different shapes and lengths, and the backs are horrible. If I were not going out of town today, I would have walked out. They honestly do not even deserve a single star they are a horrible place, and the owner is a crook and a bully if she allows her employees to treat customers this way. Pretty much wanted to get us in and out after we waited for 20mins to even get service. Workers kept leaving and doing other things and coming back to us with their gloves on. Rushed,rushed,rushed, and rushed. This was my first time here and I asked about dip powder nails and how it works because I usually do gel nails. I was answered with a fast and rude answer. I explained I can't get acrylics because my nails are thin and it causes them to be thinner and hurts . I told the nail tech 4 times no tips. And she still proceeded to bring out the acrylics I politely said no and I said we had a misunderstanding. She said clearly that is your fault. After that she proceeded with the dip nails in a hurry and in between doing that she got up to do someone feet ... what? My nails looked bad but what can I do at this point? I later found out it's not sanitary to dip your nail directly into the jar with powder and that's how she was doing it. I paid 40 bucks!!!! And oh yeah she didn't give me the manicure I choose and paid for. Some of my nail beds are aching . I want to remove these but I'm not sure how :( read more

So , we got there and seen a lady getting her nails done and toes done so we though " oh this is going to be nice " when it came to us getting our nails done the manager than chose the style of nails we wanted stating " these are too long " and " no that color is not cute " we then asked for something else and the manager than told me it was going to be 8$ extra per nail when the person next to me was charged 50$ for long nails and the same way I wanted them ! While being there I also noticed a Mexican lady walk in with her 3 daughters and saying they just wanted them painted she told them it would be a hour wait , when a white lady and her child walk in the manager attends them right away and gets them water and gets somebody to attend them ! I've been going to this salon for awhile. I spend a minimum of 100.00 to 130.00 every three weeks. The last few times like yesterday I go during non busy times to get pedicure and pay extra for shilac on my toes then dip on nails. Was in there when owner came over told guy doing my nails to hurry because all of sudden get busy. Got a crappy nail job and wax was rushed won't be back. I have gone to Castle nails for quite some time and have never had a problem however today was different. When I walked in, I could tell they were busy but I was seated right away and began to soak off my dip nails. After 25 minutes of no one coming to check on me, the owner asked the front desk girl to wipe off my dip. She came and helped, and then left my nails soaking for another 15 minutes. Because the same acetone was used for 40 minutes, it got super sticky and was all over my hands. Finally, the owner came over to do my nails. I could tell he was flustered by how busy it was and how many customers were not being waited on. He began cutting and filing my nails and I could tell he was in a rush and not taking any care in the work he was doing . He cut me to where I bled two different times. He was using the drill on my nails in such a rushed manner that my fingers all hurt. It was all together a terrible experience and myself, nor my friends, will be returning. read more

I have been going to Castle Nails and Spa for a few months now and loved it. My last visit was one I will not forget. Firstly, I chose my dip color and the color it came out to on my nails was a completely different color than the one I chose. Secondly, I never get tips on my nails I always use my real nails and if one is broken I add a tip to make it even with the rest of my nails. Well 2 of my nails were broken and the guy insisted that I needed tips and that they look better anyways. I asked how much more it would be and he told me $5 and before I could answer he had already glued 3 nail tips on. Also, my nails were pretty long and usually you cut the nails short before putting on nail tips, he did not cut any of my nails. So my nails are crazy long under the tips that I did not even want and my nail is about to grow over the tip. So the nails had to be long because he did not cut my real nail and I can not stand long nails. Then, I leave and the next day my finger becomes infected and shortly after my toe also becomes infected. So they obviously did not sanitize their utensils. This was the worst pedi/mani I have ever experienced. read more
