She then took care of my hands for my Deluxe French Manicure. Her massaging my feet, legs, arms, & hands were wonderful. She treated me so wonderfully & I felt great when I left... This was confusing, as the membership agreement clearly states: "Unused paid services in membership can be used as store credit. Store credit can be gifted to one spouse, sibling, parent, or friend." What isn't made clear is that the only way to convert those unused services into store credit is to cancel your membership -- which means forfeiting the monthly service you've already paid for. Additionally, the gifted credits can only be used by someone who already has an account. Those important limitations are not obvious upfront. Very disappointed in the ethics of this business.

I have naturally thicker eyebrows which I love and I typically just clean up the edges when I get them done to give them a nice shape. This girl gave me the thinnest eyebrows I've ever had, and I just feel like we should've talked about it before she took the hair away.
