I was so excited to get my lashes done for vacation and walked out very disappointed. My stylist didn't speak English and didn't even ask me what I wanted before starting. And every time I would try to ask a question or make a request, she just kept saying, "I do it, I do it". When she was done, the lashes were not straight at all and there were hairs just completely sticking out. I told her my concerns and she refused to fix anything. I even told the girl at the front desk and she just gave me a little brush and told me to brush it out. I wasn't given any instruction on how to care for my lashes or any other information at all. I had a great time at amazing lash, I was greeted with a warm welcome by 2 nice ladies at the front desk. With everything going on they made the place very safe and clean for their guest. As I met my lash tech we talked for a little bit about my lashes. Kim did my lashes and it took about 2 hours for a hybrid set which is very normal for that set & she was training on my lashes so I was very impressed. Kim did my refill today she did a great job. She took her time to make sure my lashes were great before I opened my eyes. She showed my lashes in the mirror to make sure that it's the lashes I wanted. They were really full, Kim made sure she got all my lashes! She was super light handed I didn't feel anything. First time customer experience. Made my appointment on a Friday let them know I needed my current lashes removed and new ones on. I get a voicemail Saturday evening to let me know that my appointment would be moved back by 30 minutes. I called to verify the change and why. Just told it needed to be moved back. We discuss that a lash removal and a new set would be done. Arrive Sunday tell them my name and the receptionist tells me I need a lash removal. I inform her that was apart of my appointment and she appears surprised because it was NOT on my appointment. I fill out two forms while two young kids are wrestling and screaming in the lobby. My lady shows up calls me by name and proceeds to walk down the hall. No greeting, no smile just straight to the room. I get into the room and go to hang my purse on a hook, but there's no hooks. I just place my purse at my feet on the bed that is lined with butcher paper. The process of removing and getting new lashes was fine, but her phone buzzed near my right ear throughout the time. The lashes are stiff and very hard. Feels like I have days old mascara on them. I check out walk out the door and the wind hits my faces and I see lashes hanging over my left eye. I get to the car and look in the mirror and see these lashes now on my cheek. I blink and two more drop. I get out and go back in. I informed the receptionist and she told me some lashes come out its normal. I'm very aware of this and I've been getting my lashes done for sometime now. The second receptionist tells me if I don't like them after 3 days I can return to have them removed or wait for a hour to have someone else look at them. I had no time to wait another hour for something that should have been done properly the first time or spend more money to get them removed and have another place redo them. Customer service and the products are cheap here. Very disappointed I had heard good things about this location. read more

Incredibly rude staff. Refused to stop charging our card, even after speaking with manager. That same manager hung up on my wife and admitted she forgot to do anything. Lashes fell out within minutes of leaving. Went back and got them fixed however, they are still falling out. Was told that would happen because I had gaps with my natural lashes - which is why I went in the first place. I went to get my lashes done for the first time and the receptionist was not helpful at all. She did not inform me about the different styles or that they even had a volume option. After my lash appointment I was not informed on how to properly take care of my lashes. Thank goodness I did my research. The front people should be knowledgable in who and what they're working for. I called to set up my appointment and was placed on hold for 20 min. If you're looking to get your lashes done. Please consider another location. I'm giving 2 stars because this is the first time I've had lashes so I have nothing to compare them to. Initially I booked an appointment online and was sent an email saying to expect a call. Three days later I hadn't received a call so I called in to ensure I got an appointment. I found it odd that no one contacted me as stated. The stylist was less than expected. She had music playing but didn't talk or explain the process at all. I had never been, and had no idea what to expect and your eyes are closed the entire time so I felt like I was "in the dark" and didn't know what was going on. The process itself was fine. She glued my eye shut and was a bit rough helping get the glue undone. The lashes were great for the most part. There were a couple lashes that were crooked or (literally) upside down and falling into my eye. I pointed this out and she just shrugged. The lashes since then have been good. Occasionally a lash will get loose but that's expected. Overall, I think I'll try another location or salon because I love the look of the lashes but I was less than thrilled with the customer service. read more

I never thought I'd get hooked to lash extensions.... But I did. I absolutely love getting my lashes done! They're long, beautiful, full... And always there when I wake up in the morning. What more could a girl ask for?! I've been coming to this location for almost a year now. I have to admit the first few times I did not like my results. It kinda takes time to go through different stylists though until you find the one that does your eyes the best. So don't give up! Chloe is the one I've fallen in love with. The way I look after my appointments with her make me feel like I can take on the world with the wink of a lash-filled eye! ;) She's also a "master stylist". You can request them at any amazing lash location, but they may or may not be an extra charge. Luckily there is no extra fee for masters at this location yet! It also takes time to figure out the unique style that best suits your eyes too. My style, after several attempts, seems to be the cat-eyed "Sexy" option with the volume lash add on. You can also pick different lengths, so don't be afraid to play around with that too. Just work with your favorite stylist to find "the look" for you. Ladies, I highly recommend trying out these lash extensions because not having to worry about the way you look every morning is going to be absolute heaven. You'll make any guy drop dead because you're just SO gorgeous! And you'll finally be able to say those coveted words: "Of course I just woke up like this!" (Don't forget to grab a cookie from the glass jar on your way out. Every beauty queen deserves a de-lash-cious treat!) read more

Horrible experience! They cancelled my original appointment with my preferred stylist, and they set me up with someone else who I was told was a 'senior' and 'really good'. Well...I should have known that I was deceived this would not end well when it took 2 hrs to complete my full set! When she was finished, my lashes were twisted and uneven! It looked nothing like the crisp full set that I was expecting. I couldn't have them redone at that time because I was late for another appointment (in preparation to go out of town to work). When I got up to the front desk, I realized that my left eyelid was stuck to my brow bone - making it VERY difficult to blink, and was very uncomfortable. The girl at the front desk told me - in a very nonchalant manner 'yeah, that happens to me all the time'. Well, it's never happened to me before! I've been doing my lashes for over 2 years! That's NOT normal! Instead of offering to clean up her work, the stylist told me to use an oil based product to remove the excess glue when I got home. After two very annoying days, I managed to get most of the annoying glue off - without the use of oil. My lashes were done on Sunday morning, today is Wednesday (3 days later), I'm heading to a very important mtg in another city, and my lashes are an embarrassment! I've lost dozens of lashes just by brushing them out as part of my normal routine. I am extremely dissatisfied and so upset! I will post a picture to show what a crooked mess they are. Never again! Update - 8/15 I was contacted by a Manager on 8/12. She was very interested in understanding what transpired, and offered the opportunity to correct the issue and do some service recovery. She seemed extremely sincere, and scheduled another appointment with my regular stylist. I am pleased to say that the results are finally up to my standard. My stylist was quick and efficient as usual. I love my lashes again! Thank you for caring enough to reach out, listen, and subsequently make it right. read more

Toby, I called Shannon and she did not call me back When I made the appointment to get eyelash extensions, I asked for an experienced technician and was assured that I had been assigned to one. When I arrived, I was asked what kind of eyelash extensions I wanted. I explained I had not had them before and that I wanted something natural and that I was relying on their expertise to make a recommendation based on my eye color and shape. The technician made a recommendation and proceed to apply the extensions. The actual process took a little over 3 hours. During the three hours, there were times that I felt like I had been poked in the eyelid with something sharp and there were also times that my eyes started stinging and watering profusely. I was also very distressed by the strong smell of onion and garlic on the technician's breath. When I finally looked at the eyelash extensions, I was shocked. They were extremely long, extremely thick and I could see places where the extensions were lumped together. I could also see lumps of glue in some spots. I told the ladies at the front desk that I wanted to have them removed immediately, however, they encouraged me to wait a day or two to see if I changed my mind about the extensions. I went home and took a closer look at the extensions in a magnifying mirror. I thought they looked even worse up close. I intended to have them removed but was unable to do so for a few weeks due to personal and work commitments. During the few weeks that I had them, I noticed that they were really heavy and could be painful at times and as they started to fall out, I could see that they had glued multiple lashes to each of my individual lashes. When I did have them removed, I realized that my natural eyelashes were now much more sparse and short. I paid the $80 fee to get the extensions and $30 to have them removed. I think I should have been offered another full set for free and with their best technician this time, instead all I was offered was another full set at $80. When I asked who the best technician was, she claimed that all her technicians are equally qualified, which obviously is not the case. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. read more

This review is based solely on my experience with the location, not with the stylist. I normally go to the Amazing Lash off of Westheimer. I originally had an appointment at 1:30 today at the one off Westheimer. My girlfriend got her lashes done at the one in Pearland yesterday, and said what a good job Lucy did. So I decided that since I live right behind the one in Pearland, I would cancel my existing appt, and try out this one. My appt was at 1:30. It's now 2:15 and I'm still waiting!!!! I am a pretty understanding person, however, I would have appreciated a call saying that they were running behind. I know this a new location, but now I am contemplating ever coming back because this is completely unacceptable. I've been to multiple Amazing Lash locations, and have never had this issue. Absolutely awful. I've had lashes for years and recently moved to pearland and tried this place out because the reviews were good. Turns out they have people get a free set of lashes if they come in and model their lashes then write a good review on Yelp!! So I'll be real with you. The lash quality is cheap and irritating. I booked an appointment 2 weeks out to make sure I get in at a certain time on a certain day... Well I came in & they told me I didn't have an appointment--turns out it's because I had a different name in the system. Then they said my stylist was out sick and won't be back and if I can reschedule since they are busy. Uhm no. Why didn't I get a call to be informed she was gone before I walked in?? I scheduled an appointment for 6:20 pm the day before I went on a cruise, which was a Wednesday night! Arrive at my appointment at 6:15 and the receptionist checks me in! As I'm sitting there for about 20 minutes, I ask the ladies at the front what time was my appointment and she check and she saw that it was well past my appointment time of 6:20 pm, so she went to check to see when the stylist could see me! She comes back and tell me that the stylist (Andrea) had fallen far behind and does think she could see me. So at the point, I was upset because I was going on vacation the next day and could not come back until the following week. So, I walked next door to get some false lashes from Supreme beauty supply! I went back to Amazing Lash and asked to speak with a manager. They said her name was Dominique and that she wasn't in, so I told them to have her call me. By the time I made it home one of the receptionist called me back and said that they could offer me half-off a full set. Well, that didn't suffice for me because I didn't waste half my time I wasted ALL of my time to not get serviced. So as a few weeks pass, I reached out the Amazing Lash again and had to explain my situation all over again. They apologized and offered to reschedule me! I said ok but not until I speak with a manager. Alexis tells me that, AGAIN, the manager is not in because she has a presentation at a college. I then said, ok could you PLEASE have her call me. A few days go by and nothing! So I called again, to schedule an appointment because i figures something is better than nothing. I accepted the half-off and scheduled my appointment for last Friday 3/23/18 at 6:20. I specifically asked if this appointment was ok because of what happened last time. They reassured me that I would be seen. Friday comes and I receive a call around lunch time that they needed to reschedule because the stylist had an emergency and would have to reschedule me to come in TWO DAYS LATER! At this point I KNEW that they no longer valued me as a customer! I asked if I can get the 50% off at another location and they said no I HAD to come to that location, so I scheduled THIRD appointment for Sunday! At my Sunday appointment the receptionist was on the phone, no greeting or smile or anything! I walked to the restroom and I'm passing I saw a stylist sitting on her phone, little did I know that she was my stylist. So, after waiting 10 minutes she came and called my name. As we're walking to her room she doesn't introduce herself or anything. It was hot and stuffy and she did not close her door for privacy!!! I have been a customer for almost a year and have NEVER experienced customer service like this! I usually go to the PEARLAND Parkway one (Customer SERVICE IS EXCELLENT), BUT shadow creek location called me because I had unused credits so I decided to go with them but I didn't know it would be such a disappointment! read more

I used to come to this location all the time when Heather worked here. After she left, I didn't really know who to go to. So I just booked appointments with random stylists until I had an appointment with a young lady who though it was appropriate to talk on the phone and then later send text messages on her phone while she was refilling my lashes. I stopped going to the pearland location and stuck to either Missouri City or Sugarland. Last week I was in desperate need of getting a full set. I booked an appointment with a master stylist. She asked what style I had, I told her natural and she went from there. When she was done, it literally looked like I had tarantulas on my eyelids. I told her they didn't look natural and asked her to remove some of them. I could tell she got irritated. After she thought she took off enough, I look in the mirror. They still were not close to what I have ever had before so I said they were fine and went to check out. She didn't say thank you or apologize for me or say a word to me when I was walking out. I sat in my car and looked in the mirror and thought to myself, I used two credits AND paid and additional $20 for a master stylist just so something like this wouldn't happen. So of course I went back inside and told the young lady at the counter if I could get her to take more off that it still wasn't what I wanted. She told me she was with another client but she would come out shortly. Well she never came out and another stylist came out. At this point I was pretty ticked off but this young lady was so kind, it was hard to be upset. When she started removing My lashes, she told me the previous stylist had used a .20 instead of the .15 which is what they use when clients want the natural lash. She then told me she didn't know why the previous stylist used this lash and even if she removes some that it would still look like a lot because of how thick the lash was. She did the best that she could without having to remove all of them and start over. If I didn't have to go to work right after I probably would have done that. I will never be back to this location. I paid $120(my two credits)+20 (master stylist fee) to have someone do something completely opposite of what I wanted and then be irritated with me because I didn't like what she chose to do on her own. If you're stylists are going to do this, it would be a good idea to have them discuss this with the client before making their own decisions. read more
