Friendly staff, clean location. However I believe most of the Technicians are lacking experience. I've been there four times and use different techs each time ( hoping to find someone good there & giving them a fair chance) I have never been satisfied my lashes always fall out Immediately after I have them done. They will offer you a courtesy 30 minutes to return to their location and they will fill them again. However for any busy woman this is not a courtesy rather a nuisance, that takes up too much time. I personally get lashes to save time in the morning this is definitely not the case if I have to keep returning and those lashes did not stay either. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I am in the industry and have never had this problem before aside from using inexperienced techs practicing their craft using me for their models. However I'm paying $109.99 monthly plus $25 for lashes at each Appointment and tipping I would expect better results. my only advice would be go a few times and make sure you like it before signing up for their membership. I feel like you kind of get suckered in to buying the membership immediately because of the steep discount however in the end it's definitely not worth it. They will not refund you if you are unhappy for credits $ou have not used. If you land the perfect lash tech it's a Good concept and decent price. However right now I feel like you have better chance finding a needle in a haystack. Update; 10/2/19 owner called me and scheduled me with the highest level tech. This was the first time I was aware they had different level techs with more experience for a small fee $10 additional up-charge. Also she mentioned they would change the type of glue they were using on me. Totally worth it because my lashes have now stayed on, in fact I am on day two and have not had one fall out. This is the quality I've expected and happy to now have. I have had some spits and starts with adhesive issues. Margie, the owner at this facility has bent over backwards to work with me though. We've tried different adhesives and she's suggested different technicians as well as some products that seem to be working! If you are worried about NOT wanting to sport the Kardashian look as I was, rest assured there are more natural looking options. I highly recommend this particular location, contrary to negative reports, the customer service here is above board. I thought it was just me that had a bad experienc, accordingto their websitethey're perfect.....I asked for NATURAL and got what looked like strip lashes, they were thick and long. I also felt glue get into my eyes multiple times. I mentioned this and was told "it's not possible" then received nothing to rinse my eyes as they profusely watered to the point that I wasn'tsure I could drive. I mentioned it to the receptionist, nothing...so the $89.99 new client price is for time, then they charge another $100 for these plastic feeling pre-made fans. Oh don't forget the bag of products and the forceful 2 week fill membership. Oh yes you will need every 2 weeks because this glue is crap. My lashes were removed due to the eye glue but they came off easier than any lashes I've ever had. Did I receive a refund? Yes but do I have a huge ED bill, you bet. Even though the ED doc could see the glue in my eyes during his exam, I was told by the owner it was an allergy. Went to get lashes done for my wedding. I have had lash extensions before and these are by far the worst I have had. Asked for something simple and natural. NOPE got the longest lashes they have even after confirming they would look natural. Had them for one day over a week and have about 10 lashes left on each eye. Shorty job with lashes glued to more than one pretty painful now that those are the only ones left. Do not go her look for a better studio who won't leave you putting ice on your eyes. read more

really want to be able to post a positive review, however my experience was less then ideal. I went in to get my lashes done a week before my wedding. I knew I would be extremely busy the next week, and wanted to get it checked off my to-do list. Both in their office and online they state you should need a fill about every 2-3 weeks. However, after only 4 days post-visit I had so many lashes fall out that both my nail technician and my Sister-in-law commented on my need to get a fill. Four days! I was extremely careful with my aftercare. I didn't get my lashes wet for 48 hours, I sleep on my back, I didn't use oil based products around my eyes, in fact I hadn't even worn makeup since getting the lashes put on. So, I ended up having to go back to their office 5 days later (during one of the busiest weeks of my life) to get a fill. On top of the inconvenience of having to come back in to get their poor service fixed, I was charged $45 ($55 with a tip and tax). Which means in just one week I spent over $200 to have my lashes look decent. A company with true customer service would comp the service and apologize for the initial failure of their product. I was originally booked at the Glendale location, but got lost on the way to my appointment (I'm visiting from out of town), got there 11 minutes late (one minute after their late policy which was never disclosed to me) and was denied my appointment by an extremely rude receptionist. This was my only opportunity to get my long overdue lash fill since I finally had childcare for my two small children and I was very upset. In comes Amazing Lash, Peoria, to save the day! I called this location (they are all owned privately) and they got me in within 20 minutes. The receptionists, Ariana and Cece, were incredibly kind, understanding and were quite surprised to hear how I was treated at the Glendale location. The "initial consultation" that the rude receptionist at the other location told me was inflexible and would take 30 minutes, took less than 10 minutes at this location and they were very thorough about explaining the different options and ensuring that I would get the exact look that I was wanting. My stylist's name was Sam- she was quick, calming and did a fantastic job. I ended up buying a membership there, even though I don't live here, just in case I would like to get a fill when I am visiting again. I also bought the lash products they offer. I feel like myself again thanks to the lovely women who work at Peoria Amazing Lash and feel slightly traumatized by how I was treated by the receptionist at the Glendale Amazing Lash location. read more

The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the staff was nice to me. I gave this location (2 different "master" stylists) 3 chances. Each time the very next day a large amount of lashes fell out. I live out of state and get my lashes done all the time. I can go almost 3 weeks without having a fill. I am very careful not to get them wet for 48 hrs after the fill. It didn't matter. I am down to just a few lashes left (which I am going to pull out because my eyes look ridiculous) just a week later. I did contact the manager and she told me that I should have contacted them sooner so that they could fix it. She offered me 50% off the next fill (just a week later!). I had two holiday events the next few days after that, so I needed something done. Same thing. Loads of lashes fell out the next day. The stylist told me my own lashes were shedding. Whatever. Again, I've had lashes on for a LONG time. NEVER experienced this. 3. Times. Over. Big waste of $$. And they charge $40 more than what I pay at home...and I live in a big city. I never liked my lashes and this all could have been resolved easily if she was just kind and offered to give me new lashes without charging me $90 for their mistake!!! I went there on 9/2 for lash extensions and showed the consultant AND the lash technician pictures of what I wanted and told them both I wanted natural looking lashes. I ended up looking like a hooker. Unfortunately I was running late for a dentist appointment so I paid and ran out the door. I went back less than 24 hours to have them removed and was going to get a new set but found out I'd have to pay another $90 for their mistake!!!! So, I ended up paying $120 (includes tip for getting on and tip for getting off) for nothing but glue stuck to my lashes! Then I returned today to return products I bought for lashes and was told I can't return them. Then the owner, Margie was brought in and all she did was yell and threaten me when i told her she really should give me a refund. I have wanted to try lash extensions for a while and finally decided to go for it. I made an appt and when I entered, was greeted quickly and a girl asked what I was looking for. I said a natural look, my desire was to have people say 'wow, you have great eyelashes, not wow, you have lash extensions'. then the girl asked if I wanted 3D, being new to lashes, I said, what is the difference, she said well, 3D would be a bit darker and fuller, I said sure ( I mean who doesn't want fuller lashes). Well, what I got looked like 'Fans' stuck to my eyes. I was surprised but didn't know what to say, I paid and after going home and feeling terrible, I called the store. the girl was very nice and said to come back and a Sr Stylist would help. I met with the Sr Stylist, but she really didn't provide much assistance. she did remove some of the lashes, and added some shorter lashes but still wasn't the natural look I was looking for. now I'm trying to find someone that can remove these lashes and put on a set of natural (NOT 3D) lashes. I'm not saying the girl didn't do a good job, and the lashes looked good, just more of a night out look, very dramatic, not natural at all. The end product is nice, but by that time you've already spent a lot of money. Maintenance is hard and requires different product which are also expensive. Cancelling your membership is also a pain. I called to cancel and they said I would be charged, so I should pause instead and then cancel. I did just that, but still got billed two days later. I have been getting my lashes done here now for about six months. I am a teacher and I go to the pool and I work out and I sweat a lot. Compared to forever young and other so called med spas - THESE Folks Rock. This place is top notch. If your lashes are falling out then you are not taking care of them properly. I have gone to several lash experts at the studio and I love them. In the beginning it was kind of a crapshoot on what looks best on my eyes but they worked with me and I have never gone to a better place. Seriously - why do people blame the business when in fact you know taking care of your lashes means NO WATER on your eyelashes for 48 hrs girls! While you are at it - wear proper eye covering when sleeping and keep your hands off your face!!!!!! And do not put lotion On or near your lashes. For GOD'S sake DO NOT mascara. If you can't do this then you shouldn't be going to get extensions. OR, get your extensions but don't complain about the business. This place is amazing I wish I could give them 10 stars. BEWARE This was a horrible experience that the owner won't make right by refunding my money! My first time experience has been turned sour because the owner is too cheap to refund the 129.00 I paid after getting my lashes on the 19th of November and them falling out the 21st while I was on vacation in Alaska for Thanksgiving. I was lucky I found someone to correct them in the small town I was in but had to pay another 105.00. I called immediately to let them know and took pictures to document the date they fell out. It was a special holiday splurge for me to have them done so I would not have to worry about mascara while vacationing. I want my money back because I did not plan this to be an ongoing thing and already spent 234.00. I will be calling Corporate Franchise start up to report this. One star is generous and used only for the purpose of this post. UPDATE to owners response- As I stated I called immediately to inform your studio about this and have the documentation to prove it. Perhaps you are also having staff issues as well. I live in Colorado and flew out of Phoenix to Alaska. This place was by far the worst I've ever had my lashes done. I went in to have my lashes done on Thursday, by the next morning most of my lashes had fallen off. I called the office and explained what happened. I was back in there Monday and they were all off. They scheduled me for a quick touch up, total lash fill time 10 min. She was only able to work on one eye due to time crunch. I was upset that I paid for lashes and still had not achieved what I paid for. Another girl yet again took me back in the room. For another 30 min. I was back in the office two days later to cancel my membership as my lashes were sitting on my cheeks and falling on my desk at work. Amazing Lash charged me for nexts months payment and did ANOTHER FILL. I HAD TWO FILLS, TWO touch ups IN LESS THAN A WEEK and four different girls who worked on my lashes that are still falling off.... the front desk will give every excuse and blame me for the poor service. I really wanted to like this place - the location was great and it was easy to get an appointment. I decided to try this location as my normal lash girl is very hard to get into. I needed a full set, as I had my lashes removed while I was on maternity leave and it was time to go back to work. I went in for a full set during a week day and was immediately greeted by the front desk gal. The lobby was super cute. Before even meeting my lash esthetician, I was being hounded by my receptionist about signing up for their membership. I explained that I was unsure if I would be returning to my old lash lady or would be interested in coming back. I finally was called back to a room and I showed her a photo of what my lashes used to look like from my old salon, using 12-13 3D lashes. After answering a million questions about what I wanted, although I showed a picture, we began. The individual room was freezing and seemed very sterile and uncomfortable which differed than the lobby. My lash lady talked the entireeeeeee time about herself and a lot about what I feel are poor business practices of Amazing Lashes, like how management hounds then to speed up the time they take to do lashes, so they can get customers out and new ones in, to drive up income. When she was finished, and I looked at the lashes, I was surprise how little they looked like the photo I showed. The lashes we very sparce and many of them did not appear to be placed very close to my lash line. On my right eye, I didn't have any lashes on either corner of my eye. They were very unsemetrical and there were many of my natural lashes that she never even put extensions on. After a couple days, the lashes shed like crazy and I had a ton of fall out. Don't get me wrong, the lash lady was super nice, but I would expect a lot more if I'm going to pay for the same price for the same thing, and I can get wayyyy better lashes elsewhere.
