Ok the technicians are great. The management needs to check the girls working for them. I cancelled my monthly plan and they charged me again the next month. I called them to resolve this and was told someone would call me back in 2 hours. No one called. So I called the next day and of course no one knew what I was talking about. Save your money. The lashes DO NOT last as long as regular lashes, despite being advertised as doing so. They fall off within a few DAYS. The business is clean and well organized, but that does not make up for the fact that you lose what you pay for - the lashes themselves - withuin a few days to a week and a half. I received a call from them today and they gave me a complimentary two hour session for a new full set of lashes tomorrow. Erica told me to call her personally if I ever have a problem again. Beware of charges and lies! When I tried to cancel they offered a 3 month freeze on my account. Management said they would freeze my account for 3 months and I would get an email before a charge. I "froze" my account in January, meaning Feb/March/April would have a freeze. I didn't think this was anything to need to worry about for a few month then I saw a charge 3/15, meaning they only didn't charge for 1 month/February. When I called to get this resolved/refunded they said they had sent an email letting me know I would be charged, and it's my fault that I didn't see the email. I never saw this email, but also, may not have opened as I receive a lot of "junk mail" and promos. I didn't think there would be anything to look out for as I wasn't expecting a charge for a couple more months. The "freeze" program is a scam and management has extremely poor customer service. I will never hold a membership or get services at this establishment again. read more

Do Not Go Here! I was offered the introductory price and when I went in the girl who provided the service was new, she asked me if I wanted 3D lashes, I didn't know what that was so I said ok, sure. This is after I had already told her I wanted more natural looking lashes. She was constantly burning my eyes, and telling me it was normal, even though I have had this before to know it was not normal. When I went to pay, I was told I had upgraded and needed to pay and extra $60, even though the employee never told me there was an extra cost involved. I didn't get the lashes I wanted, they don't follow my natural lashes to the corner of my eye and my eyes are still burning, 3 hours after my service. The manager said they would remove my lashes but no refund would be provided but they could offer a $20 discount for other lashes. Wow way to go out of your way to provide great service. NOT! I really don't know what to say. I started coming here because I was two/three months away from having a destination wedding. I tried two stylist. One gave me the best attention and was amazing at doing lashes. She was considered a "senior stylist". She made my every visit special. She was always so upbeat and excited to see me. Felt really great. I got married then came back to her no longer being there. No one was warm or inviting. It felt so unwelcoming. I hated it. I've been coming every two weeks for two/three months!!! Anyway I was assigned to another "senior stylist". After my appointment I was very satisfied with her work but was then informed that due to her promotion that I would from now on be charged an extra $10 to see her. Seriously?? Ok $59.00 x 2= 119.98 I always tip $10 every visit so that's twice a month. So now that's $139.98 PLUS I upgrade to the 3D or 6D on every other fill so that's an additional 55.99. So in one month I pay $195.97. and you now want me to pay and $10 every time I want to see a professional lash stylist?? Yea moving on. Do not get sucked into this place. This was my first time every getting my lashes done and I had a great experience! They had great customer service and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. My lashes looked amazing when they were done and they also instructed me very well on the aftercare to help make them last. They even gave me a blanket during the duration of the service to keep me warm which I thought was very nice ;) I would recommend anyone wanting to get their lashes done to go here! read more

I would not recommend this place. You are stuck in a $59.00 monthly contract and always end up paying more. The last time I got a fill most of my lashes had already fallen out and I was told I needed a full set. I said okay (not thinking to ask the cost, my mistake) and they charged me an additional 100.00. In the beginning, I was reluctant to sign a six month contract and only did so because I was told that the contract does not automatically renew. THAT WAS A LIE. I was automatically renewed and now I have to pay another $59.00 because there is 30 day cancellation notice. Not to mention the first time, I wasn't happy. They got my eyelashes stuck together and I couldn't even open my eye. Then when I opened my eyes there wasn't much of a difference. They told me when I came back to try the 3D lashes. So I did and ended up paying more. Every time, I went in it was always more than the $59.00. I even went in for a fill about a week and a half after because a majority of the lashes fell out and they still charged me more money........ read more

I went in for an hour long fill even though my lashes were still pretty full because my usual girl is out of town for a few weeks. I wish I had just waited! When I booked my appointment I specifically asked for an experienced lash artist. Not only was this the most expensive 60 minute fill I've had, running for $80, I left looking worse than when I walked in. The first 15 minutes of my appointment were spent with my artist trying to figure out what length to use, and then prepping her own materials. After 45 somewhat painful minutes of lash application I looked in the mirror and almost started crying right then and there. My lashes look like spider legs, they're all far too long and have zero variation in length. Not to mention the fact that many of them are glued together and tugging on my real lashes. Fighting back tears, I then had to go through the confusing process of paying for my awful fill. The front desk tried to convince me to join a membership program that requires a monthly payment. I denied this offer and ended up paying $80!!!!! Ive been getting beautiful lashes done for over 8 months and within 2 days of this appointment I've had 3 people ask me what happened. Very unorganized, the owners are rude and have no problem showing you they don't like or care for you. The manager truly only cares about selling "memberships" and it's more then obvious especially when you turn the front desk girls down or tell them you will think about getting it next time she rushes to the front desk and basically pushes it down your throat, I get it that's how YOU make your money but if someone says no respect it and leave it alone. The membership is SCAM, I repeat it is a complete SCAM. Don't let them talk you into it. They say the technique they use is different and the lash curl they use is different, and it's literally all the same. You can definitely go somewhere else for a better price and for lashes that last longer. but on a positive note the front desk girls are sweet and make you feel very welcomed when you come in and the lash stylist are very sweet also, but other then that I have nothing good to say about this place. I originally had my extensions put on by someone a friend referred me to in Chandler, but living in the Biltmore/Central Phx area I was looking for someone closer for fills. Upon recommendation from another friend who has been going to a different location for over a year I went to Amazing Lash in Arcadia 2 days before Christmas just to ask a few questions. The entire front desk was very nice & answered all my questions & explained the concept of the membership. I went home to think about it & returned Christmas eve day to ask a couple of more questions & decided to join. After filling out the paperwork & waiting only a short time they were able to get me in. The stylist was extremely sweet & we went over the look I wanted (something the original girl never did). I was a bit concerned upon finding out how long she had been doing extensions (only 6 months) but she did spend a very very long time on them (2 1/2 hrs for fills) so that gave me hope. They weren't horrible but also not quite what I had hoped they would be, so I left with my little eyelash brush & instructions not to get them wet for 48 hours & met a friend to show them off. A few fell off while out that night but by the next day (Christmas Day) I had lost a tremendous amount, I stopped counting after 3 dz. They were all over my pillow & also in the sink. I went on Yelp to read the reviews & saw the low rating for the Arcadia location which is very new, but I also noticed the length the management went to to correct the situations & felt they were at least trying to work out the kinks of a new business. I returned on the 26th & explained what was going on and showed them my lashes. The front desk staff was extremely concerned about my situation & experience. Fortunately they were able to get me in immediately with their lead stylist Kenna who did an awesome job at fixing & filling my lashes, I definitely got the look I wanted & the lashes still look great after 4 days. I was also very impressed with the General Manager Erica who immediately came out to apologize & offered a free fill on my next visit. And today I received a phone call to check on how my lashes were doing. Mistakes and errors happen all the time in all types of businesses but it's the customer service to fix these mistakes that will keep me coming back. Before I use to do strip lashes but it was always such a fuss having to fix and adjust them and especially when you have a buddy schedule. When I saw that 'Amazing Lashes' was going to be built on 44th st and Indian school I was intrigued. When I initially stopped in the gal at the front answered all of my tedious questions and was very kind even though I walked out without scheduling or purchasing a single thing. I called back a few days later and scheduled my appointment with their lead stylist and signed up on the membership! The manager is here is lovely all around and I have seen some other stylist also who were all also very kind and energetic, seemed like they truly loved what they do. I have never left disappointed and if I ever need a fill on the fly they are always able to accommodate me even with my insane schedule & the fact that I typically am late.
