I called to make my appointment 6 weeks in advance, then called a week prior to ensure my appointment slot. Today I received a call about missing my appointment (that is scheduled for tomorrow)... they didn't have my appointment scheduled correctly, and now they can not accommodate and appointment prior to my trip. As a first time customer, never having extensions before, this very much so burned me from ever going to this studio. I will say the receptionist today was very nice and helpful and I am sorry she had to deal with the brunt of another co workers mishandling. I believe her name is Ida?? But needless to say with a less than 24 hour window now I have called 5 locations and cannot get in. Thanks. Way to lose a customer before even getting them in the door. read more

Updated: I had my eyelashes removed at the beginning of the week because my eyes were so swollen. I was told that the manager would be contacting me the next day. The next morning my eye was even worse. I looked and there was still glue all over my eyelashes, which should have been removed. I called back and told the receptionist that there was still glue and that my eye had gotten worse, and was told the manager had just left (convenient) but that she was going to text her to see what to do and would get right back to me. I didn't receive a call back from anyone. I yet again called back the next day and was told the manager was in a meeting but that she would personally follow up and have the manager call me, which of course didn't happen. I called back today and asked if the manager was in, the girl said yes please hold, and then got back on the line and said that she was currently only answering emails and was just now leaving (again, convenient). Mind you, the manager is the only person who can process refunds. I explained that I had been having issues all week and it didn't seem to matter, and I was told that she can't make the manager answer the phone. She won't be in until Monday apparently. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Not worth it. They suck you into getting a membership and then ignore you when there are issues that they caused. read more

SO FRUSTRATED. I made an appointment days ago for a mini fill... the time comes for my appointment and they tell me no appointment was ever made. I sat on the phone for 5 minutes as the girl "looks through my account" to then tell me again they don't have an appointment for me. Asked me when I called, told her. Definitely not worth getting stuck in a contract. Overpriced for the quality/skill of the service. I've been in to see many different technicians. I've only had decent results and decent lash retention if I paid for an upgrade to master, which is then even more overpriced. The front desk people can be nice at times, but if there are any questions or issues they get very surly and snappish. I signed onto the contract because I figured it would be convenient, and they went to lengths to say it could "so easily" be frozen or canceled any time. Spoiler alert - when it was time to freeze or cancel it became a whole production. Just like with gyms, they try to make it very difficult to cancel - once they have your money. You have to go into the store in person, because you have to listen to whole spiel about how you should not cancel, so you waste time in the trip down there, and then more time on speeches. After all that, they even continue to charge you for at least another month if not two months because of the "billing cycle" which from my perspective is just more BS trying to get money out if you even after you have said you were disappointed in the service. Everyone at the desk is incredibly friendly and have been super responsive when I have called with requests. I have seen a few different technicians but Kenna is my absolute favorite by far. Complete rip off. Paid the same price for a full set as a refill and I had to get the refill on less than two weeks. She didn't even fil my lashes. I asked for a hybrid set...did not give me that at all and I was very specific about what I wanted. They up charge you for volume hybrid and even length. Girl says oh it's cause you're not a member. No they are over charging. I can go to lash and sugar co not have to pay a membership and my fills are no more than 60 ALWAYS. This place is a corporate ripoff. And their lash artists are sub par. I should have full lashes for the time and money I have spent here for 2 sessions. Not even close and I want my money back. The customer service is great and the eyelash technician gave me exactly what I asked for. However, the eyelashes do not last. I got a full set last Tuesday, and by Friday most of my eyelashes on my left eye had fallen out. I called in and they made time for a quick fill, but by Tuesday (which marks 1 week since I got a new set) most of my lashes have fallen out. I've had lashes before, and know how to take care of them (no oil-based makeup/skincare, don't get your eyes wet for 24hrs). So i know that their monthly subscription of 1 fill per month will not work for me. I'd need a fill weekly! I'm far to busy to make it a weekly thing. read more

I have had a membership with them for a year now and every time I would go in there was always an issue with their system. Last couple times I went in they did not wanna take me because my card had get re registered to keep on file but I didn't have my card on me. So the front lady said she would reschedule me for tomorrow, the next day comes. She had set me up with an appointment at 5:10 and I show up and theirs a different receptionist and she tells me I don't have a reservation that they have no record of it. She was so rude. I had gotten dropped off by an Uber and front lady says well you're gonna have to wait for your Uber outside. I just had the worst service the last few times I was go in. I had made an appointment last week with Shitice and ended up seeing Maddie which to my knowledge was no different as I selected "any employee" when booking and assumed each employee was able to do the same task if she was the one chosen to do my lashes I had no problem with it. During my appointment Maddie was sweet and seemed completely able to do the lashes I had shown her for inspiration. We picked out lengths and I felt confident about it as this was my first time at Amazing lash. My scheduled time was from 6:50-8:50 because I got a full set, the second eye wasn't even started on until 8:30. I was appreciative that she was taking her time to do a good job or so I thought so I didn't have an issue with it. She talked highly of them like they were going to turn out great. When she finished around 9:30 I hadn't even looked into the mirror yet which is something I assumed she would encourage me to do as she had spoken highly of them and before I even got up she said "I understand if you don't want to book with me" and continued to tell me that "you can come in for an adjustment" instead of trying to remedy the situation or apologize for wasting both of our time she just walked out. I still tipped her 20% because she was sweet and made my experience nice but I won't say that I would recommend this artist because my lashes needed some serious TLC after thanks for Alondra who made them look amazing the next day. I will say their customer service here is great and they had asked me to write a review and that is the only reason I did because I did appreciate their 3 day adjustment policy but I would be cautious as to who you chose to do your lashes. read more

I left this location today not really impressed with the service I received. I've been here a few times and the one thing I can say is, if you visit this location suck it up and pay the up-charge fee for a master stylist. I've had good experiences with their master stylist, but anyone other then those select few has been a complete miss. For example, today, I went in for a fill with a lower level stylist. From the beginning of my appt to the end she repeatedly told me my lashes were difficult. I'm very aware I have small curly lashes but this is not my first time getting my lashes done here or anywhere for that matter so there shouldn't be an issue. Its extremely frustrating to go somewhere to get a service done, have an employee say its too difficult, and then have to pay for sub-par work. I understand being honest with the customer but its kind of unprofessional because it shows that you are not confident in your work. I've had better experiences at other lash studios so I know extensions on my lashes are POSSIBLE! Also, I do not recommend the membership. I don't see the cost benefit from it at all. I feel like every time I leave I still end up paying $60+ even though I have a membership that already charges me $60 a month. Along with this, there is no consistency with the receptionists. I've been told over the phone that credits will be added to my account for mistakes that they have made but then when I bring it up while checking out the receptionist has no idea what I'm talking about and there is no credit or note on my account. I have the money to pay whatever the charge is but if someone tells me i'm getting something for free or at a reduced charge I'm gonna ask for it! This is a very lackluster location that needs a lot of improvement if it wants to keep customers. read more

This was my first time getting lashes done so I was really excited to see what all the hype was about. The girl who did my lashes was very sweet but I got my eyelashes done this Wednesday afternoon and by Friday evening all my lashes have fallen off on my left eye. I only have 4 lashes left but my right eye has all the lashes still and looks good. But i expected for my lashes to look somewhat decent for at least a week to a week and a half for how much you pay for them. But mine only lasted 2 days and I did everything what was told of me for after care. So, it's safe to say I won't be coming back to get my lashes done again here unfortunately. read more

I have gotten eyelash extension from other places, after getting them my lash extensions only lasted about two weeks. After the second day they fell out quite a bit. The website does not list that there are two different sets of prices a membership price and a non me ever price. If you get a master stylist you will also have to pay a surcharge for this. I've been going here for over half a year now and I absolutely love it! The prices are super fair and my eyelashes have me looking like a new person. I don't know where are this negative feedback is coming from because I have been treated so well, and love the staff. It feels like a girls club,.chatting and laughing. I'm very blond and have to wear mascara to see my eyes, otherwise I look like a ghost. I absolutely love the lashes, I haven't worn mascara since. I wake up and I look good. I don't have to get up 45 minutes early to put my makeup on. Awesome! I still wear makeup but I don't have to do anything to my eyes, unless I want to. I have had to go in earlier than the usual 2 weeks to get them the way I want to, but the manager is awesome, always makes it right. I have the best technician around, her name is Mellisa. Margeurita does such a great job! She pays huge attention to detail and really listens to my requests and concerns. I don't even think about my lashes between visits anymore, they are always perfect and last a full two weeks before any noticeable shedding! I just got a set of 6D volume gorgeous style done last night. First, it took 3 hours. Second, the right side is noticeably fuller than the left side. They're not full or long whatsoever at all. Not to mention, my eyes were burning half the time because of glue getting in them. I called back because I remember signing a waiver if you're not happy you have 72 hours. THE ONLY REASON why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is to see how this consultation goes in a couple days and see if they can accommodate me. I highly doubt it because when I called they made it seem like no refunds and we'll try to fix it, which is not enough for me. I feel like instead of trying to talk people into stuff, simply be honest and say I can't achieve what you want and let me spend my money elsewhere especially if I'm spending $150 for $50 work. I'm hoping by the time I go on Thursday a manager will be working and I can express how extremely dissatisfied I am with the service I received. I hate the lashes soooo much to the point where I don't even want to go to work, as a makeup artist I have to be on point at all times and now I'm botched and $150 out of money for no reason. read more

I came into Amazing Lash to get a removal of lashes that were done at a different salon (not an Amazing Lash salon) just over a week of being applied. Upon entering I met with (who I believe was) the manager of the location and she was curious to know why I was getting a removal and not a removal + application, or a fill. I explained to her that I had been to two different salons prior to this - again, not Amazing Lash salons - looking for somewhere to get my lashes applied before my upcoming wedding. So far the looks I walked away with from the other salons were not what I had hoped and at that point it seemed to me like my natural lashes were the better option (hence the removal). She walked me through looks at her salon that she felt met the description of what I was looking for and made sure to book me with her best stylist. I look forward to my meeting with her and have nothing but great things to say about the lady who did my removal, as well as the manager who sat with me and discussed other options she believes will fulfill the look I am going for. Well I definitely gave this place a shot. I was a member for almost a year. I've found that unless you get your lashes done by a master stylist (that you have to pay extra for in addition to your membership fee) you will not have great lashes. The stars I am giving this place is because I did have some good looking lashes most of the time. However, on multiple occasions my appointment got cancelled for one reason or another. The last straw for me was my appointment being booked on a completely different day- when I called the day before to book an appointment for the next day because I knew that they were going to have to close for a month. I went in and my appointment was booked on a Saturday. So it just wasn't worth it for me to continue coming here as my time is valuable to me and when I schedule appointments I expect them to be accurate. I understand mistakes but this has just been far too many! :-( I do not recommend this place- maybe just as a last resort option. read more
