I went in yesterday for their complementary extensions before their grand opening(which is awesome that they would offer that). My appointment was at 3pm but you are told for your first visit to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and prepare. So I arrived at 2:40 pm and ended up watching everyone around me be taken back. I was told that my tech was running behind and that I should give her about 15 minutes more. Ended up being 30 mins past my appointment time before I was seen. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. My technician was very nice but was not informative. Since I have never done eyelash extentions before I had no idea what the process was. I asked for their "sexy style" and said that I liked the demi wispie look and she said that would be perfect and rattle out some lengths that she thought would look good. The whole process of getting the extentions put on was very comfortable so that was excellent. An hour and a half later were done (which I thought was odd since it was supposed to take an hour). She handed me a mirror while I was still laying down and looking up at the mirror they looked great. Once I left and got in the car and looked I was disappointed... it wasn't what I asked for. They look more "natural" than anything. Not very full. I really expected to walk out feeling like Kim Kardashian but no. I can't be too upset since it was free but it is a big let down since I had such high expectations.... read more

I want to like this place but its hard to. Got my refill there and it didnt last for more than a day. Some extensions started falling out. Called them to have them fix it. A day later they're still falling out. Really wish I used my refill at the other locations. I've too a lot of different locations because I travel for work and this is probably the most disappointing place. Maybe they need to train the staff a bit longer or something. read more

Unfortunately I'm having to leave a bag review because of poor front desk service. I have been coming here for over a year and never had issues until a few months ago when I booked my appointments like I always do right after my session with my stylist and for whatever reason the front desk person didn't put my appointments in the system so I called a couple weeks later asking why I was not notified about my upcoming appointment. Well apparently it had never made it into the system and my stylist that I have been with for quite some time now was completely booked up for the next few weeks so I wasn't even able to see her. When it came time for me to finally get in and cancel my membership because you have to actually be at the store when you want to cancel you cannot cancel over the phone which is extremely annoying. I knew that I had to credits which equals a $100 that they have pulled from my account. When I asked if I can just buy product with the $100 that they have pulled out of my account they said no it's store policy that you have to use your credits on services. I try to explain to the store manager that I go to another stylist and you're not allowed to go from stylus to stylist with different product because it's not good for your eyelashes and she said I don't know what to tell you then. Add if you want a refund absolutely not that is out of the question hands down not happening so now I'm out a $100 I'm very upset and I hope that if you're reading this review you will not go to that studio and actually do your research for local people to do your eyelash extensions. read more

I went in for an eyelash lift and when it was done, my lashes looked the exact same as if I had nothing done. They were still flat and were not curved upward at all. I am very annoyed that i wasted 85 dollars and I was all excited to have pretty lashes. I may have to try another lash place since this place did not do the work. I will still have to continue to curl my own lashes even though I had gotten the perm. I don't recommend this place but it still has nice service though. read more

So glad I found this place! I've tried at least 4 different lash technicians over the years at high end salons and would only go back a few times because my lashes would fall off after only a week, cross cross, or just look fake. I've finally found someone and a place I love! Yoli is the best. The studio is nice but choosing your lash technician is the key! My lashes look very natural, I don't have to wear mascara. I did try two other techs but Yoli is my favorite hands down. read more

i don't usually post negative to average reviews without some time or constructive feedback but i think this place is just a preference thing. I kept trying it bc people were nice but never had a good overs experience. my lashes turn out different every time. i also prefer a lash tech who creates art. these prepackaged fans are tacky to me. if you had a lash tech who was amazing then suddenly became popular and you have to book a month out which doesn't work with your busy schedule so you have to find a new go to with better availability, this place won't compare. it's just super corporate. i paid for one month of a membership and then called to cancel and got charged a second month. when i called to dispute they said they would call me back in 2 days when the manager returned but never got a call back. it was like, $90! idk - i tried. it's just not for me and i think it's important to know this is a chain not a studio with independent artists. sorry read more

I don't even know where to start...These.Ladies.Are.AMAZING!!!! My name is Missy Ortiz and my stylist is Myra. Myra is a fabulous, professional lash artist that takes her time and does quality work. Your eyes are important trust her with them and you'll be thrilled with the end result. she applies the eyelashes on very gently and I don't feel a thing during the session....I fall asleep and wake up looking fabulous!!! I have seen a couple of the other Gals and they are great too..Victoria and Reagan (high five) The girls really listen when I tell them the look I want to go for and very willing to fix anything I didn't like or that didn't last. This place is friendly, clean, pleasant atmosphere and just nice to visit due to the great service and sweet receptionist that is always really nice and tries to be as accommodating as possible. Shannon is amazing! I have had lashes done by several other companies out there, and none have stayed on or looked as good as they do by Shannon! She is a perfectionist, which is an excellent quality to have for an eyelash tech! I love that she takes the time necessary to ensure my lashes are full and secure, but she's still faster than any of my other experiences. I'd rather someone spend a little more time for quality work, than try to rush me out, leaving me with lashes that don't stand the test of time. Great Job Shannon! read more

I booked an appointment the day before requesting a specific stylist and they told me she was available. Then i go and the stylist i had specifically asked for was not available and i was booked with a different stylist. Fine. I still needed my refill. Then the stylist tells me she CAN NOT do a refill for me because she does not have time because of the amount of lashes i have left ???. Refills are 1 hour appointments. How was i booked with her and she doesn't have the hour ??. I understand it wasn't gonna be have a FULL SET. Because a refill is just a refill. I'm paying for the time . yet still wasn't able to get my refill and had to leave . i don't know when i can make my next appointment. And next appintment i won't have ANY LASHES LEFT..and they will probably force me to get a full set. Very unsatisfied. read more

Super frustrated with my experience at this location. I got a full set less than a month ago for a couple of events coming up and signed up for a membership. I asked for long dramatic lashes so I won't need mascara. My stylist up-sold me to the volume lashes. After she finished my full set I had short wispy lashes. Not the look I described at the beginning of my visit. I paid for the full set, left a tip, and didn't complain hoping that maybe on my next fill appointment I could better describe the look I wanted and finally have the full set of lashes I wanted when I signed up. Exactly 2 weeks later, I scheduled and paid for a fill. The stylish said I had good retention and did't lose a lot of lashes. I described the look I wanted. Same thing short lashes except this time they weren't even full and I paid over $60 for a full fill! There was also a TON of glue and she basically pried my eyes open with tweezers because she glued bottom lashes to the top. I let my stylish know I wasn't happy after the appointment and she recommend I come in for a correction. I came in for a correction and saw a different stylist. I finally had the length I wanted but it was patchy because the previous stylist didn't apply the length I asked for the two previous times. Six days later almost all of the lashes are gone after proper care as recommended by the studio. I called today and the only option they gave me was to pay for a mini-fill. So I go in and pay for another service and it still doesn't look like I have ANY lash extensions. At this point I have paid Amazing Lash over $220 in less than a month with 4 separate visits and still don't have a full set of lashes or even the look I wanted when I got my first fill. This experience has been an extreme waste of money, and time to say the least. read more

I never write reviews, but I seriously had to share my experience here. Victoria did SUCH a great job on my lashes. She helped me pick out the best length and style, was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She answered all my questions about aftercare and recommended a couple really great products too. I've had my lashes done a couple times before and she HANDS down did the best job I've seen. I will definitely be requesting her when I go back and trust me -- you should do the same. read more

I'm not sure if the lady's name that did my lashes but she was included as a Jr stylist which is supposed to be the level right under a master stylist! The process wasn't bad but the work didn't last even a week and some of the placements seemed a little off.I've been gettin my lashes done for quite some time now and decided to try a location closer to me. I will find her name and edit this review as they are promoting this artist when people ask for a master stylist and one isn't available, then you receive this type of rookie work?! Then because I called a week later and not in 72 hours I have to pay for a fill or full set again as I just spent 110$ a week ago including tip. Even if I did call in 72 hours I wouldn't have had time to come in waste another hour until I called. The young lady who answered the phone and gave me the excuse that the artist "may not have used enough glue." Which I could care less what she did wrong there is no reason my lashes should be over 50% bare in 5 days. Also I was told that even tho they pull 59$ monthly that only gives you a 44$ credit towards a full set which again makes no sense. Needless to say I will not be back to this location and I hope none of you have this same experience. I am deff contemplating canceling the membership all together. read more

I Usually go to the stone hill location, but they were booked, so since I have a new job that I want to look decent for and a huge event this weekend I was desperate, I called this location yesterday because it is the second closest, they assured me they had a 5 o clock today, 5 is extremely hard for me to make but I repeat I was desperate so I rushed to get my kiddos aNd cooked something fast, was able to get ny sister to watch them for a bit (I have to pay her of course) AND they cancelled my appointment!! As I'm literally outside their shop!! Because a stylist called in, in the morning ! They had plenty of time to get a back up, but oh it's my fault for not answering while I'm at work ?!?! This was NOT ok !!! Never going here, and never going to an amazing lash studio, their work is basic at best, but I had a membership because of the location and because I do not want to leave baby for hours while I drive to other lash specialists. But for them to cancel after I did everything to accommodate the appointment time was unreal ! read more

I called this studio to make an appointment for a full set of lashes for their 'introductory offer' - $79.99. I was an amazing lash studio customer over 2 years ago at another studio and I was looking to try it out again. When I told the receptionist this she told me I would have to pay $250 if I wanted a full set at their studio despite me not ever going to their studio or being a paying customer of amazing lash for over 2 years. From the beginning of the conversation this receptionist spoke to me as if she were doing me a favor by answering my phone call and didn't care about acquiring a new customer or my business. Super disappointed at this location. My best friend also goes to amazing lash and has stopped being a customer around the same time I did and then restarted after 2 years and her location gave her the introductory offer so she would return as a customer. I will be going to that studio instead of this location despite the longer drive. Returning business and customers should be a businesses #1 priority. So sad that these are not the priorities for this amazing lash location. If you can, drive a little farther to another location where customers and their business is valued. read more

All the lash stylist's are really nice.....ALTHOUGH BEWARE, THIS LOCATION HAS STARTED USING A GLUE THAT DOES NOT hold your lashes for more than a week..... so as a member they will charge you your monthly fee of $69 plus once you go in to get your refill they will charge you an additional $46 bucks plus you will want to tip because your stylist is either "amazing" or awesome, don't be fooled. You won't be able to walk out of the South Round Rock location without spending $135 a month and having some jacked up eyelashes that your stuck with along with the 1 year contract your bonded too. read more

I love Reagan. She is great. My lashes last a long time with her. Unfortunately, every time I don't get Reagan (due to her being booked or off), I end up with a lash stylist who I am guessing doesn't put enough adhesive on and my lashes are falling out the same day without the natural lash attached. Almost all my lashes have fallen out and is hasn't been that long. Now I have to travel to North Austin to another Amazing Lash Studio to get a master stylist when Reagan is off. Reagan is amazing. It would have been less stars if it weren't for Reagan. read more
