Decided to join my wife on her journey to get her lashes done since I had some free time to kill. I haven't been to many businesses like this because I'm obviously a male, but I can say that my first impression of the place was pretty awesome! The cleanliness was the first thing that caught my attention, which is great seeing that this is a place to enhance beauty. The front desk staff was really friendly. They greeted us with smiles and didn't make me feel awkward or out of place (which can usually happen) for waiting on my wife out in the front. I did ask my wife how her experience with her lash technician was and she said it was absolutely amazing (no pun intended). She did sign up to be a member when she was leaving because she loved her lashes so much, so I guess monthly visits will be a thing! I loved her lashes as well, so I'm not even mad. I really hate leaving bad reviews but this place completely botched my eyelashes and then had the audacity to act as if nothing was wrong. They did not offer me a refund despite me going in to the store multiple times to ask them about it. They clearly overprocessed them and used a way too small rod, the least they can do was take accountability, validate the fact my eyelashes look like trash, and then offer to refund me. They did nothing of the sort. Instead, told me this was "normal". Sorry but I didn't pay almost $100 for my lashes to look horrible from all angles. Do not go here!! read more

Got there and people at front desk did not make me feel welcome, one would just silently stare at me made me feel uncomfortable. Charged me 30 dollars extra for a master stylist which I didn't even want but had no option on the website and didnt seem master at all, she barely said 2 words to me. very unhappy with the services I received on August 17. Half of my lashes came out by the second day I had them and now, only just over a week later, I only have about 5 left on each eye. I can confirm that I didn't wash them, get them wet, or not take care of them properly, as I have had eyelash extensions many times before, with this never happening. read more

I booked an appointment online but ended up having to call to fix it. My friend and I both made appointments and I provided the email and phone number for both of us and we were told we would receive a confirmation email and I had received one but my friend never did. Upon arrival they did take my temperature and I filled out a little bit of paperwork because it was my first time. I went in for my lash lift and my friend's appointment was right after mine. When she went in for her appointment they didn't take her temperature or have her fill out any safety or consent forms even though I did before my appointment. The results of my lash lift showed little to no difference and did not last even with proper aftercare. The staff was very friendly but it wasn't a great experience. read more

I came in on January 14 to get a full set of eyelashes. Mia was very sweet, however the next day some were falling out. I figured ok a couple of lashes are fine. As the day progressed, more and more kept falling out to the point that I had to cut up fake eyelashes and put them on to fill in the holes. I called to make another appointment on 1/19 to get them fixed/filled back in. As I was sitting there waiting to go back for my appointment. There was a worker in the waiting room talking to the receptionist saying how she wants her eyelashes done but DOES NOT want to get them done at her own place of work. SHOCKING. I still waited and got them filled in giving them a second chance...here on 1/30 it is very sparse. I called to speak with the manager and the "account manager" answered the phone and when i explained my situation to him. He stated that he would make me another appointment to get them fix, great that's very nice but after 2 tries, and a coworker stating she doesn't want hers done there, I didn't take the offer. Who would? So I politely asked for my money back and he said they can't give refunds. AND to put the icing on the cake he stated "the co-worker that you're referring to is going to Hawaii, and she is getting them done there." umh i'm sorry am I hearing that correctly? You do what you have to, but don't you get a discount or don't have to pay at all when you get a service done? Don't you want to promote YOUR place of work? Absolutely absurd. Well I am sad to say this place has a terrible business. I got a full set of lashes approximately 3 weeks again. Within 3 days a majority of them fell off. I went back for a correction, and within one week most of the lashes on one of my eyes fell off. I went in today to have what was left of them , removed. I requested my membership fee be canceled / reversed since I was never able to use it. They refused. After explaining how unfair that is and that I would fight the charge and report them if necessary, they agreed to reverse the $138 charge on my credit card. They send me back to have the lashes removed and when I come out to leave they wanted to charge me $45 for removal! The only reason I was getting them removed is because they fell out- their product or technician issue. Again, after explaining how ridiculous that is, that I should not have to pay for their mistakes, they finally agreed not to charge me. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. You have all been warned. read more

I have been going to Amazing Lash Studio for nearly a year now. My lash technician Christina is AMAZING. My lashes have never looked better. I get the 6D and they are flawless and last. My real lashes are not weak or falling there's no clumping lash glue. Most people look at my lashes and can't even tell they are extension which is crazy! First time coming to this studio. Few years ago before lashes became a thing I went to get them done and it was a horrible experience. When I found out about amazing lash studio I made an appointment. Walked into the door greeted by friendly staff, my tech was super nice but I wasn't happy with the results. I absolutely love this studio! I've been to Brianna twice now and she is THE BOMB! Young, personable and amazing at her job. Jessica at the front desk is always a pleasure to interact with too! I've never met an unhappy employee or lash artist here. Everything is SUPER clean, I love that they have retail products to accompany my lashes (love the retractable spoolie and eyeliner) and this location is super close to my house! I've never had a problem getting an appt since they're open late and they are always running right on time, no waiting for 30+ min to lay down or being out in the front of public looking at you while your service is being done....you go into a small room for privacy! After doing some research, it seems that most of their good reviews are from employees and their families who hide their identities and create fake stories to help make their yelp score better. They do not care about quality, just how many clients they can get in and out. I have had the worst experience of my life at this studio, and my current lash artist had to completely remove my lashes because of how painful they were. It's obvious that these girls are not trained properly. The pictures that they post on social media are pretty but what you don't see is how everything is glued together. Been coming to Amazing Lash since June and I can say I've never been disappointed in my lashes! My usual lash technician, Jazmine, always makes me look amazing. She is friendly and personable and always listens to what I want and executes it perfectly! I tend to do a hybrid of both classic and volume lashes and Jazmine always finds the perfect balance between the two. Getting lash extensions has changed my confidence completely and was such a great decision. I trust Amazing Lash Seagirt with my lashes so much that I travel all the way from NYC for my refills. My 6D lashes are beautiful! These girls have talent! The only problem that I had was when I was going to pay for my lashes, the technician put a couple of their products on the counter for me to buy. Now I know their job is to sell their products as well, but I would prefer if they were to ask the customer first if they would like to buy the product, not just place it on the counter for me to buy. read more

Showed the girl pictures of the lashes that I wanted. She gave me pretty much the exact opposite of what I asked for and somehow charged me $170 when it was my first time there and was supposed to pay the intro price. They said it was because she used the 6D lashes on me. Let me tell you- there was nothing 6D about these lashes. I did my research before I went and saw plenty of pictures of 6D, volume, classic and hybrid sets. She gave me a classic set and charged me for a hybrid. My left eye also lost a dramatically more amount of lashes than my right eye within 3-4 days. I pretty much needed a fill on my left eye within 4 days because the whole end of my eye was missing lashes. Maybe it was just the girl, but I was not impressed. Save your money. read more

The salon itself is very cute and offers a lot of extras to purchase after your service which is great. Their eye washing station is also convenient, and definitely a plus. Other than that, I had an awful experience. I left pretty unhappy with my lashes, but paid & tipped as normal. After some debating on complaining an hour later, I called and was asked to come in for a correction. She basically told me that since there was "nothing wrong" with my lashes, my only real option was to pay $40 to take them off... Though she might've felt "there was nothing wrong", what was wrong was 1) what I'd received was NOTHING like the pictures I'd shown or what I'd asked for. 2) they were so full (when I asked for just a little something) that they were weighing down my eyes and blocking my sight. It looked like a put on 2 pairs of volume strip lashes and I had to drive with my eyes opened like I was surprised so I could see the road coming back for my correction. She rudely said no matter which lashes they used or how they did my lashes, I'd still see them in my line of vision "because of how my eyes are shaped and lashes sit" and not because they were too full. I found the staff to be condescending when I was explaining why I was unhappy, so I didnt want to give them any more of my money for a removal. It was as though she was more offended that I was upset with her work than willing to help. I left and peeled them all off at home. It was then I saw she'd doubled up on individual lashes on a lot of my eyelashes, and my own lashes were stuck together with some clumps of glue throughout. I went to a different salon today and am much happier with my lashes AND I can't see my lashes--aka it is possible to get the lash look I asked for without my vision being blocked. If you want to give them a try, they are reasonably priced and my friend was really happy with her lash tech (a different one than mine) when she left. But if you're unhappy, be ready to pay another $40 to take them off or leave still unhappy. I don't write reviews ever, but customer service doesn't exist and it's a lot to pay to leave upset. read more

And if you want to correct the mess you end up paying $25 more so is basically $100 for an experience stylist plus tip and if you get them done twice a month you r looking to spend at least $250 bucks. read more

Mediocre at best. Echoing what other reviews have said about lashes falling out almost immediately after an appointment. I had originally made an appointment with Jessica after a recommendation from a friend. I got a call about a week later saying she was no longer available and that I'd have Emily; this made me super nervous but I had already hired a sitter and they assured me she'd take good care of me. Emily was super nice but my lashes were a bit more dramatic than I had hoped (not a huge deal). My biggest concern is that 60% of my lashes have fallen out and it hasn't even been 24hrs. I have been emailing with them and did make an appointment with a master stylist to fix them on Friday so I'll come back and update this post then depending on how it goes! read more
