The cleanliness was the first thing that caught my attention, which is great seeing that this is a place to enhance beauty. The front desk staff was really friendly. They greeted us with smiles and didn't make me feel awkward or out of place (which can usually happen) for waiting on my wife out in the front. I did ask my wife how her experience with her lash technician was and she said it was absolutely amazing (no pun intended). They clearly overprocessed them and used a way too small rod, the least they can do was take accountability, validate the fact my eyelashes look like trash, and then offer to refund me. They did nothing of the sort. Instead, told me this was "normal". Sorry but I didn't pay almost $100 for my lashes to look horrible from all angles. Do not go here!!
