I did have an early appointment and since having never been here before I arrived early so I wouldn't be late. They did open their doors a little early before they actually opened. I didn't want to be that customer/client who tries to get in early so I just waited lol The woman at the front desk was super nice and helped me check in and let me know that Katie would just be a moment while she prepped her station for me. I had been up since 5am and really didn't want to fall asleep because I wanted to know what the process was and what was being done. Small chit chat didn't keep my attention so I did almost fall asleep. The service was fine? I guess? My lashes on the left eye like didn't take? Not sure if it was because of how it was done or the product that was used? The right eye seemed to work fine. I thought maybe I just needed to put on mascara to really see the difference. I followed after care instructions to a tee! Didn't touch, didn't put on make up for over 24 hours, didn't have them touch water, didn't sleep on my face... The next day my left lashes were pretty much flat compared to my right eye. Ugh. I did get a follow up call to see how my lashes were doing but I was at my bridal shower so there was no way I was gonna stop partying to take that call. I did follow up with them that Monday about how they turned out. They said I could come in so they could fix it for me. I thought, oh wow awesome! They asked for a time that would be best. I said it would be cutting it close for 3:45pm since I get off work at 3:30pm but they said they'd still take me if I got there no later than 3:48pm or something. So they put me on the book for a lash lift fix and I get the email to confirm. So that day I was scheduled, I HAUL ASS because I know time is money, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do anything. What. Why have me drive out there to tell me that? This could've been a phone call. I get they need to see the lashes but... this could've been communicated to me beforehand. I felt like it was such a waste of my time and money. And then I was told I could come back in the recommended 4 weeks, but I'd still have to pay the same amount... lol why would I pay for a service that didn't work the first time? They offered to comp $20 but that was after I asked. It's just shocking they don't stand by their product. I have gotten my hair done at multiple places (I've moved around a lot), nails done at multiple locations and they offer to fix that service and comp it (if there's anything wrong, which is rare but at least it's offered) And those services are much more expensive than a $70 lash lift. It was really shocking. Take what you will from this review, but I will not be coming back.

I've been nervous about doing injections on my face; however, with forehead wrinkles you could drive a car through, I decided to give it a shot. I made an appointment for Angie to take a look at my crinkled face. She was extremely accommodating of my hectic schedule and was able to do a consultation via text and video. We decided on muscular injections into my forehead. When I arrived, being super nervous and apprehensive, she put me right at ease with her welcoming personality and style. I had expected a cold, impersonal, almost snobby person, and I'm so happy to say it wasn't like that whatsoever. Definitely not like so many medical spas I've been to or heard about. The injections were fast and easy. I didn't know what to expect, but I'm happy to say it was virtually painless! The price point was AMAZING, not anything close to the estimates I've received in the past. Everything was completely doable for the long-term. Needless to say, I'm totally sticking with this (see what I did there?) and will definitely continue! Also, communication is huge to me. Like, super huge. I'm happy to report Angie's communication, from start to finish, has been absolutely wonderful!

Walked in thinking I would only have time for either nails or feet. But they were able to get both done in that time frame with out cutting down on the steps needed to make them look amazing. They took so much time attending to every little detail while keeping watch on the time to make sure I would be out in time. I feel they went above and beyond to make my expierenxe one to remember. I have never been somewhere I felt so amazed by the work being completed by of both ladies but the hospitality of everyone i interacted with at the office. I know I will be back and cannot wait to see your business grow because you are definitely a 5 star in my book and deserve every bit of success coming your way.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The guy doing my nails was…read moreso nice which is the only reason I stayed through the whole thing. Unfortunately after getting home and realizing just how bad these were I called and complained and asked for a manager. Apparently the Manager is out of town long term. He also stated it was the nail polish that caused it, said sometimes they put acetone in the polish to thin it out and he probably over thinned it. I have to wonder if this guy is even licensed. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He filed me nails I have been growing out for 6 months down to stubs. He shaped my one hand square with rounded edges which is what i asked for. After giving him multiple corrections on that hand and actually picking up the file and doing a couple jagged nails myself because every time he touched them he made it worse, I finally told him these were perfect shape and do the other hand the same. 10 minutes of filing later, I look at the other hand and he had made them completely rounded to a point and all in different lengths. I was in disbelief and then I started telling him that he needs to look at what he is doing.... I could go on and on about the 100's of corrections I had to give him. When it got to polishing he would put the polish on missing huge gaps in the nail bed, or with debris under the polish. I had to point out at least 5 spots on every single nail he kept missing.... I swear he has never painted nails before. As you can see in the pictures here this could have been done by my 4yo son. I told him I wanted a polish on my nails and feet. He insisted on a pedicure and manicure for $45. Once he has me sit in the pedicure chair for upwards of 3 hours while doing absolutely nothing to my feet, he then informs me that to get a polish is another $16 for feet and $13 hands. So I ended up paying $75! for this! He did not file the bottom of my feet. He scrubbed the tops of them with a brush so hard it left scratches all over my feet. He then filed my two big toes completely different shapes. I was so upset with how he filed my right toe. I asked him why he did that and he said sorry... sorry... I Do Better.... I called him to discuss the situation the next day as the polish has chipped on 2 nails already... He told me to be there at 9am yesterday. Of course nobody was there the 3 times i went by yesterday. I think this is a fraudulent nail salon meaning nobody is licensed. Lastly before he even started polishing my toes, another lady came in and asked for a mani/pedi. He said yes I have time, proceeded to put her in the chair with bubbles. The bubbles overflowed all over her pants and he did nothing about it. That poor lady sat with her feet in the water for about 2 and a half hours before he even finished with me. Moral of the story.... DON'T GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! THIS PLACE WILL COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY AND SEVERAL HOURS OF YOUR DAY.
