I decided to try a new salon while in town for the holidays and couldn't be happier. I had a standard pedicure and manicure to help me look fresh. The place was super busy but the staff were friendly and quick to offer me a place to sit at a massage chair so I could get comfortable before my service. The attention to detail was top notch and they really seemed to take a lot of care and effort to make sure I was comfortable and that my feet and hands were looking their best. First off, I just want to say it has been 3 weeks and a few days since I got a pedicure done at this salon with gel polish and only 2 of my toes have just now recently chipped. I've gotten tons of compliments in the past 3 weeks from coworkers, friends, family, and even strangers. Me and my mom went in for an appointment on April 3rd, we called and were able to reserve an appointment the same day, and despite them being very busy on a Friday afternoon, we were sat down within 5 min of being there. They had a ton of staff working and they were all very sweet and welcoming. I requested to have a flower design painted on my toes and they were able to do it and it turned out so cute! I am just really impressed with the way it turned out and how long the polish has lasted! Will definitely recommend this salon to anybody. read more

I asked to have gel polish removed, shapes evened out, two nails repaired and dip French nails. Sammie knew i was preparing for a funeral. She cut my nails shorter - I cried. Then she aggressively hand filed way too narrow with too much point. I tried not to cry. Every nail has at least one issue and the shapes are inconsistent. The French tips are too shallow, uneven and not all crisp. The clear coat was also applied to the skin around every nail. Four days later they are cracking from not bonding. I will never use or recommend Foxi. That was 3rd strike - my daughters didn't like their services on previous visits. I should have listened. Wasted money, time and emotion on Foxi. UPDATE: They refused to refund my money based on company policy, wouldn't admit responsibility or present the owner/ management/ head something. They offered to fix it but I don't want them near my hands! read more

Pros: aesthetic, cleanliness, quality products Cons: repeatedly terrible service from one tech in particular I've been to FOXI three times now and the salon as a whole is clean and aesthetically pleasing. My first experience (CBD pedicure) was fantastic. Unfortunately the tech I've had the last two times has made for a less-than-pleasant experience. I've gotten the CBD and Signature pedicure with her, and they've been terrible. The first time, she sanded down my toes with the dremel (despite me asking her not to) shortened the massage, and left me with uneven toenails with sharp corners and smudged polish.. but everyone has off days and I decided to give FOXI another try. Unfortunately, I was placed with the same tech. This time, she was watching a video on her phone that was tucked into the station-- she hardly glanced at my feet while she was working on them. The halfhearted massage focused entirely on my shins (just lightly skimming the skin, no muscle relaxation whatsoever) and actually stopped a few times when she was engrossed in her show. Again, my toenails are uneven with sharp corners and the polish is subpar at best. I want to love this place, but I can't justify returning. read more

I had made a reservation and therefore got in very fast. There were plenty of employees working at least 10. I decided to upgrade my pedicure as I needed a deep callus scrub. The foot and leg massage was great. However, the actual nail polish painting was horrible. The nail color does not cover all of the nail and then other nails, the clear coat does not cover the color. And the layers are very uneven. For the price I was hoping to get a better polish then what I did. read more

The salon was clean and the staff was very nice. I had a pedicure by one tech. She was friendly, informative and did a good job. I had a manicure done by another staff member and after just one day the gel polish started chipping. Here I sit one week after with half of my nail polish chipped. He was friendly but worked too quickly I think. He did little in the way of shaping with the file. Each nail is shaped a bit different from the next. Also the filing they do to rough up the nail so the gel polish can stick well seems to have left my nails feeling thin and week and the polish didn't adhere very good after all. The filing is not a deal breaker but the chipped polish is a total bummer. I rarely have time for myself so this was a once in awhile treat and I'm left with sad nails. read more

This place really is a 5 rating. I found this place today, chose it based on the yelp rating and they are really good. The nail tech was very thorough, polite, meticulous but fast. I was really impressed how much time he spent cleaning up my feet, which really needed it. It's a nice shop, clean, relaxing and they have tons of pedicure chairs. Horrible! I came with my two daughters to get our nails done for my daughter's wedding. I told the tech that and she didn't even acknowledge it. Quite rude. I got a pedicure and a full set of gel nails. At first, she told me it was going to be $35 for my pedicure but then said she would do gel for $5 more so $40. Then she said she would take the dead skin off my feet, (which really should be included in the price, but I said okay. So, she told me that would be $45, plus another $5 to remove a couple of tiny specks of gel polish I had on there. So now we are up to $55 for a pedicure and somehow the gel wasn't included. That was going to be more. She kept changing her price. So, I just went with the $45 pedicure with no gel. She was quite rude and kept changing her price. When it came time to my full set, she told me $55 for those with gel when it clearly states on their menu of services, $45 for gel set. She said it was because she was giving me long nails. Well, isn't that what a full set is? I also told her active length and she gave me a lot longer nail. There was a horrible chemical smell in there that really gave me and my daughter a bad headache and was burning my eyes. I understand all nail salons are going to smell somewhat but this was horrible. I've been in plenty of nail salons and never had this problem. I will never step foot in this place again. I don't recommend. They are a rip-off. read more

i wanted to love this salon due to the fact that it's still new and very clean. Tyler is amazing at his work and truly takes his time with his work. i'm writing this review because my boyfriend had an appointment with the female owner (she did his pedicure last time). he showed up to his appointment and they tried to give him a different manicurist. she claimed she had paperwork to do that's why she couldn't preform his services. the reason why we came back was specifically for these two people. i will no longer support this business due to turning down an appointment that was made with a specific manicurist. i've called to talk to the owners and they "aren't there" which my boyfriend was there and saw she was still there. this is a very poor practice. hopefully Tyler finds a new salon to work at and i will be sure to follow him to his next salon. read more

First I got a pedicure & the guy who did my pedi made my toes look like my 3yrs old painted it. It was obvious that they didn't paint the whole nail on numerous toes. Second the nail tech made my almond shape all wrong because he was rushing I guess. He was being aggressive by yanking my arm & hand repeatedly & my gel on the acrylic nails came off in 2days! I have been coming to this place for about six months now. They've always done a good job on my nails, I always tip 30%. I brought my daughter in for some nails for her 16th birthday, getting a full set, and they completely overdid it on the design charge. $30 for pink French and two hearts. From looking at their website, it looks like French manicure should cost $5 and design is $8 and up. Two hearts I can't imagine cost $25. Not to mention I tipped her $15 before we did the transaction. If I had known she was going to overcharge for the two hearts, I wouldn't have tipped her $15. These are $95 nails. I don't see how to justify that. read more

I have been here a couple times since moving to the area. The salon is very clean and the service is efficient. However, I have always left feeling a bit more to be desired with my service. The pedicures are nice but I don't feel are thorough with callous removal. The two times I have gotten a manicure I have not had any cuticle treatment or soaking of the nails prior to polish placement. No hand massage afterwards either. DONT GO HERE! Terrible customer service here! I thought I loved this place till I had a bad experience and they treated me horribly. Got my nails done the day before I left for vacation. Paid over $70 for a dip manicure. Keep in mind that I had dip on and these were my real nails, no glued on tips. Less than 48 hours later 1 nail tip clean breaks off, and 4 more follow over the next few days. By the time I get back from vacation I have 3 in tact nails. And this is a total of 10 days after getting my manicure here. I go in and kindly let them know the situation and that I'm just a little disappointed that my nails I spent a lot of money on didn't last. They argued with me that I hadn't been in there for a month and tried telling me when my last appointment was. Once they finally realize that I was in there less than 2 weeks ago they still refused to re do my nails and told me I could get them removed but it would be $15!!! This is my second post for this salon, the first post I had to take down because the owner Sammy bullied my daughter on the eve of her wedding because she didn't like my one star review. so here we go again, i will start from the beginning. i have been there 3 times and 2 out of the three were terrible. this last time I brought 3 from the bridal party including the bride , my daughter, my bill was 370 dollars , we all got mani/pedi's , after an hour I look down and all my polish is gone from my toes, the girl did not wipe off the oils so I call and asked for a refund for just the pedi she refused , I asked again politely she still refuse so I told her I was going to leave a review on yelp , on the eve of my daughters wedding she is hysterical crying because Sammy called her and complained about my review so in order to calm her down I had to remove the post, I just want to say to Sammy that you do not get to control what we post on yelp and if you call my daughter again and upset her about this post I will report you to yelp. I've left a review on this place a few months ago, I want to respond to the owner but wasn't sure how to do so on yelp, so I figured I would just put another review in. The fact the owner responds to my yelp review (see mine on reviews below under Jade), and claims I was an hour late for my appt is absolutely nonsense. I was right on time and waited for an hour and a half almost 2 hours to even be talked to. After waiting that whole time, they claimed they couldn't do my nails, and I straight up walked without anything getting done. The owner claiming she texted me, basically said they could give me $5 off if I came in again, because they are desperate and didn't want me leaving, and I said it's fine, because I didn't want to get in a back and forth bitch fest with these people. But yet all of this happens to their consistent customer and they claim it's my fault LOL all because they didn't like my review, oh well!
