Happen to drive by this little gem of a place, while needing to kill some time before my dental surgery in an hour and a half. Walked in thinking I would only have time for either nails or feet. But they were able to get both done in that time frame with out cutting down on the steps needed to make them look amazing. They took so much time attending to every little detail while keeping watch on the time to make sure I would be out in time. I feel they went above and beyond to make my expierenxe one to remember. I have never been somewhere I felt so amazed by the work being completed by of both ladies but the hospitality of everyone i interacted with at the office. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The guy doing my nails was so nice which is the only reason I stayed through the whole thing. Unfortunately after getting home and realizing just how bad these were I called and complained and asked for a manager. Apparently the Manager is out of town long term. He also stated it was the nail polish that caused it, said sometimes they put acetone in the polish to thin it out and he probably over thinned it. I have to wonder if this guy is even licensed. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He filed me nails I have been growing out for 6 months down to stubs. He shaped my one hand square with rounded edges which is what i asked for. After giving him multiple corrections on that hand and actually picking up the file and doing a couple jagged nails myself because every time he touched them he made it worse, I finally told him these were perfect shape and do the other hand the same. 10 minutes of filing later, I look at the other hand and he had made them completely rounded to a point and all in different lengths. I was in disbelief and then I started telling him that he needs to look at what he is doing.... I could go on and on about the 100's of corrections I had to give him. When it got to polishing he would put the polish on missing huge gaps in the nail bed, or with debris under the polish. I had to point out at least 5 spots on every single nail he kept missing.... I swear he has never painted nails before. As you can see in the pictures here this could have been done by my 4yo son. I told him I wanted a polish on my nails and feet. He insisted on a pedicure and manicure for $45. Once he has me sit in the pedicure chair for upwards of 3 hours while doing absolutely nothing to my feet, he then informs me that to get a polish is another $16 for feet and $13 hands. So I ended up paying $75! for this! He did not file the bottom of my feet. He scrubbed the tops of them with a brush so hard it left scratches all over my feet. He then filed my two big toes completely different shapes. I was so upset with how he filed my right toe. I asked him why he did that and he said sorry... sorry... I Do Better.... I called him to discuss the situation the next day as the polish has chipped on 2 nails already... He told me to be there at 9am yesterday. Of course nobody was there the 3 times i went by yesterday. I think this is a fraudulent nail salon meaning nobody is licensed. Lastly before he even started polishing my toes, another lady came in and asked for a mani/pedi. He said yes I have time, proceeded to put her in the chair with bubbles. The bubbles overflowed all over her pants and he did nothing about it. That poor lady sat with her feet in the water for about 2 and a half hours before he even finished with me. Moral of the story.... DON'T GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! THIS PLACE WILL COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY AND SEVERAL HOURS OF YOUR DAY. read more

I didn't realize it was a bad pedicure until I got home tho..All my toes have a thicker layer of polish in the middle & very little on the rest of the toes.. Very friendly owners & very clean place.. I booked an appointment for my mom, my sister and myself to get mani/pedis before my sisters wedding about a week ago. Positives: it was easy to make the appointments and we got an appointment reminder call the day before. They were ready on time for our appointment and we got right in. The pedicures were decent and the men who did them were very friendly. Negatives: despite specifically asking when scheduling the appointment if all three of us could be done at the same time, my mom was stuck waiting until after my sister and I. As a result, her pedicure was rushed and not great quality: However, my main problem was with our manicures. Despite paying a upcharge (undisclosed at time of service ) for powder/dipping substance that we were promised would last 3 weeks, all three of us had multiple chipped nails in just a few days. In fact, my sister had a nail messed up the next day for her wedding!! The technician did not trim our cuticles at all; in fact, upon completion it looked like it was time for us to come in and have them filled/redone! Overall, I would absolutely NOT recommend this place for manicures. The pedicures were ok. read more

This salon is clean and very well maintained and the customer service is much better than any other nail salon I've been to. The employees will actually talk to you and get to know you better. I've been here a few times and it's been the same energy each time. I felt and still feel really welcomed each time I step inside. Their prices are reasonable (they sometimes have monthly specials too which is awesome!) - 10% off for the month of June btw ;) - and they have a wide range of styles and colors to choose from. The ONLY complaint I have is a few times I have gotten a full set and each time one of the acrylics had a slight curve to it....as if it were crooked. This shop is fairly new and definitely worth trying out. read more

During a recent visit to the St. Louis area I needed to get my nails done for an evening event. I called for an appointment and was able to get right in. Once at the salon I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and the friendliness of the staff. There is even a play area for the little ones! I stopped by this place back in August right after they opened. They've always been very friendly and do a fantastic job. I don't go on a regular basis but they always remember who I am and even asked about my mom today when she wasn't with us. Today, another customer yelled at my daughter because she was speaking to an employee. She wasn't interrupting or speaking loudly, quite honestly, it was out of the blue and uncalled for. Although it was nothing that his staff did or anything he could've stopped/changed, the owner called me later in the day to apologize and make sure my daughter wasn't upset. I felt like this was above and beyond what he needed to do and while we already loved this place, we love it even more now. Thank you for the excellent customer service! read more

I brought my 78 year old aunt who has alzheimers and lives in a nursing home. The nursing home will file but not cut her nails. I made an appointment and showed up about 20 minutes early. They took us within 5 minutes. My aunt really enjoyed it. Her toe nails and finger nails turned out great. This is a little further than a few salons near where she lives, but we'll come back here. Went in for nails and pedicure. I knew the charge for the pedicure but at the end I didn't realize there would be different undisclosed charges. Then come to take a good look at my basically 50.00 pedicure and my polish is all smudged. Always ask for prices I guess is my only advice. Fiancé is not thrilled. If I would have know. I went in for the first time at this salon on my birthday to have a pedicure. I was the only customer and was excited because several of the reviews were so good - personal attention - attention to what you wanted, etc. The man that did my pedi was hard to understand. About every other thing he said I had to have him repeat. While annoying, that was okay. It started off really well. Another customer came in. 2 more came in and then left. Then 2 more came in and it was downhill from there. It was one of the other customer's birthday too so he went on and on about that. It was my birthday too, but he wasn't paying any attention when I said it. No, he was too busy taking care of the 2 new customers. He literally got up 6 times in just a few minutes to make sure they were comfortable. He even forgot to do the massage on my left foot - that I was paying for! I'm not sure I want to have another experience like that! I sure didn't feel "special" like so many in the reviews. I felt he was trying to hurry through mine to take care of the 2 new 'birthday' customers. I've experienced much better. I doubt that I will be back. read more

Super sloppy/messy job with painting my nails (I think my 12 year old sister could have done a better job), my nails burned under the fluorescent light which has never happened in the past 10 years of getting my nails done at different places, he didn't even cut my nail cuticles (he just did a bunch of air snips next to my nails without cutting anything), talked my ear off with over 10-15 questions (I was just exhausted from work and wanted to relax without thinking), the massage was a joke (used about 10% of the lotion he should use for a massage) and he didn't actually massage (almost like air movements again). He quoted me $25 when I called me back an appt over the phone and then quoted me $30 when I got to the store because he tried to oversell me on some other type of fancy manicure without showing me the basic prices. Overall a terrible experience especially for the higher price. Only pro was that he was super nice, but just way too inquisitive. read more
