I am extremely disappointed with the experience and customer service I received at the Amazing Lash Studio - Indian Springs location. I scheduled a 10:30 a.m. appointment specifically with a Master Stylist because I was preparing to leave out of town and needed a quality full set completed efficiently. In fact, the day before my appointment, I was specifically told that the Master Stylist would be able to complete the full set in about an hour, which is why I booked that appointment time. I arrived early at approximately 10:15 a.m. and checked in, yet no one informed me that the Master Stylist I booked with had called in. I also was not taken back until almost 10:45 a.m., and my lashes did not actually begin until around 10:50 a.m. It was only after I was brought back and the appointment had already started that I realized something seemed off. The front desk staff began explaining to the technician how to place the lashes, which led me to ask if she was new. At that point, I learned that I was no longer with the Master Stylist I had booked and confirmed for my appointment. Instead, without prior notice or approval, I had been reassigned to a newer lash technician, and I was then told the appointment would now take approximately 1.5-2 hours instead of the one-hour timeframe I had specifically booked for with a Master Stylist. I want to make it very clear that this complaint is NOT against the lash technician herself. She was very sweet, understanding, and genuinely tried her best to make it work. I actually felt very bad for her because management put her in an unfair and uncomfortable position. As a newer lash technician, she understandably needed more time to complete the service properly, yet she was placed into a fully booked Master Stylist appointment timeframe that did not allow her the appropriate amount of time needed to successfully complete the lashes to the expected standard. This issue reflects poor management, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism from this location -- not the technician. Once the Master Stylist called in, I should have immediately been contacted and either rescheduled with another available Master Stylist or given the option to reschedule altogether to avoid this entire situation. Unfortunately, the final results did not reflect the quality or level of service I specifically booked and expected from a Master Stylist appointment. My lashes were left looking sparse, uneven, and incomplete, with noticeable gaps throughout the set. Because of the way this situation was handled, I now have to make another appointment and drive an hour back just to have my lashes corrected. This inconvenience could have been completely avoided with proper communication, honesty, scheduling, and better management. I sued NICOLE BAUM and disputed charges with the bank! I won the suit in MCTX JP3 Courts and she did have to pay me the charges my bank didn't refund! My bank refunded 3 and the court ordered her to pay the last one 59.99 and my court costs! ITS THE PRINCIPAL OF IT ALL!!! I suggest anyone going through this with her to do the same..no matter the amount! SUE HER!! HER AND HER BUSINESS IS A SCAM. Like the lady down below that said that she sued this location I'm about to do the same. They completely lie when it comes to closing your account. I tried so many times and they sent me freeze forms instead I went down to the location personally and they still do the same thing they have charged me for nine months kept opening up my card. Sent in cancellation form this month on the 22nd. Was told multiple times, because I had to call four times to get sent the cancellation form, that it took 48 hours to go through. They even hand wrote on the form it took 48 hours to go through. I sent it back to them on the same day during business hours. Today, six days later, I have been charged for my membership that should have been cancelled four days prior. Will be giving updates how long it takes for me to get a refund. I suspect from these reviews it won't be quick. Edit 04/28 - Was told by Janna that they have received my cancellation form on the 22nd and management would call back tomorrow. Listen, I used to come to amazing lash all the time and I will say I was always happy with the outcome of my lashes. They always did a great job. Although there has been multiple times that I call and ask to make an appointment/ they will tell me $90 for a refill (I'm a non- member at the moment) and then when it comes time to pay , it's $125 because "its an extra $35 for volume". Like they never mention that on the phone at all.. they could've said "there will be an up charge if you have volume". It just seems like they leave that part out on purpose. And if that's not the case then it's my fault for thinking this.. just wrote this because this isn't the first time this has happened. I try and confirm it will be $90 and they say yes and then it's a completely different story when I have to pay. I do love how my lashes look and they are super nice,I just wish I knew before hand there would be an up charge of $35 because they were already pretty expensive. I've also seen super horrible reviews about this place but overall I have had a good experience other than when it comes to them leaving out important details of the price. I would like to just say the ladies that have been doing my eyelashes are simply Amazing! Caroline just did my full set eyelashes and they are gorgeous. I sure appreciate Caroline and staff seeing me still although I was late. Caroline was so understanding, patient, and completely thorough with her own technique that I enjoyed. She's definitely a Master of her craft. I will definitely comeback to see her. I love that my eyelashes last a long time, unlike my past experiences at Pure Lash Studios. In response to the owner response: I DID contact the studio and the situation was not handled. I contacted your location 4 times, actually. Also, like I stated in my review, not everyone has the ability to sit there for 2 hours to have their lashes done, then come back and sit for another 2 hours because they weren't done correctly the first. The fake lashes all fell off within 24 hours. The woman who did my lashes was incredibly sweet, and I tipped her 20%, but that was before I knew they were all going to fall off. It was a waste of time and money. Not everyone has 2 hours to sit for lashes, then 2 hours to come back and get them redone again because they weren't done correct the first time. read more

Amazing Lash was where I came to get my first extensions done, at the recommendation of a friend who always seemed to have (true to the business name) amazing lashes. Making an appointment was only as difficult as finding a 1.5-hour window of time in my schedule, since that's how long it takes to get an initial full set. I was paired with Mandy for my first appointment. She explained the different shapes and fullnesses that could be accomplished, but I drowned in the choices and nervously asked her to do what she thought best. She came through beautifully. After an hour and a half of laying on my back (for some of which I might've actually fallen asleep), I looked into the mirror and saw someone who looked far more presentable and awake than the person who walked into the studio. There's very little discomfort with the process, though you might blink fast and get a little teary when they pull the tape at the very end. You're not to get the extensions wet for at least two days, though I probably tried to keep them dry for three. Even if you that well, there is still some level of natural attrition and as time passes, you'll see some extensions fall. They recommend getting refills every two weeks or so, and the proffered membership ($59 a month, which includes one refill and discounted services after that) is a good way to continue such upkeep without emptying the bank. On a slight downside, there is an unforgiving no-show policy, which a few friends and other Yelpers seem to have learned the hard way. There's a firm charge for either not showing up to appointments or cancelling them too close to the actual appointment, regardless of the circumstances. read more

Unfortunately, I am having the same exact experience as another customer who posted in May. I have been trying to cancel my membership since April, and the manager refuses to contact me or send me the cancellation paperwork. After seeing several other complaints, this seems to be their Standard Operating Procedure. Today, I returned to their store hoping to hear from the manager, who could call the front desk and talk to them multiple times but still could not send the cancelation to me. I was promised repeatedly that she would call me today. I do not need to speak to this woman. I just need her to send me the cancelation paperwork and process my cancelation. Do not enter into a contract with this establishment. Amazing Lash's are franchises, and I've had much better experience at other locations. Their objective is to get as many customers in as possible and when one of their stylists doesn't show up for your appointment they could care less if you are inconvenienced and have to wait sometimes 30 minutes or come back the next day. They never offer any compensation when these events (4 times) happen. Please Don't waste your time or money going there! I got a lash refill done on December 29th, they looked amazing day of but immediately the next day I could tell so many were already falling out after literally just sleeping. I took all the precautions I usually take, not wetting them for 48 hours, no oil, etc, so I know it's not my fault. Fast forward now 6 days later basically all of the refill I just got are out and they look worse than what I came in with. My last set of lashes lasted almost 5 weeks (I seriously take care of them) and these already looked worse than my last day of the previous set on day 4. $120 later (I even paid more for a master stylist, who don't get me wrong was very nice but) I am extremely frustrated and disappointed and will definitely not go back. Don't waste your time. My mom and I made an appointment at the magnolia location and had downloaded the coupon for 69.99 of a fill set. We had to actually cancel that appointment because one of us was busy that day so the lady was really nice and told us that we could just call a different location and that we could use our coupon there. Again the lady was nice and set the appointment confirming that we could use the coupon just take a screenshot of it . I also asked my mom if she wanted a master technician and of course who wouldn't. We are new to the lash world and she did not inform us that it was going to be a $20 up charge for each person as we would have went with another person just because I mean they have a license and a job there they would have to be good, right. The master one just sounded better. My mom gets there first as we have the same technician. By the time I get there. My mom is just about done I go in the room with her and the technician was super. Super nice as I'm getting mine done. My mom goes out to the lobby to pay the 18-year-old girl that is in the front lobby was super rude rolling her eyes being very rude to my mom, the other lady seen that and stepped in. My mom was trying to use the coupon that we got from the website but it was for a different location. Had the lady just said to her I'm sorry that's for a different location but you can get on our website right here and just download this coupon for our location. No big deal we ended up paying full price for two sets of lashes walking out of their paying over $300. Mind you the whole time that my mom is talking to the nicer lady in the front the 18 you're a little girl is just sitting there, rolling her eyes and taking deep breath's as if we were irritating her. My mom felt so uncomfortable that she sat outside 90% of the time she was waiting on me to get my lashes done. The next day we call up there to see what can be done about the situation. A few hours later the lady that she spoke to called back and said they were going to give us a $10 credit towards our account. Mind you we were wanting to sign up for the monthly service for the refill at the time of us going in, but now couldn't afford it because they charged us so much to begin with so for service that we thought that was gonna cost us about $160 was over $300 plus we both tipped her. Now if you see the pictures below This is the result of my eyelashes. upon filling out the paperwork before you see the technician they ask you if you're allergic to anything and so on and that they are going to do a Lash test.... as you can see that didn't happen. My eyes so bad. My kids didn't go to school this morning because I can't see well enough to drive them and they don't ride the bus. So I called another location to see what they can do to help me. I have an appointment today to have them removed. The lady was very sympathetic and apologize on behalf of the other Store and the staff. she said the whole coupon thing was ridiculous and they should have honored that or told us to just download the one for that location. Also they should have told us that there was a $20 of charge for a master technician and also says that she has her several complaints about that location and that the staff at the front office being very rude and client having issues with lashes. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Find another last please that knows how to treat a customer and be upfront and honest not just someone trying to make a dollar. The fact that they posted here, but I cannot get a call back, or even an email from their owner/manager, after my repeated attempts to talk to her, says all you need to know. This is a cookie cutter response, and it's insulting, because they know I have reached out, AND already had a successful lash lift there... It's not my lashes, it was a botched job, that has ruined my lashes. It is a franchise, so there is no one higher to go to, than the owner, and she simply will not engage. Their customer service starts and ends with her. All she had to do was apologize, refund my money and give me any tips to help the perm fall out quicker. A lash tech from another place I called, who had received no money from me, let me know there is really nothing to be done but wait it out, but gave me tips for hopefully helping the lift to fall out sooner. SHE apologized profusely for the lack of compassion and service by Amazing Lash. Very disappointed with this studio...I just moved to the area and had to find a new place to get my lashes done. I had beautiful and full lash extensions already that I had to pay to get removed since I was advised I might have a reaction with the mixtures of the different glues. So I got them removed and then had to purchase a new set...it wasn't ideal but I understood. After I got them removed, my stylist recommended I try 13s to start out with. I usually have 15s or 16s but I took her recommendation....when I left the studio I was not happy. They were very natural looking lashes and were a single layer across my lash line, which is not what I was wanting at all. My stylist had seen my old lashes and told me she knew what I was going for...she completely missed the mark. After tip, it was nearly $150. The girl at the front desk was very confusing when I asked her about pricing and memberships and what not. I called the studio back 5 days later because the lashes kept getting tangled and a lot had shed. On the phone (the same girl from the front desk the first time I went in answered), I said that I was not happy with them and wanted to come in to get lashes that I was happy with. All she said was "oh sorry" and told me that since it had been less than 10 days I could do a 30 minute "touch up" instead of a "refill" because it was cheaper....I wasn't happy having to pay even more for these lashes but I went ahead and went to my appointment. I got to the studio to check in and was told that I was now with a master stylist and had to pay an extra "master fee"....SERIOUSLY? I already was shocked that I was having to shell out more money for lashes they had messed up, but then I had to pay even more for someone who was talented?? I was really upset at this point and told the front desk I wasn't happy. The same girl, once again, only said "oh sorry". Once I was in the room with my stylist (a different stylist than before), I told her why I was unhappy. She told me there wasn't a lot she could do in a 30 minute touch up and that I should have made an appointment for a refill....great. The girl at the front desk advised me to do the touch up, and now the stylist is saying there isn't a lot she could do. Another waste of money. At that point I could not cancel my appointment because they charge a cancellation fee. Cassie, my stylist, was great. She listened to my frustrations and worked quickly to make them fuller in just 30 minutes. She's the only person at the studio who I've met who has actually explained to me the different kinds of lashes, styles, and pricing options. If it weren't for her, I would have pulled my membership completely. I'm willing to go back one more time to try it out if she does my lashes because she made me feel heard. After my touch up, they are a bit fuller but still much less defined then the first time I walked into the studio. After the tip, the touch up was nearly another $50. All in all, I have spent nearly $200 on lashes I am not happy with and have gotten awful service about it. I work in the customer service industry and would never make a client pay more for a service that I did not deliver/meet their expectations. Unprofessional. The stylist wouldn't show me pictures of options and it was my first time trying extensions out, so I asked for a natural look and was shocked at my eyelashes when she was done. I look like THE GRINCH. Went back for a correction (which should be free), and the stylist told me she could remove them or take some out, but she couldn't re-do them - I would need to pay for a whole new set. I visited about 2 weeks ago and had a great first experience. To start, it was easy to get an appointment on just a few days notice because after arriving, I noticed it's a larger salon with a large staff. The salon is very pretty, clean and comfortable and I only had to wait about 10 minutes. Once I got back to the room, my tech provided me with a blanket and made chit chat for about 10 minutes and then got laser focused. Personally, I love this style because when I talk I have trouble keeping my lashes closed. I received a full set and went for the fullest, longest option (I think it's called gorgeous.) My tech was great and finished in about an hour and 20 minutes. My immediate thought was ughhh - this is a bad sign, way too quick. Y'all!!! This girl is the lash champ! They looked amazing and so even, and she did each eye individually (as opposed to doing one lash left, then one lash right) so I was extra impressed with how even she got them. If you can do my lashes that well and in that amount of time, I'm sold! It's been 15 days and they look amazing. I had a major surgery and when you're under, they put Vaseline on your eyes and zero came off when I wiped off the ton they had used. ** I missed her name at the start and I don't know if I have her card. Worse experience all around. My lashes fell out with in 10 days. I called to cancel my membership they talked me into a courtesy full set to keep my business. I had to cancel my appointment because on the same day we found out we were exposed to Covid and I couldn't make it. On my phone call with Nichole I can honestly say I've never been treated with such disrespect and disregard as a customer. I asked to please send me a form to cancel and if they could refund me for charging me a membership fee 14 days after I had my lashes but in for my monthly refill when by that date I had no lashes left. She was rude and told me she couldn't refund me and her manager Nichole was out sick for 6 days and she would let her now when she got back to call me but made it clear they don't due refunds and it stay as a credit for the future. Future? What future I have no lashes and I'm never coming back so I'd like my money back!! They have a few very good artists, but the customer service is despicable. Both receptionists and manager. The receptionist can not provide any accurate information and the manager will rarely return any calls. I tried to cancel my membership in March, and they required me to go in person to the studio, which I refused due to COVID-19. Then the studio has to be shutdown due to the Pandemic. They suggested to put my membership on hold and told me they would call back with options on how to cancel when the studio re opened. They never called back, I kept getting charged. I called them back in May, left messages and never got a call back. Then I called in June again and someone finally gave me an options to. Angel online by submitting a form via Email. But apparently, even tough they never called me back and gave me an option to cancel online, I still had to wait for another 30 days and pay for another monthly fee. Just now in July I was able to cancel it, after five months. I feel mistreated and plainly robbed. I was going to this studio for almost three years, and this is how they treat their customers. If no stars could be given and still leave a review, that's what I'd do. I've read many reviews and would like to offer my own, this studio is highly unprofessional. After several attempts (4 weeks) regarding rectifying or just canceling a membership and to stop charges after placing a hold due to inability to use the services, I spoke with the management rep (Marissa) who informed me that do to "computer" things there's no way to cancel... the credits could be used on other services but I would continue being charge monthly even if the system shows the last visit was 5months prior and resulted in lashes being removed and a severe eye infection afterwards. I explained that I didn't want to use the credits or request a refund, I simply want to cancel the membership as it doesn't serve me... she deferred to "Chris" and "emailed corporate"... needless to say there hasn't been a response; but I emailed as well and reported to the BBB. If you value your customer, of over 6 years, more would be done to rectify this. I would still be getting services if my body allowed, and should not be punished and obligated to pay for something that I can't do medically... poor customer service!! read more

Got my lashes done on 7/28 and they looked BEAUTIFULLLLLL. I waited the 48 hours to shower and have used all oil free items and now it is 8/6 (just 9 days later and I'd say I have only 25% left. I tried both memberships at this location. The $59.99 membership allowed for one refill a month. My lashes were ready for a refill usually at a week so one refill wasn't enough for me. So I upgraded to the $109.99 for two refills a month. The first time I decided to get a new set, which should have been $89.99 for a member. When I finished (it was not a job well done, but I just needed to find a stylist who understood my wants a little better. And possibly used less glue) the receptionist ask if I wanted to use my second credit and I asked if I could still use the rest of it next time. I was assured that would be okay so I used my credits. Fast forward to the next week when I went to get my lashes removed (again, the lashes the week before were not well done). After the service I was charged $30. I told them I still hAd money on my account. I was told I could not use the remainder of my credit because credits aren't split. So, in effect, as a member I was supposed to get a new set at $89.99 bUt I was charged $109.99. At least I got $5 off for being a member to get them removed. This was just the last problem I had. I was on the fence about canceling but that sealed the deal. What you have read about the front desk is pretty accurate. They seem inexperienced and are not quite sure what customer service is. It's a turn off. I was willing to keep trying to find a stylist who I liked, but this whole experience has turned me off to this location. Which is a bummer because my eyelashes are ugg! read more

Great facility with nothing but the best lash stylists around, I've been to multiple different locations to get my Lashes done but this one is by far the best. I'm currently driving an extra 20 minutes just to get my lashes done at this specific studio. The girls are extremely friendly and the boss knows how to make the customers happy. If you haven't gotten your lashes done before this is the place to go they will work with you and tell you about all of your options! Absolutely love it!! read more

I love my lashes!!! This studio is so cute and inviting and the rooms are decent size! Katy did my lashes and she did an amazing job. This was my first time ever and I was a bit nervous. I have always wanted my lashes done but worried it would be too hard to lay there for that long with someone so close to my eye. It was a breeze!! I actually dozed off a few times. It was painless and the time flew right by. Highly recommend Katy if you're looking for some nice full lashes! read more
