Terrible. Right eye lashes were placed swiped leaning too far right. Left eye lashes were straight up. Went back 10 minutes after I had them placed and they wouldn't fix it. 1/3 of outer right eye fell off by 3rd day while remaining right eye had leaning lashes and left eye was full. Lashes fall off and dangle from your other lashes. We were out to dinner and I had to excuse myself twice to remove 2 different lashes. This was an awful experience. read more

I HAD TO CALL BACK. Got them redone on Wednesday 8/1. Lashes fell of by Saturday 8/4 AGAIN. A full set. Went in and showed them to prove I was not lying. I decided to go to this lash studio after my regular lash lady as booked. When I got there everyone was very warm and inviting. My lash lady was very nice, however I told her the type of lashes I wanted (the ones that go straight then curve at the end since I have slight hooded eyelids) and she completely disregarded that. I didn't even notice until my lashes started falling out. During the lash application process, I told her my eyes were burning. She tried fixing it by putting a fan to my eyes but it didn't help. I told her that but she disregarded that as well. After she was done, they really did look good. Because of the burning, my eyes were literally so irritated for 3 days after. The next day, a lot of the lashes started to fall out. It's been a week and most of my eyelashes have already fallen out. It looks like I need a fill already. It was definitely not worth the price. read more

I wish I could have given this place lesser stars, but, the minimum is 1 star on google. I had an awful experience - I went for a fill in and left with LESSER lashes than I went in... and spent $85 for a fill in. First, the technician revealed that she had been doing lashes for only 2 months... which made me super worried. Second, she was running late and I did not get a heads up. I waited for 20 minutes before she met me. Third, I did not get the amount of time I was promised since she was running late and had to get to her next client. I would have understood if I was a walk-in and she had other appointments, but, when a customer is paying $85 (plus tip) for a service with an appointment made 2 weeks in advance, the technician should be mindful of it. I came out with lesser lashes than I went in! Her manager came in to remind her that her next appointment was there - which made her worried and she did not complete my other eye properly. Her work was awful - when I opened my eyes to look at the lashes attached, I could see SEVERAL natural lashes that did not have any extensions attached to it. Also, she used MUCH SHORTER lashes than what I had on because they did not have them in stock. It would have been great if she just told me a that they did not have my length - I would have left that minute. In the end, I had shorter lashes and lesser lashes than I went in, without any volume! Awful experience - please be careful before you book your next appointment. This place is EXPENSIVE and has INEXPERIENCED technicians. read more

Very poor experience and be aware of shady and inconsistent business practices. I moved to another location about 40 miles away over 1 year ago and spent months trying to transfer my account to the new location. At the new location the girls at the front desk tried diligently and called the Santa Clarita location several times in my presence, requesting the transfer and was frequently advised they needed to wait for a manager to review. Long story short, it was never done and the new location honored my credits and plan..... Fast forward a year, and I need to freeze my account due to a surplus of credits and the location I go to regularly to advised they can freeze for 60 days at a time, and you can alternate with 1 month on, 2 months off. I requested Santa Clarita freeze my account and they advised I can only freeze 1 time per year for up to 30 days only. They advised me as well if I move my account to the new location now I will loose my grandfathered pricing ( I have been a member nearly 2 years). I requested corporates number and a copy of Santa Clarita's policy, and they did not provide either, and their manager advised me that corporate doesn't have a customer service number. I had to email them twice to ask them to freeze my account as well. All and all, be aware this location is shady and this is not how other Amazing Lash Studios operate. I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau, as well as corporate, should I not receive an appropriate resolution to my requests. I wish I could give them negative stars. read more

She's really quick, and not only does she want you to feel relaxed and at ease (I'm really twitchy and nervous when people are working near my eyes), but she really understands wanting to make sure your natural lashes don't get thrashed in the process. She'll help you achieve a style that compliments your eyes and style. And definitely listen to the before and after care instructions. I went here since my girl was closed during Covid. The first time there my lashes lasted 3 weeks which was good. The last time I went the girl did my fill in 45 minutes and they looked nice & full. I was really happy. Unfortunately they didn't last as long this time. Lashes where just falling out & some in large areas, that I have a gap in one area (not looking good) They looked good for the first 3-4 days. I have been getting my lashes done for over a year so I know how to clean them and take care of them. Overall this place is good if you need a fill here or there, put honestly they are way to over priced, plus you have to pay extra to have someone do your lashes if they have been working there over a year. I think the price should be the same across the board. Other places I have gone to never charged me as much as this place did. I understand their prices are set because they are a franchise. If you aren't a member it's not worth the price. read more

First off the girl that did my lashes was amazing. She was so sweet and so gentle. The reason I'm taking stars off is because their pricing is absolutely insane. I've had lash extensions for almost 10 years and I've gone to salons in San Diego, Beverly Hills, and Newport Beach and i have never in my life paid 135 dollars for a fill. And it's not like i have huge Russian volume lashes. This was a two week hybrid fill. I dont think lash extensions are the type of service that call for a membership program and that makes it feel a little shady rather than just charging a normal price for everyone. read more

Had been coming here for awhile until my most recent visit in October. My lash technician had taped down the tops of my eyelid pretty good and when she removed the tape at the end of the service it was very painful. I was hoping the pain would go away shortly after, but later on in the day while I was at work my eyelids were still burning. They were red and it looked like they had a burn mark from the irritation of the tape. I was super upset because I had gotten my lashes done here multiple times before and this had never happened. I decided to reach out to the manager Carlie and expressed my concerns to her. She told me she could not give me a refund and the most she could do was give me a discount on my next service. Why would I want to return to a place that injured me as well as risk that happening again? It gets worse though. I emailed her a few days later, because the tops of my eyelids were now scabbed up from the burn marks. I even sent her a photo of my eyes. No response at all. Reaching out to corporate now. Feels like all this place wants is your money. Overall, I just think this situation was disrespectful and not handled well at all. They don't care if you get hurt during a service, but they sure do care about the money! read more

I visited for the 1st time yesterday after finding this place on Facebook and reading reviews. The minute I walked in the staff was so friendly and answered every question I had . I have been doing my lashes for about 8 years now and have experience in what i want and the look i want. I was a bit hesitant visiting a new place. Let me start out by saying I rarely ever give anyone less than a five unless I clearly have terrible experience. I walked into the studio and the help up at the desk were super nice easy to deal with. My eyelash consultant was also very nice talkative and warm. My issue is with the actual job on my eyelashes. At first they looked beautiful the first two days as time went on they started to hurt tremendously and fall out in huge clumps. My eyes have been bright red and irritated and itchy the entire time 2 weeks. I have been getting lashes done for well over seven years and never experienced anything like this. I do not believe these girls have been properly trained and this business will definitely suffer and close soon down the road due to lack of training . I love the concept and it would work great for a blow dry bar a make up center, massage center etc but when you're working with something as sensitive as the eyes you cannot afford to have someone who doesn't know what they're doing working on your eyes. My lashes are a mess, had to have them removed and the new salon could not add new Lashes because of the irritation and redness. I recommend you do not try this. All of my real lashes are nearly gone and the amount of glue that was packed onto these lashes. You do get what you pay for so it may be cheap, but that's why. I will stick with professional lash consultants going forward and not try to save $ read more

Booked the appointment with some girl with a black bob and was told available times were 1 and 4 pm on a Wednesday (witnessed and heard by two others) chose the 1pm slot, boiled and confirmed. Show up and told by Cassandra sorry your appointment was for 12! Really? Why wasn't I called? Well it would be helpful if they had the correct contact number! Geez! If they can't take a number down correctly or give the correct appointment time, how do you threaten a "no call/no show" fee?! All I get is "sorry it didn't work out for you!". Just came back from a lash lift session with Nicole. My lash came out so curled that I almost need not use mascara. But will do so on special occasions. This studio is immaculate and has the most gracious and helpful staff and the service people are true professionals in their line of work - the lash lift and lash extensions. They are also quite knowledgeable in the way one can further care for your natural lashes including thickening them and ensuring continued growth and elongation. read more

I was referred here by a friend from work. She came in with lashes one day and looked amazing so I thought I would give it a try. I do have to say though 2 hrs Is a bit long but by the time was up I think I was snoring! My stylist was the sweetest ever. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked into the room. This studio cares little or nothing about customer service. I had three serious problems with Amazing Lash. First, today they gave me a membership contract to sign, and told me it's a month-to-month contract, with 30 days' written notice needed to cancel. Well, that's NOT what the contract says. Thank God I looked at it before I signed it. It's a ONE YEAR contract that reverts to month-to-month after a year. It clearly says so in three places. Don't rely on what they tell you. Second, as many other customers have said, the lashes fall off too easily and too soon. The lash technicians seem to do a great job. But there's obviously something wrong with the lashes or glue and when it's bought to their attention, they say it's my fault even though I'm following all of their instructions. And I've been told more than once that it's Spring, and that's why my lashes are falling out. Seriously! In this shop, the customer is never right. Last, two weeks ago I wanted to buy the $69.99 membership but they recommended I pay the full price of $89.99 instead, and wait until April 1st when a cheaper membership would start of $59.99. So I did, and today I came back for another fill and to join the new membership. But today they said the new membership isn't in effect until mid-April, and that I had to pay $89.99 yet again. After I explained what I was promised two weeks ago, they agreed to charge me $69.99, ten dollars more than the membership fee of $59.99. I'm told there's no manager at this time, and the absentee owner lives in Santa Barbara and means well but knows next to nothing about cosmetology. The staff is frustrated about complaints about their product. In my opinion, this shop needs better training for their front office staff about what the store policies are, better glue and lashes, and rewritten contracts that correctly state what the term of the agreement is. read more

I was very hesitant Going in but as soon as I met my lash tech Jaz I felt A LOT More comfortable.She listened to everything I had to say answer all my questions and gave me exactly what I wanted. Jaz was very sweet and professional. Definitely knows what she's doing!! I love my lashes and have gotten so many compliments.
