He also seemed to be in a hurry the entire time, despite it not being busy. It was easy to hear him questioning other staff in the back about their scheduling for the rest of the day, as if he was too important to be there. Two reactions: --I did not like the lime dipping sauce because it was very salty (grains of Sea Salt intact)served in a small dish that was on the plate, so next time I will order another type of sauce.
