As far as minimal pain levels go this is an amazing dentist however when it comes to quality work well, let's just say you get what you pay for. I went in to amazing touch to have a root canal done and awhile working on my teeth the dentist stopped half way through and never finished.Also she removed a tooth and never capped it and as result has caused another tooth to break and cause more damage. dr. shroff is a very unorthodox dentist her instruments are 90% of the time dirty her office is unorganized she likes to scam people out of money by having them come back to finish an appointment that never gets done she'll ask for you to come back to finish something that'll never get done she's rude shes disrespectful and because she's so unorganized she steady losing your important documents so you have to keep giving your bank information so she can charge you again and again i wouldn't recommend going to get your work done with dr. I called the doctor to make an emergency appointment since I was in so much pain. My usual doctor could not extract the tooth until weeks later but the pain I experienced could not wait. I called the doctor and she was straightforward to let me know she could remove it same day with self pay since they don't accept my insurance. I was nervous so she reassured me at my 8pm same day appointment that she is experienced. I got my tooth removed June 2023, I was sent home with thorough instructions with prescribed medication and took a month to heal fully. I had a follow up appointment and was notified that I had a dry socket. I was fully healed in 6 weeks. read more

I selected Dr. Tina during the open enrollment period in January and I wanted my first appointment to be in May. After several failed attempts, I finally had an appointment for the last Friday of the month. I get there and the no one is there. I called and the Doctor informed me that she was not there and that she had been on the phone with getting some insurance business straightened out. She proceeded to tell me specific details of her phone conversation (I had experienced personal details shared from previous calls when I attempted to schedule my first appointment). Too much information (TMI). I just wanted to schedule an appointment with my newly selected dentist and get my teeth examined and cleaned. After the appointment didn't take place, I was upset and unhappy because of how much time was wasted over the past few months just to get this far. I read the reviews on Yelp afterwards. I didn't read them before because at that time, Dr. Tina was the only dentist in my area taking new patients and I trusted Dental Dental with having reputable dentists in their network. It seems that others have experienced similar unprofessional behavior over the years. I am done with trying to schedule an appointment with this dentist. I like Dr. Tina S but I was misinformed & wasn't given a lot of options. 4 different Dentist agreed but none said I needed a root canal. I was also given & told I needed to take a rinse for the rest of my life that discolored my teeth. I wasn't given any options to pay for what my insurance didn't cover. The equipment & whole office is extremely outdated. I didn't know the technology that I recieved from another Dentist even existed & I spent less than what Dr. Tina said I would have to in a extremely less time frame. It's my fault that, I haven't seen a dentist regularly in 20 years, for various reasons including fear. Dr. Tina is a straight shooter and fair. She is well trained with some 20 years experience. Dr. Tina likes giving back to to community buy training others and helping people understand good dental health. Amazing touch has reasonable pricing and flexible hours, including special Sunday appointments. Her plan is to get me back to good dental health without pain and fear. So far she is on target. She is the dentist especially for BLACKS. We are the poorest people who want the most. Dentistry is extremely expensive and I know majority of my people don't have the money. The service here was dreadful. I needed a lot of work done and went in for an extraction. Dr. Shroff biopsied some tissue that she thought looked cancerous and said they would call me to set up an appointment when the results came back. Needless to say, I was pretty freaked out about it. Two stressful months later when my husband was in for an appointment, he asked about the biopsy and was told that it wasn't cancer. No one from her office ever called me. This sort of inattention seemed to be common there. I was also told to come in one of two days to have some stitches removed, no appointment needed. I got there at the time they were supposed to open and found the office closed.There was no note on the door, no message when I called. I was a new potential patient assigned to this office through my husband's insurance but the experience I have had is unlike any I have ever experienced from any dental or doctors office . I've called left voicemails including a recent email on top of speaking to someone 3xs now who gives me this story of how they are just too busy let alone the didn't exhibit the proper telephone etiquette. So in conclusion I called our insurance company to be assigned to a different office my experience in trying to get an appointment was just too frustrating luckily no one in my family is in pain from a toothache or anything related... I visited the office yesterday for the first time. I was disappointed with the presentation of the office. There were patient files on the floor within the office area and overall spaces were untidy. Dr. Tina, as she suggested I call her, was rude and unprofessional to her receptionist. I can't say that she was rude to me, but honestly, I don't trust her in my mouth. I won't be going back. I didn't have good experience. I went because a small piece of my molar broke, May 2017 I made an emergency appointment. The dentist was very condescending towards me and spoke to me like I was a child. She said I would need a partial extraction and a crown. She spent 5 hours in my mouth prepping me for the crown. 5 hours!! She had 5 patients at one time and she kept leaving me to tend to the others. My jaw felt like it had been broken from being propped open so long. She finally took the mold for the crown and sent me home with absolutely no instructions except to say that the crown would be ready in 2 weeks. I called back weeks late to see if the crown was in not only was it not in, but she questioned whether I had ever had the mold even done for the crown. I was so furious and still in such pain that there was no way I was ever going back to her. I was already nervous about seeing the dentist and this experience was so traumatizing that a year later, I still don't have the crown in my mouth. Oh and my jaw is now out of line and my teeth no longer line up properly. read more

This was my first visit to a new dentist. Very unprofessional, Dr. Shroff never introduced herself to me, and had the nerve to answer a phone call from UPS to discuss how she wants them to deliver her packages. Never did she apologize for this, or acknowledge me. I told her I had pain in my lower front tooth, she said I don't think so, not showing up on ex ray. That it was in fax my upper tooth that was hurting. She finally examined my tooth, oh, I see, we have to do a root canal on the top and bottom tooth. She never asked about my health history. And told me that I neglected my teeth for years. I told her I had chemo and my teeth are decaying because of that. She said, oh, that does happen. I will not be going back on Thursday. Will be finding another dentist. I would rather have a tooth ache then to go back there. I usually don't vent, but my day was totally wasted and I was highly upset. read more

Horrible!!! The office is dirty.. Floors, the chairs in the lobby are stained and stinks! There's dust everywhere. The back office looks like a hurricane went through it.. Patient charts are everywhere.. The patient rooms are very ugly.. Looks very ghetto with printed pictures everywhere.. The floors need an update... Hell everything does!!! The doctor isn't any better.. I heard her before I even seen her walk in the room and she was nagging.. She was very rude to her staff.. She didn't have a sense of humor nor is she nice to kids.. The wait time for the doctor was very long... Seem like she doesn't have it together... Do not go to this office!!!!!!!!!!! Save your time money and teeth for a better dentist!!!!!!
