However, the rudest "Assistant Manager" by the name of Amelia decided to input her two cents and say I would not be able to be seen even though there is other people waiting to be seen before me. The other lady at the desk advised it wouldn't be an issue, but she wanted to prove some point. In addition, the appointment was for both me and my daughter, so during the time she went to the back to ask the doctor if it was ok, 5 min had passed and we could have easily been seen. My daughter was able to be seen for her cleaning, but wanted to make me reschedule. I will never come here again.

Only, she lied and substituted mostly nickel Rexillium alloy with small amounts of aluminum, beryllium and tin, all toxic metals and causing allergic reactions and it took three years for me to find out. She insisted it must be my toothpaste that was turning my gums an inflamed purple. She also billed the insurance company for my husband and I for PXS cleanings she never performed.

I thought I felt a piece of tooth left but when I went back in I was informed that a piece of bone with left. The doctor clipped it off and did not use any numbing agent. In addition, I feel like I was overcharged. Instead of charging me my portion of my insurance I was informed that they charge more than what my insurance allows/allocates so I have to pay the difference which was not told to me when I questioned why my estimate was so high. Update- As of 5/20/26 I'm still waiting on my refund of $671.40 due to fraudulent billing practices (in-network balance billing) and I keep getting the run around. After this post Anna from the office called me again to refund me $621. Which is $50 less than they owe me, but she refused to listen to me as she had done in the past, stating that they still haven't received my insurance payment, but are doing me a favor by issuing me a refund. My insurance company sent an electronic payment a month ago but the dentist office did not accept it and instead opted to wait on a check. So, no they are not doing me a favor by refunding me some of the money I'm owed. This incident has been so stressful and mentally draining when you deal with people who are not consumer focused, but instead reply with narcissism. I also emailed the patient advocate and have not received a response yet. In addition, I called to confirm my appointment scheduled for Monday 6/15/26 and was informed that I was blocked from making any more appointments at any location. It sounds like it should be illegal to me retaliating because I spoke up against improper billing practices.

I normally go to Performance Dental but it's the whitening trays for me that brought me here today. I walk in and the beautiful reception (who I found out was the manager Tonya) says Goodmorning how can I make you smile today? which is really an adorable touch. She was very friendly and personable, explained the checking in process very well and was very professional. Hence dope manager... She even checked on me when walking by. I had a dental assistant Danielle she was very nice and very thorough. My appointment time was at 8:15 it took two hours with X-rays, Impressions taken for the whitening trays, Exam, Treatment plan and Cleaning. There are two people that work here that literally looked at me and didn't speak which is bad customer service in my opinion. Every person should speak to the patients including the trainer from Texas, but I digress. Without patients you wouldn't have a reason to train. The rooms have TV and they play the music of your choice via Pandora.. My choice was RNB started with Toni Braxton. The chairs massage you and heat up. These attributes were extremely nice. Normally you watch whatever station is on, if one is on. Definitely No music of your choice if at all and regular smegular chairs.. yes I made a word.. Besides the two people including the trainer that didn't speak I could tell my dental hygienist was nervous and no one explained what I was supposed to do with my whitening trays. Those three things were the worst of my experience. The manager did a fourth job and explained it to me. Other than that go visit Mint Dentistry they are a step above the rest..
