I spoke with Paul on several occasions regarding specifics of what I was looking for and while he would have been able to produce what I was looking for, he recommended a local iron works company that he felt could provide me with more options at a slightly lower price. Paul was personable, professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably generous in sharing another vendor as an option - that doesn't happen these days! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest owner who puts the customer first!!

In theory it's a great price, but the ID requirements are weird. A driver's license was sufficient to rent a mailbox other times I've done it. Paid with a credit card, signed the USPS form, no big. This place requires a driver's license and proof of (get this because it's completely unrelated to the transaction) CAR INSURANCE. I offered up a couple of other things in my wallet and nope, insisted on car insurance. I have it, but it's completely unrelated to the transaction. I'll get a mailbox from someone who wants less of my personal information, thanks.
