During the initial wrap, Gabriel patiently worked with us to create a design that took multiple days since we had never been through the process before. Fast forward about five years. After requesting multiple quotes for the rewrap, Bradburry/Old Town, still came in with the best numbers. This time we brought a rough draft of what we wanted the new design to look like and Gabriel fine-tuned it. They were still easy to work with, did a great job and met our deadline. I am one of those people who could qualify as being a litmus test for a company's customer service skills as I am overly picky and ask too many questions, but Scott, to his credit, always patiently answered my questions and explained many things in detail about the process, the materials, colors, etc..., he was very easy and pleasant to talk to!! Also, I created my own logo using an online do-it-yourself logo tool but since I am not a professional I needed help changing a few things on my logo that I couldn't figure out how to change but their in-house designer Dean easily and quickly understood my requests and made the needed changes, which resulted in our sign looking EXACTLY how we hoped it would!! I called at least 10 other sign companies for quotes before finding Signsmiths and they beat everyone else's price by a country mile AND had our sign made and ready to go in a much shorter time than anyone else quoted. One day, that's all it took to wrap our car with their amazing design... 3) Great Design - They created the perfect design for our company car. The company we had used before had created a design that was just blah. 4) Good Price - The range in quotes was stunning. the Graphic Company pricing was more inline with the other quotes but some of the companies are simply asking too much. I ordered a shirt on March 28 and received it last Tuesday. My son's event is this Friday. I called…read morethem last week letting them know that they sent the incorrect color. After calling quite a few times, I finally got an answer that the shirt will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday of this week. I called yesterday to see if they would be sending me confirmation and was told that it was being delivered today. I called today to see where they were sending the confirmation only to be told that I was going to be there Thursday morning, which is not enough time for me to get the shirt from the school to my kiddo. Mind you, I told them that I would need the replacement BEFORE Thursday. They have had no sense of urgency to correct their issue and besides the receptionist who I've spoken to numerous times, they do not seem to be apologetic at all about the situation. Now my kiddo won't have his shirt for his last kindergarten function because I just got fed up with the everything and asked for a refund. Because who knows if that shirt would have gotten there Thursday or not.
