Welcome to NoLibs!!! As a fellow neighbor, I am very excited to have Amazon Fresh open in the neighborhood. We were all waiting for Trader Joe's or Amazon Fresh to open. This is literally walking distance. First of all, I am very impressed by the check yourself out shopping cart. Its so cool. You scan your prime QR code to start, scan everything and put it in your cart and walk out form the dedicated cart lane. It automatically deducts and send you the receipt. It takes default credit card from your Amazon account. It felt like stealing and so strange. But then when you get invoice it's so cool. This is definitely am upgrade for the neighborhood. Aisles are well organized. There is wine and alcohol for purchase as well. Brown paper bags for free. Couldn't ask for more. Prices are comparable to Target and Heirloom. This will be our new favorite shopping spot. read more

Have been here twice since the grand opening, and definitely will continue shopping here. Good experience, clean new store, and all the staff are helpful. Has all the departments and features you can expect at any large grocery store. Deli, bakery, salad and hot bar, produce, meats, frozen, and general food / home goods aisles. The prices on almost everything across the board are extraordinarily fair. From snacks or produce, to dairy and drinks, everything was a great price. Amazon fresh pricing on brand name or store brand goods are the same or cheaper every day than many other stores have even when an item is on sale. Produce prices are also shockingly good, and the freshness has been excellent so far for veggies and fruit. It's not the closest store for me, but I definitely will bike/walk the extra distance to take advantage of great prices. I love a good deal, what can I say! Thanks read more

Having Amazon Fresh in the neighborhood is such a blessing. Since I live nearby, it's just a quick two-minute walk away, which makes it super convenient. The grand opening was incredible. They had food trucks giving out free pretzels--it was such a fun and generous way to kick things off! Walking into the store for the first time felt so refreshing. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. They offered a ton of great coupons--$5 off $25, $10 off $30, and even $10 off $50. A smart way to attract shoppers, and I'm glad I didn't miss out! What really surprised me was the wide selection of groceries at such great prices. The hot food section also stood out--affordable and tasty. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Omg I love love love this location. While it's a smaller Amazon fresh and does not have the same inventory as some bigger locations, you get most things you need. Prices are pretty decent. Best part of this location is the employees. They make the visit truly nice. They held a lot of events and giveaways during the holidays. Small things like free fruit for kids while we shop shows the focus Amazon and its employees put on customer experience. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Amazon Fresh - Grocery Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

First time going into an Amazon Fresh store, and perhaps the last. I placed a pickup order for 1-2pm, and around 10am was messaged that it was ready for pickup. I went to the store at 1pm and to the customer service desk. The man there tried to first hand me the handheld device to look my phone number up, but since touching company property like that felt weird as my experience working in retail, I told him my phone number. After a moment, he kept saying my order wasn't ready yet, they were still getting my order. The three people behind him asked the name of the order and one literally had it in her hands saying it was ready. The guy was just so dismissive and ready to say it wasn't there. Now the actual grocery part of the store. It was frankly... disorganized. The frozen food section had sections with products all over the place and not faced. And the hot bar was a mess- the eco-boxes weren't properly stocked and someone had obviously made a platter and decided they didn't want it as they left it on the soup station. The hot bar itself looked old and dried food, which made me wonder if it was even adhering to Serv-Safe. For a place only being open for 2 months, they need to get their stuff together. read more

The fruits and vegetables are always super fresh. The store is clean, and looks very organized and well kept. They have pretty much everything I've ever needed in stock. My problem really comes with checkout, I simply cannot believe that in 2025 a new store decides to purposefully not accept Apple Pay. Most of the time, I don't even bring a wallet or other form of payment with me, so I find this pretty infuriating. read more

I hate this place because we use delivery and whomever packs the bags has got to be the most ignorant person EVER! You're sending groceries overpacked in paper bags with cookies, chips and BREAD on the bottom of the bags! Are you STUPID OR DUMB? I can't figure out which. Then they send rotten tomatoes, apples, tangerines, all other vegetables and worse meat!! Very nice and clean supermarket. Price is reasonable and some are cheaper than other supermarkets. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Store was nice and felt spacious,staff was trying g hard to please. My problem is with the "hot bar". Something is wrong with the scales??? I believe I was over charged for 2 pieces of chicken for 9.51 and a spoonful of Mac and cheese for 8.71????. They were both priced at 7.99 per lb. . Store is very big, I would say eco friendly as well. The thing I liked most is the digital carts. You can login to your Amazon account using the carts and checkout. They do run out of items fast though. Bags are free! read more

Good selection and decent prices. But... literally every time I go it's filled with workers filling shelves and the aisles are so small I can't get down them with them there. I feel like an inconvenience to the store as a shopper. They had some free samples and stuff the first week, now it's basically just a warehouse full of workers filling shelves and getting in the way. 90% workers, 10% customers. Also I come for the rotisserie chicken and it's not even there sometimes. And the bakery items are stale and not good. read more

I had heard about the in cart scanning and I was nervous about how I would adapt to it. No problem! All over the clean, well lit and well stocked store there were helpful employees. The variety of items and the freshness of the vegetables helped make the experience really pleasant, I have a new favorite grocery! read more

This was hands down the WORST grocery pickup experience of my life. The staff is a total mess--disorganized, careless, and completely unprofessional. Whoever was picking my order literally STOPPED halfway even though the app said it was ready. I've been sitting here for OVER AN HOUR, after already paying, with NOTHING to show for it. To make it worse, the manager actually laughed in my face like it was a joke. I'm furious, stressed, and sitting here with a Cutwater just to calm down. Never. The f***. Again. read more

Everything about this place is wrong. The location, 155 Spring Street, Philadelphia, PA is on a busy street and if you go to that address there is no significant signage to tell you that it isn't the location you want. The place to pickup from there involves driving 1 block west, about 4 blocks north, 1 block east, about 3 blocks south, turn left to where underground parking is. The sign to do pickup is just labelled 'Parking' so it's a gamble to drive into that entrance but it is the right place. They tell you to use the app when you're 5 minutes away but you're driving during that time so I was going to notified them when I actually arrived so I wouldn't use the app in traffic. Wrong, the app didn't work underground. Nobody around so I took the elevator to the next floor up to see how to get the order brought to my car. The associated didn't seem concerned and told me she would bring down my order in 5 - 7 minutes. Wrong. After 10 minutes I went back up and learned there was a miscommunication between the associate and whomever she works with and I could have been there all night if I hadn't checked. Overall, a terrible place to do business with. Stupid location in the first place. Whoever choose it should be fired. Stupid app relying on communicating while driving. Stupid staff in Customer service that can't communicate among themselves. I will not repeat ordering from Amazon Fresh. read more
