I wrote down my email and phone number, and she confirmed the information back to me. Despite that, my contact information was apparently not entered into their system, so I never received shipment tracking. I had to call customer service myself just to find out the package was being delivered on a day I would be out of town, with no way to redirect it on my own. The company had to reroute the package. When I finally picked it up, the order was incomplete and did not include all of the items I was promised at the time of purchase. When I reported this, I was told there was a supply shortage. They later sent another package, again without tracking information. Luckily, I happened to be in town and it was not stolen. However, the additional product they sent was dried out and unusable. At that point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Infinite Aloe then demanded that I return all products, even though the return policy was not listed on the receipt I was provided at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, I later encountered Tammee at another conference, where she repeatedly walked by the booth my colleague and I were managing for our employer while video recording us without permission. I reported this as harassment, and instead of taking accountability, the company tried to get me to cancel my chargeback in exchange for a refund so they could avoid the chargeback fee. The entire experience -- from the purchase, to the missing items, to the dried-out product, to the lack of tracking, to the horrible customer service -- has been unacceptable. Do not buy this product.

She was kind, apologetic, and was quick to send us the refund. They offered us a sample of another jar of the cream. Yes, the product is good but after the horrible experience and a waste of a lot of our time and causing so much frustration for us the score is still 1 star. Let's just say it started with 0 and now they get 1star for finally compensating us. Unfortunately, it took too long and only with a multitude of reviews did we get a response. I hope they do something about their customer service reps.

So I went back and asked her to remake it. Because both of the issues were due to faulty packaging I thought she would remake it for a reduced rate, however it was full price minus the cost of the containers. I had them remade and she told me to store them in the fridge. I did that and now it's separated, which she did tell me is normal. After that she gently squeezes out the dirt and oil from my pores. Then she sanitizes it by running a wand over my face that kills germs so I won't get infections. Next is the best part, the massage. For 15 mins. she massages my face, neck and upper body. OH. MY. GOD. such bliss and heaven. At the end, she applies a mask for the last 15 mins. You can request either to have a lightening mask (Lightens your skin) or cleansing mask. She finishes off w/ a nice hot towel to wipe off the excess residue left over from the mask and sprays rose water to your face. Ahhhhh, like a drink of water for your skin. The line of perfume oils (much more concentrated fragrance than perfume or cologne) offered by BPAL is inspired by literature, mythology and the occult, with oils such as "Anubis", "Veil", "Snake Oil" and "Illyria". The smells are interesting, unusual and, as many others have said, highly addictive. Since most of the business is done online, I'm not going to talk about that. What I will discuss is the Full Moon Open House. This event is held once a month on, you guessed it, the full moon. It is the only time you will have in-person access to the entire collection (or a substantial portion of the 600+ perfume oils). Currently, this is being held at Dark Delicacies in Burbank. The Open Houses are popular. Not surprising given that trying to determine what perfume you like just by reading a description on a website can be kind of dicey (Magus sounded really good...but I didn't care for it at all). When you enter the store who do you see? Voluptuous goth girls! Nerdy English Lit Majors! Geeks of all stripes! All chattering and smelling and huddling around the 600 tiny 5ml vials of perfume oil. It can be very fun and a little harrowing...those ladies (mostly ladies) can detect an opening around those perfume oils in a millisecond. And watch out, 'cause you're going to get squished. The oils start at 17.50 for a vial. This may seem expensive, but the oil is super concentrated and will probably last a year (or more), even if you use a tiny bit almost every day. And the fun part is that when you buy a 5ml vial, they will give you a handful (8-15) of "Imp's Ears", tinier sample vials of random scents. Definitely a fun smelling experience.
