I thought maybe i picked up the sample but called the store and was told it was fine to come back and exchange. When I went to the pick up another edge control i made sure to check and guess what? MOST (6 jars) of the edge controls looked like that. I usually buy that brand and i know what new unopened edge control looks like. The person assisting me told me these edge controls must be dehydrated and to keep checking for a fresh one. I finally found one but what through me off was... He kept all the dehydrated and half filled edge controls on the shelf...Please check your products before purchasing!

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Store…read more Went in with my mom to buy two wigs, but the male employee at the register was extremely rude, refusing to get up or even pause his movie to help us. At first, no human hair wigs were allowed to be tried on, but after calling the owner, we were given a limit of two human and three synthetic. My mom tried her options, but we had to grab the synthetic wigs ourselves since the employee refused to assist us. When I tried a pink wig and reached for a red one, the employee started screaming that we were "taking advantage" told me I can't try on any more wigs even though I only tried on one and demanded we pay for the wig caps--which we were always planning to do. It was humiliating, with other customers staring. Worst shopping experience ever--never returning. Avoid this place.

This was the stuff I wanted the most for Christmas. I got the GREED ADVENTURE this year and It's a $1,850 cologne dupe mixed with shea butter for $40 and lasts DAYS making you smell amazing. I will never go back to regular cologne. I used to be frustrated when my wife would buy me a nice cologne and the smell fades so fast. With this product I can even shower or swim with this and still smell it on my skin, and the added health benefits of shea butter for your skin are just a bonus. I bought my first jar (Savage) and use it pretty often and I still legit have the same jar 1/2 full two years later. Anyway when I came in I told the girl working there that I wanted to go to a very dark warm blonde or maybe as dark as a warm light honey brown. This chick gave me a color that turned my roots pretty dark brown. I was so upset! Thank goodness I only did my roots. Well, last night I went in again and told Jessica, the manager on duty what had happened. She spent quite a while with me discussing what color would work with my now very dark roots. She suggested a brand with more intense color that would actually lighten my roots but darken the rest of my hair. I was skeptical but desperate since I don't presently have a good colorist. When I stepped out of the shower I was thrilled! Jessica was SPOT ON! My hair's color is way more even, has dimension, looks healthier and is a beautiful light honey brown.
