The packaging however is HORRENDOUS. The lip oil that came in a tube shape separated from the top spilling all over my backpack. The lip jar leaked all over my purse even though it was closed. So I went back and asked her to remake it. Because both of the issues were due to faulty packaging I thought she would remake it for a reduced rate, however it was full price minus the cost of the containers. I had them remade and she told me to store them in the fridge. I did that and now it's separated, which she did tell me is normal. I have it standing up on my vanity and it's completely leaking even though I haven't touched them. Good colors but horrible cheap packaging.

Eventually, I handed over my card without actually saying I wanted to buy it--I felt cornered. Right after the transaction, I said I didn't like it, and she immediately told me there were no refunds. Then she asked if I was okay, but by that point, it was already done. The whole thing felt more about getting the sale than actually caring if I was comfortable or happy with what I was buying.
