I love La Bella Laser! A friend actually recommended me this place a while back for laser hair removal, but I never had the time to come until last year. It's located inside a small plaza right next to the freeway, plenty of parking in the front and back! I called and scheduled an appointment to get quoted, they're super transparent about pricing and what to expect, and prices were a lot better than some other places I've reached out to. Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! They're super patient and always addressed any questions I've had, highly recommend for anyone that's thinking about laser hair removal! read more

I want to share my experience with La Bella regarding a $200 Botox special that was advertised. I scheduled my appointment specifically for the $200 promotional Botox treatment, and the injector was fully aware that this was the service I came in for. At no point during my appointment did she tell me that she was administering additional units beyond what was included in the promotion. She never asked for my approval, never explained that there would be an extra charge, and never gave me the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to pay an additional $252. I left the office happy, believing I had received the $200 promotional treatment I had agreed to. It wasn't until after I had left that I discovered my card had been charged an additional $252 without my authorization. Had I been informed beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I felt blindsided by a charge I never agreed to. I also wasn't satisfied with the results. The injector did not place the Botox exactly where I requested. Instead of treating the areas we discussed, I experienced tightness in areas that were not my primary concern. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency. The injector had every opportunity to explain that she intended to use additional units and that doing so would increase the cost, but that conversation never happened. As a patient, I believe I should have been informed and asked for my consent before any additional product was used or any extra charges were incurred. I disputed the charge, yet no one has taken accountability, and I have still not received a phone call from the office manager to discuss what happened. For a facility with such a strong reputation, this experience has left me feeling that transparency and trust were lacking. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning. read more

I love coming to La Bella Laser for my laser hair removal treatments! I came across La Bella online when searching for a local laser hair removal business and they had amazing reviews so I gave them a call. The receptionist was incredibly nice and even mentioned that they do have a Groupon promotion (that I didn't even know about) and they would honor that Groupon rate. When I came in for my consult I had a great conversation with Lynn, the Aesthetic Consultant and she helped to break down the way it works, pricing options, and payment plans along with just being so personable and kind. I met later that day for the first session with Vanessa to do the laser treatment and it was totally painless! I was worried after hearing other laser hair removal stories from family/friends but technology has just improved so much that it was easy. I was only a tiny bit sensitive after the first treatment but since then I've been completely pain and sensitivity free. I've had 3 sessions so far and my hair is much finer and some are even not growing anymore but I have 3 more to go and I am excited for hairless results! I was interested in CoolSculpting and found this place because it was near my house. The customer service is truly the best. I was kind of shocked at how comfortable they made me feel--they explained everything in detail. Sarah is very lovely and always has a beautiful smile on her face. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. My nurse, Annie, was also very nice and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I completed a total of 3 sessions, and I can feel a big difference in my body. You can already see a change after the first session, as the targeted fat area shrinks. For me, the procedure itself was somewhat painful and uncomfortable because your fat cells are frozen and then massaged afterward, but the discomfort subsides after that. Now I come in for my appointment turns out I have no units and I owe money--something I was never made aware of until I arrived for my appointment. At no point was this communicated to me beforehand. I truly don't recommend this place. I was happy to find this place at first because it was walking distance from my home. Background: I have religiously done facials before. I have comparable experience. However, due to distance I decided to try this place. In my mind it's just a facial - what could go wrong?! Majority of the review looks good.. And, it's literally just around the corner. So, I made an appt. And, it was supposed to be a 90 mins procedure. The vibe was off. I should have not proceeded with the procedure. First, they asked me to pay first before the procedure. Not a good sign. They already have my credit card info. It's required when making an appt. for they require a deposit. Second, Hydra facial used "technology to cleanse, exfoliate, extract impurities, and hydrate the skin." First, The aesthetician cleansed my face then proceeded to used the hydra machine for about 9 mins.. Then she spent majority of her time using her hands manually extracting my face. I literally need to tell her to STOP for the pain became unbearable (compare to my previous experience). Perhaps because she extracted the different areas of my face around 30 times. So, after I told her to STOP she put a facial mask on my face for the rest of my appt time.. My instinct was telling me that this is not normal. But, I decided to trust the process. I should have not trusted their process. Usually with facial - you leave the place feeling clean.. My experience leaving this place - my skin was inflamed and I didn't feel the "clean feeling" I usually felt after a great facial. I'd only felt doubt/regret. I was told that it'll get better in a few days. It did not get better.. the areas she extracted developed lots of bumps that did not go away... the skin condition did not improve. And, this was several months ago. I tried to call to speak to the aesthetician several times, no avail. I left a msg. I never got a call back. I'm sharing for this may help others.. At the very least I should have gotten a courtesy call back. I will not come back here again even if they offer the procedure for free. read more

Just had my first Botox experience at La Bella, and wow, I couldn't be happier! I was pretty nervous going in, but my Nurse Reenae made everything so easy. She took the time to explain everything in detail during our consultation, which really helped calm my nerves. She also listened to my concerns and didn't try to push more than I needed. The injections were SUPER gentle, I barely felt anything! She did give me an ice pack a few minutes before, but I felt like it wasn't really necessary. I'm so happy with how it turned out.
