They have nice massage chairs and the whole set up, creating a nice and mellow environment, so its perfect to go and unwind for a self care moment. My first visit here they did such a great job that I came back. Idk what happened this visit. They typically put enough gel on that it won't crack, however it cracked a couple hours later. They offered to fix it, however it just didn't work with my schedule and they were gracious enough to give me a refund. Next time I'll ask for more gel due to my nails being so thin, but they were great on trying to fix the mistake. I would definitely come back here again. read more

I visited this nail salon three times but the last two times left me with some mixed experiences. The second to last time, I booked with a specific tech but was reassigned, and the result wasn't quite what I expected as I left with brush strokes on 'cat eye' design. The last time, I asked for gel removal only but was still charged for a manicure, and my nails were left a bit rough. If I had known the nail tech was not only removing my gels but starting to perform a 'manicure' service, I'd like to consent before being upcharged/ upsold. Overall, I think clearer communication and more attention to detail would make the experience much better. read more

We have been coming her for about a year and I have say they never disappoint. My daughter(15 yo) usually gets a manicure with nail design with Kobe and I have to say she does a fabulous job. She is very artistic and I have never seen her not be able to do what my daughter requests. I usually get mani-pedi with anyone available and they all do a great job. This time I also requested Kobe and she hit it out of the park. I really love how detail oriented she is. The place is clean and inviting. All the staff is pleasant. I've been so lucky that my manicurist, Kimberly, has been my go-to person for almost that long. She is supremely well-skilled in the art of manicures/pedicures. She's also a kind and generous person.
