Jerrod said he could do the job and would be on the way as soon as he picked up a new water heater. I didn't realize Jerrod was located in Kanawha County and my rental was in Raleigh County but Jerrod showed up and completed the work. As it turned out, he had to make another trip to swap water heaters do to space limitations. He also had to remove a door frame to get the new one installed which he did and replaced and repaired the door frame as well. Jerrod is very service oriented and is very professional and courteous. Now I'm 5 weeks behind after explaining I wanted to move forward, get scheduled. People in this contractor field don't show up, don't finish, and don't seem to be honest. The price I was quoted was acceptable & I was more than willing to pay that amount had he showed up. Or at the least rescheduled, however he was disrespectful in the fact that my time was not valuable when I was sitting waiting on him with no updates that he was not showing up.
