The burgers were fresh and ordering from a covered wagon was fun and unique. However, I don't think my husband and I will be back. We ordered 2 burgers and we added bacon on both of our burgers which was extra. When we are our burgers, we couldn't even tell there was bacon on there. We couldn't taste it at all. It wasn't crispy. The bacon was really small and it was a cheap kind of bacon. We paid extra for it and couldn't even tell a difference. We ordered a side of waffle fries for our 11 month old daughter. Most of the fries were super hard and way over done. We couldn't feed them to her since she doesn't have all of her teeth. We ended up throwing them away because they were just so hard and not good. It is also super expensive. No fountain drinks just canned soda. Also, when we ordered nobody else was there and we waited so long for our food. We waited in our car since it was freezing outside but the service was so slow.

The food truck itself kind of pushed me away from trying this place, but after seeing the reviews of the burgers I had to try it! The service was great! A very nice man helped us order our food. However, the wait time was longer than expected but we were at a busy fair site. Overall the burger itself was juicy, and delicious! I need to try the waffle fries next!

The food was great, portions were large, the service was quick. I would prefer this over any other burger joint.

When you enter, you order and pay first. Then, you get a number for your table, where they will bring your food out to you. After reviewing their menu, I wanted the cranberry apple salad. Unfortunately, that dish is currently not in season. Their seasonal fruit salad right now is Strawberry Fields, which is great too! I got it with grilled chicken rather than fried chicken. The salad was delicious!! Lots of color from the variety of fruits and veggies. They gave me 2 sauce cups of dressing; I went with poppy seed as my dressing. My friend got the blue cheese bacon burger. By the way, burgers do not automatically come with fries; you must add it on or upgrade to a combo. Also, my friend noticed there were cookie bits in his plain ole vanilla shake; no complaints, just thought it was something to call out since we assume a vanilla shake would just be that and nothing more haha we think there may be vanilla cookies in there. The location is pretty spacious with good amount of seating.

Those that I like have to meet a few requirements that I have for eating. I have celiacs, so i avoid gluten at all cost, including any moderate chance of cross contamination, Corn also bothers me so another food that I avoid. beyond that I am picky with what goes into my food and how the food is prepared. Now to the review. the first thing I do at any restaurant is ask about their gluten free options and about cross contamination. This was the first day that the Provo location was open, so I expected there would be blank stares. believe it or not that happens a lot. Here they knew about some of the food but not all of it when it came to my questions. So they went back to ask, "I want to make sure so let me ask". the next thing i knew I was speaking to the owner, going over all of the items and the options I had and what to avoid. He made some suggestions and we went ahead with our order. I got. the tri tip steak and my wife got gnochi. Oh another thing about how i like my food. I like the ingredients, steak, potatoes, vegetables, etc, seasoned and not the other way around. I find a lot of places over season their food. Not here. the steak, veggies, and mashed potatoes were lightly seasoned, just enough to enhance the flavor but not overwhelm the core ingredient. the steak was tender, the vegetables perfectly cooked and seasoned. I didn't even try and figure our what seasonings they used, I just enjoyed the meal. Short of this part of the meal, fantastic. With the gnochi, we had a little bit of an issue. There was a problem with how they were cooked, they were a little stiffer than they should be, but the sauce they were in was fantastic. BTW, they are not gluten free, so this is my wife's perspective. When they asked how our meal was we mentioned that to them. They looked at the gnochi and agreed. they then didn't just correct the issue, but went above and beyond. They asked if we wanted something else, made a suggestion since we couldn't decide and prepared that for us. They also did something else while we were there. They tried to make more batches of the gnocchi, not for us but so that they could see what went wrong. Then came back and told us what they had done and the results. The service was some of the best I have ever had. They had a good selection of gluten free options, depending on your sensitivity your options might change, but there are plenty of options and a few that are not on the menu. The owner suggested a burger on mashed potatoes, even though they have a gluten free bun. My gluten sensitvity is pretty high, so he was providing as many options for me as possible. All in all, I really liked the food, the service, and the attention to my food sensitivities.

The ribs were smothered in their raspberry bbq sauce which is just not good. Shame because the ribs were tender and cooked well. 2. The brisket. Who taught this person carving tonight how to cut brisket??!?! As someone who lived in central Texas for almost 6 years, the way this meat was cut was offensive. We got a a pound of brisket and they were cut into GIANT chunks almost an inch thick. Brisket is supposed to be SLICED and it's not supposed to be covered in sauce either. Thankfully the classic sauce is actually good but it ruins the bark!! The bark lost its peppery bite being covered in sauce. The point of brisket is it doesn't need sauce if it's done right. The chunks were so thick it made it chewy. Maybe if sliced thinner it would've been better. 3. The potato salad tasted like it was made with dole whip cream it was terribly sweet. The Mac and cheese had no flavor to it at all, and the beans were alright. 4. The sausage was flavorful and juicy. We finished that. I feel so bad for the people of Utah that think this is good bbq. It is not. I don't expect Texas bbq outside of Texas but this was just sad and not worth the $80 we spent. And what's worse is we are still hungry because the ribs were inedible and the brisket was so chewy. And, please please please go over meat carving with whoever was cutting the brisket this evening (4/7).

The turkey was very tender and had a great flavor. I enjoyed the spicy bbq sauce with it. The Mac and cheese was yummy and creamy. I wish it had just a little more seasoning. I thought the hush puppies were so good - they could have even had more jalapeños! Overall, the food was delicious and I was surprised how yummy it was. I cant believe it took me this long to try! A couple of things that made this visit not stellar: 1) they were out of ribs 2) the food was lukewarm when it arrived. It seemed it had been sitting out for a little before coming to us.
