Those that I like have to meet a few requirements that I have for eating. I have celiacs, so i avoid gluten at all cost, including any moderate chance of cross contamination, Corn also bothers me so another food that I avoid. beyond that I am picky with what goes into my food and how the food is prepared. Now to the review. the first thing I do at any restaurant is ask about their gluten free options and about cross contamination. This was the first day that the Provo location was open, so I expected there would be blank stares. believe it or not that happens a lot. Here they knew about some of the food but not all of it when it came to my questions. So they went back to ask, "I want to make sure so let me ask". the next thing i knew I was speaking to the owner, going over all of the items and the options I had and what to avoid. He made some suggestions and we went ahead with our order. I got. the tri tip steak and my wife got gnochi. Oh another thing about how i like my food. I like the ingredients, steak, potatoes, vegetables, etc, seasoned and not the other way around. I find a lot of places over season their food. Not here. the steak, veggies, and mashed potatoes were lightly seasoned, just enough to enhance the flavor but not overwhelm the core ingredient. the steak was tender, the vegetables perfectly cooked and seasoned. I didn't even try and figure our what seasonings they used, I just enjoyed the meal. Short of this part of the meal, fantastic. With the gnochi, we had a little bit of an issue. There was a problem with how they were cooked, they were a little stiffer than they should be, but the sauce they were in was fantastic. BTW, they are not gluten free, so this is my wife's perspective. When they asked how our meal was we mentioned that to them. They looked at the gnochi and agreed. they then didn't just correct the issue, but went above and beyond. They asked if we wanted something else, made a suggestion since we couldn't decide and prepared that for us. They also did something else while we were there. They tried to make more batches of the gnocchi, not for us but so that they could see what went wrong. Then came back and told us what they had done and the results. The service was some of the best I have ever had. They had a good selection of gluten free options, depending on your sensitivity your options might change, but there are plenty of options and a few that are not on the menu. The owner suggested a burger on mashed potatoes, even though they have a gluten free bun. My gluten sensitvity is pretty high, so he was providing as many options for me as possible. All in all, I really liked the food, the service, and the attention to my food sensitivities.

The corn dogs were great, exactly how you'd expect-the stick was substantial (no splinters in sight), the batter had good color and texture. Definitely try out getting honey on them. The cheddar cheese bomb was good too except the cheese was a bit low quality. We were so curious about the kettle chips, were they actually homemade? They seem way too perfect. The truck was located in the Springville Allen's Parking lot. We waited in a short line and when we left a line formed afterwards. I really liked their typography and design of the truck, it was super simple and easy to read.

However, the biggest issue--and unfortunately the one that defined the experience--was the sound. The indoor acoustics are extremely poor. The space functions like an echo chamber, with noise bouncing off the walls to the point where even casual conversation becomes overwhelming. Despite the use of a microphone, the speeches were nearly impossible to hear clearly, especially with a subpar sound system. Additionally, as the sun set, light streamed intensely through the upper windows, making it difficult to see key moments. Between the lighting and the acoustics, many guests ended up spending most of the event outside just to be able to talk and hear one another. Parking was also somewhat limited, though the location itself is convenient. It's a visually lovely venue with a lot of potential, but the sound issues indoors are significant and would need to be addressed for events like weddings where hearing speeches and connecting with others is essential.

The acoustics are better outside; once you go inside it echoes quite a bit. It's a small space, but they do a nice job to make it inviting and attractive. The soda shop has an impressively large menu and they will also whip up whatever you can create-so you're sure to find something you like. I'm looking forward to attending other events here in the future.

Happened to see the truck while I was out driving and decided to stop by because I really enjoy a good burger. And by good, I mean great in this case! I got the second burger on the menu which is the trailblazer burger. I love spicy food and this hit all the right spots. I really enjoyed the bun which they said they source locally. The pioneer sauce (and the spicy version) were delicious! Their fries (I got the waffle fries) were fried to perfection! Absolutely divine when done right. I also had a nice long chat with the owner and his daughter and they're great people. Such a joy to talk to. I really enjoy talking about food and they let me talk their ears off haha! I plan on going back again soon to try their main dish, the mountain man burger (or the mountain man loaded fries depending on how I'm feeling). I am very excited for my next trip! Update: their signature Mountain Man, LTO Cheesesteak, and LTO Patty Melt are all phenomenal. Highly recommend them! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this burger food truck! From the moment you walk up, you are greeted by the owners, both friendly and genuine, and a welcoming atmosphere. The vibes are just right - laid back and fun, music playing, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. And speaking of the food, the burgers here are out of this world! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The variety of burgers, amazing sauces, and fresh high quality ingredients sets this food truck apart. This place is AMAZING. Probably the best burgers in Utah, very impressive. The burger meat was cooked to perfection and there was a solid amount of toppings. The waffle fries were the best I've ever had and the texture couldn't have been more perfect. Crispy and warm. Is a little on the expensive side but honestly is worth every penny with the quality and size of the food you're getting. I would 10/10 recommend everyone try this place!! Easily the best burgers in the whole state of Utah. They are a food truck. They have 6 burgers. I've tried every one of them. They also have waffle fries and regular fries that you can get loaded. The pioneer sauce sets them apart from others that just use ketchup and mayo. I happily recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more
