They are a potato donut, perfectly dense, chewy in a good way, and you can really feel and taste the texture in the donut which is exactly how a donut should be if a donut is a good donut. Go early because they sell out all the time and when you go 15 mins before closing like I did, lucky enough to get any at all! Location is in an awkward spot in the side of a building so you have to drive around a sec because GPS doesn't take you to the right spot but it's there on the side of the building with a sign out front.
