My appointments are constantly screwed up, either with the wrong person, wrong date, wrong time, wrong service - anything that could go wrong seems to go wrong when she books my appointments. Also, calling to book an appointment is a pain, and some mornings I just don't have the extra 7-8 minutes to book a simple appointment. I can't tell you the number of times I have put off booking an appointment because I don't want to sit and listen to lengthy spiels that I can't even understand (I know it's not her fault for having an accent - but as a owner/manager you need to think about your customers). Overall I would rate the stylists and atmosphere a solid 5, but they really need to reconsider who they put at their front desk.
