Jamie recommended Louis for deep tissue work, and he was exactly what I was looking for. He was professional, thorough, and clearly very experienced. He checked in throughout the session, listened to my concerns, and knew exactly where to focus. For the first time in a long time, I walked out feeling like a completely different person. The tightness and pain I had been dealing with were significantly improved, and I finally felt like I received the deep tissue treatment I had originally been looking for. Recently, we had an issue with another NOW location after a massage appointment was cancelled during a stressful emergency involving a chemical spill and mandatory evacuation orders near our home. Even though we cancelled through the app within the required timeframe, that location still removed our credits. After the situation was escalated, the Long Beach team stepped in and handled it with professionalism and care. A team member Brianna contacted us, apologized, listened to what happened, and let us know they would take care of us. That response meant a lot. She let us know that the GM/Owner Jaime knows who we are as long time members. What I appreciated most was that Long Beach did not make us feel like we were just another transaction or hide behind policy. They treated us like loyal members, acknowledged the situation, and worked to make it right.
