My experience with Ambition Hauling was 100% positive from beginning to end. Dylan showed up on time with exactly the right truck and trailer for the job. He loaded my vintage Porsche without incident and straped it down properly preparing it for the more than 800 mile journey to Arizona. Never for a moment did I have any doubt about his abilities. Dylan arrived right on time, was very professional, yet warm and friendly. It was icy cold and windy so we set him up in our garage working on our SUV we use for our working herding dog. Dylan did a thorough job despite there being a lot of sand and grit in the carpet. The pricing was very fair, he worked extremely hard and did a really nice job. Two weeks ago, I scheduled full auto detail services for FOUR cars to take place today with Ambition Mobile Auto Detailing - a FULL day of business for Ambition. I scheduled the appointment for 8:00 am. After receiving THREE separate confirmations (two text, and one email) from Ambition, confirming my appointment time this morning at 8:00 am, Dylan Alpers, the OWNER, was a no-show/no-call. When I texted him at 9:00 am (one hour late) asking what was up, he LIED and made-up some BS excuse that was not even coherent. No apology. Just arrogance telling me that he would show up at 10:45 (three hours LATE), like it was nothing. I canceled. Do NOT use this unprofessional, hack. These are the "after" photos of the job that was done on a vehicle that I purchased this way. I certainly wasn't expecting perfection, considering how dirty the vehicle was; but I also didn't think that after 4+ hours of "work/cleaning" and $160 later, the truck would look exactly as it did to start. This is absolutely NOT the work of a professional detailing company. Or even a simple 'car wash' for that matter. Most of the vehicle was completely untouched (as you can see). I booked a detail and told Dylan I live in Wellington. Dylan said it was no problem to come to Wellington Even after I offered to meet him in gardnerville or minden. Two hours prior to the appointment Dylan sent me a text saying Wellington was too far away and cancelled. If Dylan had said Wellington was too far I would have gone with one of the other Detailer's I was talking to last week when I booked with him. Sad, unreliable service Don't use. I have used this company for several months now, each time the work done is mediocre. Headliner remains spotted and in between the cracks of the seat, there are always left over crumbs, etc. I always tip him regardless for the long hours he puts in for servicing my child-stricken vehicles. The first time the "owner" came out, he was fair. The work was mediocre, but fine for the price and my needs. The second time he came out, new fees were added without him telling me up front. The third time he came out, more fees... Finally today, I'm at my wits end... He adds new fees... a credit card fee. I offer to pay by cash or check instead and he tells me that if I don't pay him right away (via credit card, I assume?) then he will be taking my keys with him. I HAD TO THREATEN to call the police on him!!! This time...... he gets his fee and NO tip. What a horrible experience this has been with this guy. It started good and progressively got worse and worse. He is not in an honest business, rather in the business of ripping customers off at every chance he sees. So sad. read more

If you want poor service then this is the guy to call. I paid for the platinum detail when he was "done" I went to check the end results and there were crumbs between the back seats and he didn't vacuum between the front seats!! Behind the back seats there was crumbs to when i confronted him he asked me if i wanted that clean!!! Really you have to ask me to do a service im paying you for!! His website has pictures of cars full with foam you would think he gives cars a deep clean let me tell you my car was filthy from the top. He goes around using a rag cleaning only surfaces that you can see. My air vents were only cleaned half way the back of them still have dust!! My carpets were left dirty!!!! THIS GUY IS A JOKE!!!!
