Just picked up my car that I had detailed today. The exterior of the car met my expectations. The…read moreinterior of the car did not. Upon check-in I'd let people know that the stains that I was concerned about were the ones on the doors and the ones on the back of the seats from cargo. As soon as I picked up the vehicle, I was dissatisfied because the door panels were no cleaner then when I brought them, the whole purpose of this detail was to get the staining out of the doors. The gal at the front desk told me if they were unable to get the staining out they would call me with more options. I was not provided any options for the door staining and was not notified these stains did not come out. After we paid I could see the stains were still there and I alerted the business I was not satisfied. They had a guy come out with a rag and rub the door panel, which of course did nothing. I was told the staining was likely permanent and I would probably need to replace the door panels. Since this is just a little bit of dark marks, I was shocked by this. When I got home, I got out my rag and cleaned and unsurprisingly I got the door panels much cleaner than they were after an almost $600 service. You can take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. The second one is how the door panel looked up upon pick up and how it turned out five minutes of elbow grease from me back at my house. His shop offers nano-ceramic coating, ppf, tint, and detailing. Made a request online and received a call the following day from Robert (the owner). We went over a few options at the initial consultation and decided to go with the Silver Plus Package, Ceramic Pro Wheel + Caliper, and interior (all leather, plastic, and glass). Brought the car in for the work it and it was completed after 1 day. I could not be happier with the result. After a few months in it still has that showroom look and easy to clean. In addition, I also added a new panel to fit a tow hitch for the vehicle. Figured I'd also get a coating done, brought it in, and was applied at no charge. If you ever have questions, he's always available with plenty of detailing tips. Robert is a professional and master at his craft! I highly recommend to anyone looking for your detailing needs. You can feel confident leaving your car in his care.
