Josh started to hang the lights and noticed my gutters filled with debris so he offered to clean them for me (for a small fee of course but it was worth it)! There were so much debris!!! Once he and his team were done with cleaning the gutters, they continued with hanging the lights. Josh was so meticulous. He recommended that I hang the lights along the side eaves so that I can see the lights when I drive up from the side streets (genius)! I also asked him to wrap the bushes with lights and wished I would have taken his suggestions to wrap every bush instead of every other bush. Oh wells - I'll definitely do it next year!! Finally, no only did they do the great job with the lights, they also made sure my house was left in a clean state. I'm definitely going to be a loyal customer going forward.

I had some reward money to use and went online to place an order. I placed my order on a Sunday morning and I received a pickup email on Monday morning. The store is located in the Castro Village shopping center and it was busy on Tuesday afternoon when I came to pick up my order as the parking lot was quite full. I showed my pickup email to the cashier who went to the back to retrieve my order. The process was quick and efficient as I was on my way. Sad, that there aren't that many Hallmark stores around anymore. This location is the closest to me and will be back for future in-store shopping or online pickups.
